一种废液焚烧专用抗侵蚀高温耐火砖,包括以下重量百分比的材料:5mm‑3mm板状刚玉颗粒10~35%;3mm‑1mm板状刚玉颗粒20~98%;1mm‑0mm板状刚玉颗粒5~25%;320目板状刚玉粉20~98%;80目二氧化锆5~30%;氧化铬绿2~15%;高温α氧化铝微粉2~13%。本发明荷重软化温度高,抗热震性好,常温及高温下抗侵蚀性高,耐磨性好,热导率好,且有优良的抵抗废液侵蚀的能力,特别适合高温熔炉的溶液熔渣腐蚀侵入。

技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料相关技术领域,具体涉及一种废液焚烧专用抗侵蚀高温耐火砖及其制备方法。
背景技术
耐火砖是一种建筑材料砖类,它的属性跟它名字一样“耐火”。它是用耐火黏土或其他耐火原料烧制成的耐火材料,能够在高温下能经受各种物理化学变化和机械作用。耐火砖在我们的生活中并不常见,但却在一些和我们生活息息相关的建筑中出现,比如房屋建筑、窑炉建筑、热工设备等。
根据目前国家对环保的要求,生产树脂类产品等有机化工需要对废料进行环保处理,。二目前最经济有效的处理方法就是采用日本的液中焚烧技术对废液焚烧。焚烧产生的热能用来对锅炉加热,产生的的蒸汽再在生产线上使用。既满足了环保要求,有实现了循环利用,节约了成本。可谓一举两得。但是,这类废液焚烧炉的使用温度为1500℃高温,在这种高温状态下,废料中众多元素变得非常活跃,其中一些元素例如HF对耐火砖的腐蚀相当厉害,使得焚烧炉的寿命大大缩减,且会产生一定的危险。目前国内普通的焚烧炉使用寿命一般为6个月,更甚者只有3个月。修复工作耗时耗力,对于节能环保理念并不能实现的很理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种废液焚烧专用抗侵蚀高温耐火砖及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明,采用如下技术方案:一种废液焚烧专用抗侵蚀高温耐火砖,包括以下重量百分比的材料:
5mm-3mm板状刚玉颗粒10~35%;
3mm-1mm板状刚玉颗粒20~98%;
1mm-0mm板状刚玉颗粒5~25%;
320目板状刚玉粉20~98%;
80目二氧化锆5~30%;
氧化铬绿2~15%;
高温α氧化铝微粉2~13%。
一种制备废液焚烧专用抗侵蚀高温耐火砖的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将原料配好倒入混料机,按每机500kg另加入黄糊精0.5%和浓度为70%的磷酸铝溶液5%,混合搅拌20分钟后取出倒入密封容器,进行防腐24h后再放入混料机内混合搅拌20分钟取出,得到耐火砖混合料;
(2)步骤(1)中的耐火砖混合料放入600吨摩擦压机,定制模型压制;
(3)制砖完成后自然晾干48h,再进行烘干,烘干温度为55℃;
(4)将烘干后的砖放入窑炉进行烧成,烧成温度为1650℃,到温后保温6h,自然降温到200℃以下,取出窑炉,待冷却到室温后包装出库。
有益效果:(1)本发明荷重软化温度高,抗热震性好,常温及高温下抗侵蚀性高,耐磨性好,热导率好,且有优良的抵抗废液侵蚀的能力,特别适合高温熔炉的溶液熔渣腐蚀侵入。
(2)本发明大大提高了焚烧炉的使用寿命,同时用途范围广,使用效果很好,具有良好的经济效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种废液焚烧专用抗侵蚀高温耐火砖,包括以下重量百分比的材料:
5mm-3mm板状刚玉颗粒15%;
3mm-1mm板状刚玉颗粒28%;
1mm-0mm板状刚玉颗粒8%;
320目板状刚玉粉29%;
80目二氧化锆10%;
氧化铬绿6%;
高温α氧化铝微粉4%。
一种制备废液焚烧专用抗侵蚀高温耐火砖的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将原料配好倒入混料机,按每机500kg另加入黄糊精0.5%和浓度为70%的磷酸铝溶液5%,混合搅拌20分钟后取出倒入密封容器,进行防腐24h后再放入混料机内混合搅拌20分钟取出,得到耐火砖混合料;
(2)步骤(1)中的耐火砖混合料放入600吨摩擦压机,定制模型压制;
(3)制砖完成后自然晾干48h,再进行烘干,烘干温度为55℃;
(4)将烘干后的砖放入窑炉进行烧成,烧成温度为1650℃,到温后保温6h,自然降温到200℃以下,取出窑炉,待冷却到室温后包装出库。
实施例2:一种废液焚烧专用抗侵蚀高温耐火砖,包括以下重量百分比的材料:
5mm-3mm板状刚玉颗粒12%;
3mm-1mm板状刚玉颗粒22%;
1mm-0mm板状刚玉颗粒11%;
320目板状刚玉粉36%;
80目二氧化锆12%;
氧化铬绿5%;
高温α氧化铝微粉2%。
一种制备废液焚烧专用抗侵蚀高温耐火砖的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将原料配好倒入混料机,按每机500kg另加入黄糊精0.5%和浓度为70%的磷酸铝溶液5%,混合搅拌20分钟后取出倒入密封容器,进行防腐24h后再放入混料机内混合搅拌20分钟取出,得到耐火砖混合料;
(2)步骤(1)中的耐火砖混合料放入600吨摩擦压机,定制模型压制;

1.一种废液焚烧专用抗侵蚀高温耐火砖,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的材料:
5mm-3mm板状刚玉颗粒10~35%;
3mm-1mm板状刚玉颗粒20~98%;
1mm-0mm板状刚玉颗粒5~25%;
320目板状刚玉粉20~98%;
80目二氧化锆5~30%;
氧化铬绿2~15%;
高温α氧化铝微粉2~13%。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述的废液焚烧专用抗侵蚀高温耐火砖的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)将原料配好倒入混料机,按每机500kg另加入黄糊精0.5%和浓度为70%的磷酸铝溶液5%,混合搅拌20分钟后取出倒入密封容器,进行防腐24h后再放入混料机内混合搅拌20分钟取出,得到耐火砖混合料;
