背景技术
洗衣粉是一种碱性的合成洗涤剂,是用于洗衣服的化学制剂,最早由德国汉高于1907年用硼酸盐和硅酸盐为主要原料发明。

为了克服现有洗衣粉对环境造成污染的现状,解决现有洗衣粉洗涤衣物后对皮肤的刺激难题,本发明提供了一种洗涤布草用洗衣粉。

二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠13~22份,具有助洗作用,用作活性成分;
甲基戊醇3~5份,用作分散剂;
柔顺剂4~7份,用于保证洗涤后布草柔软,顺畅;
辛二醇4~8份,用作消泡剂,减少洗衣粉泡沫,但不抑制洗涤效果;
海藻酸钠3~5份,用作助洗成分;
木瓜蛋白酶5~8份,用作增效成分,减弱洗涤后布草的静电效果,达到防静电的目的;
碳酸氢钠10~20份,用作活性成分;
碳酸钠8~16份,用作助洗成分;
改性河沙5~9份,用作缓冲成分、助洗成分,作为洗衣粉的载体;
中性高岭土1~3份,用作辅助成分;
茉莉花粉3~5份,用作增效成分,使得成品洗衣粉带有茉莉香,同时达到抗菌杀菌的效果;
西红柿红素2~4份,用作增效成分,增大洗涤后布草的防晒和防紫外线效果,减弱洗涤后布草对人体的刺激作用;

取新鲜茉莉花,置于清水中冲洗1~2次,扯下每一片花瓣,放入浓度为85%的无水乙醇中,所述茉莉花与乙醇的用量比为1:8,于65~70℃下热回流处理10~12min,结束热回流处理,恒温浸泡35~40min,过滤,回收无水乙醇,得到无水乙醇S,所述无水乙醇S与酸性河沙的热回流处理用的无水乙醇完全相同;
取茉莉花瓣置于清水中淘洗2~3次,风干水分,烘至含水量≤8%,粉碎过5μm筛,制得茉莉花粉。

与现有技术相比,本发明选用环保材料作洗衣粉的各原材料,通过添加葡萄糖酯基季铵盐作柔顺剂,其柔软性能稳定,用量小,突出生物降解性,绿色环保,更兼具有抗黄变、杀菌消毒等多项功能,有效克服现有洗衣粉对环境造成的污染问题,防止洗涤后布草发黄***;同时,本发明通过添加高碳纯作消泡剂,有效减少成品洗衣粉在洗涤时产生的泡沫,容易挥发,对环境无害,还不会抑制洗涤效果;再者,本发明通过改性河沙作载体,达到助悬浮效果,提高洗衣粉的洗涤效果;其次,本发明通过添加木瓜蛋白酶,有效抑制洗涤后布草的静电效应,减少洗涤后布草对人体的伤害;最后,本发明通过天然植物素-西红柿红素的添加,降低洗衣粉对机体的刺激,减少洗衣粉对人体的伤害,提高洗衣粉洗涤后布草的防晒、防紫外线效果。

辛二醇4份,用作消泡剂,减少洗衣粉泡沫,但不抑制洗涤效果;
海藻酸钠5份,用作助洗成分;
木瓜蛋白酶5份,用作增效成分,减弱洗涤后布草的静电效果,达到防静电的目的;
碳酸氢钠20份,用作活性成分;
碳酸钠8份,用作助洗成分;
改性河沙9份,用作缓冲成分、助洗成分,作为洗衣粉的载体;
中性高岭土3份,用作辅助成分;
茉莉花粉5份,用作增效成分,使得成品洗衣粉带有茉莉香,同时达到抗菌杀菌的效果;
西红柿红素2份,用作增效成分,增大洗涤后布草的防晒和防紫外线效果,减弱洗涤后布草对人体的刺激作用;
其中,所述茉莉花粉粒度3μm;所述改性河沙和高岭土的粒度1μm。
在本实施例中,所述茉莉花粉采用下述方法制备而成:
取新鲜茉莉花,置于清水中冲洗2次,扯下每一片花瓣,放入浓度为85%的无水乙醇中,所述茉莉花与乙醇的用量比为1:8,于65℃下热回流处理12min,结束热回流处理,恒温浸泡40min,过滤,回收无水乙醇,得到无水乙醇S,所述无水乙醇S与酸性河沙的热回流处理用的无水乙醇完全相同;
取茉莉花瓣置于清水中淘洗3次,风干水分,烘至含水量为6%,粉碎过3μm筛,制得茉莉花粉。
优选的,所述改性河沙采用下述方法制备而成:
取大量河沙,置于清水中淘洗干净,沥干,过1mm筛,取筛上部分过3mm筛,取筛下部分加入3倍的去离子水,于30℃的温度下搅拌20min,加入浓度为80%的浓硫酸62ml,搅拌25min,于通风橱加热至45℃,继续搅拌1.5h,冷却至常温,倒出液体,河沙团选用清水洗涤至pH为6.8,于85℃的烘干机中烘至含水量为9%,粉碎过5μm筛网,得到酸性河沙备用;
取酸性河沙,加入占酸性河沙总重1/10的高岭土,所述高岭土粒度为3μm,再加入占酸性河沙3倍的去离子水,于温度30℃、搅速130r/min的条件下搅拌20min,静置2h,于3800r/min的离心机中离心15min,去除上清液,底层物经5μm的筛网过滤,滤网上垫3层纱布;取固体倒入3倍质量的无水乙醇S中,热回流处理15min,回收无水乙醇S,固体烘至含水量为5%,研磨,过1μm筛,得到改性河沙。
在本实施例中,所述中性高岭土采用下述方法制备而成:
取高岭土,烘至含水量为9%,研磨过5μm筛,筛下部分倒入质量分数为15%的白醋中,控制白醋完全浸没高岭土;于温度32℃、搅速350r/min的条件下搅拌20min,过滤,滤渣倒入清水中,至清水浸没滤渣,加入质量浓度为8%的氢氧化钠35ml,于~130r/min的搅速下常温搅拌15min,过滤,选用清水洗涤滤渣pH至7.0,烘至含水量为7%,研磨,过1μm筛网,制得中性高岭土。
在本实施例中,所述柔顺剂为提纯葡萄糖酯基季铵盐,采用下述方法加工制成:
取葡萄糖酯基季铵盐,倒入占葡萄糖酯基季铵盐总重3倍的去离子水中,于温度50℃、搅速1500r/min的搅速下搅拌30min,静置60min,以6000r/min的速率离心10min,去除上清液,取浆液,经5μm筛网过滤,滤网上垫3层洁净纱布,取固体粉末烘至含水量为3%,研磨过1μm筛网,制得提纯葡萄糖酯基季铵盐。
实施3
本实施例提供了一种酒店布草的洗涤方法,所述洗衣粉为实施例1加工生产出的布草洗涤用洗衣粉,所述洗衣粉形状为粒度3μm的白色粉末,具体洗涤过程如下:
a、预洗:将待洗的床单投入洗衣机中,投入待洗的床单40kg,加入实施例1加工生产出的布草洗涤用洗衣粉45g,注入140kg水后以31r/min洗涤3min,在50s内把水完全排出;
b、主洗:待水完全排出后,向洗衣机中加入实施例1加工生产出的布草洗涤用洗衣粉520g,注入100kg水,设置温度为75℃进行洗涤,以31r/min洗涤15min后,在50s内把水完全排出;
c、过水中脱:注入320kg水,以31r/min洗涤2min,在50s内把水完全排出,再注入320kg水,以31r/min洗涤2min,以310r/min脱水4min;
d、过水排水:注入320kg水,以31r/min洗涤2min,在50s内把水完全排出,再注入320kg水,以31r/min洗涤2min,在50s内把水完全排出;
e、中和:注入100kg水,加入中和剂120g,设置温度为40℃,以31r/min中和5min,在50s内把水完全排出;
f、高脱:注满320kg水,以31r/min洗涤2min,以680r/min脱水5min;
g、烘干:将脱水后的床单取出,放入静置悬挂式烘干装置中于75℃下干燥10min,得到洗涤干净的床单。
在本实施例中,对清洗出的床单进行检验,发现烘干后的床单带有淡淡的茉莉香味,质地柔软顺滑,在摩擦作用下缓慢发热,且无静电产生。
在本实施例中,还对洗涤后的用水进行成分含量测定,发现磷含量为0.0012mg/L,重金属含量为0.003mg/L。

Claims (6)
1.一种洗涤布草用洗衣粉,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料:
二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠13~22份、甲基戊醇3~5份、柔顺剂4~7份、辛二醇4~8份、海藻酸钠3~5份、木瓜蛋白酶5~8份、碳酸氢钠10~20份、碳酸钠8~16份、改性河沙5~9份、中性高岭土1~3份、茉莉花粉3~5份、西红柿红素2~4份;
其中,所述茉莉花粉粒度≤0.5μm;所述改性河沙和高岭土的粒度≤0.5μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗涤布草用洗衣粉,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料:
二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠18份、甲基戊醇3份、柔顺剂5份、辛二醇5份、海藻酸钠5份、木瓜蛋白酶7份、碳酸氢钠14份、碳酸钠12份、改性河沙6份、中性高岭土1份、茉莉花粉3份、西红柿红素4份;
其中,所述茉莉花粉粒度5μm;所述改性河沙和高岭土的粒度3μm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗涤布草用洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述茉莉花粉采用下述方法制备而成:
取新鲜茉莉花,置于清水中冲洗1~2次,扯下每一片花瓣,放入浓度为85%的无水乙醇中,所述茉莉花与乙醇的用量比为1:8,于65~70℃下热回流处理10~12min,结束热回流处理,恒温浸泡35~40min,过滤,回收无水乙醇,得到无水乙醇S;
取茉莉花瓣置于清水中淘洗2~3次,风干水分,烘至含水量≤8%,粉碎过5μm筛,制得茉莉花粉。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗涤布草用洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述改性河沙采用下述方法制备而成:
取大量河沙,置于清水中淘洗干净,沥干,过1mm筛,取筛上部分过3mm筛,取筛下部分加入3~5倍的去离子水,于28~32℃的温度下搅拌15~20min,加入浓度为80%的浓硫酸62~65ml,搅拌20~25min,于通风橱加热至45~50℃,继续搅拌1.2~1.5h,冷却至常温,倒出液体,河沙团选用清水洗涤至pH为6.8~6.9,于85~95℃的烘干机中烘至含水量≤11%,粉碎过5μm筛网,得到酸性河沙备用;
取酸性河沙,加入占酸性河沙总重1/10的高岭土,所述高岭土粒度≤5μm,再加入占酸性河沙3~5倍的去离子水,于温度25~30℃、搅速120~125r/min的条件下搅拌25~30min,静置2~3h,于3500~3800r/min的离心机中离心15~20min,去除上清液,底层物经5μm的筛网过滤,滤网上垫1~3层纱布;取固体倒入3~5倍质量的无水乙醇S中,热回流处理10~12min,回收无水乙醇S,固体烘至含水量≤9%,研磨,过3μm筛,得到改性河沙。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗涤布草用洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述中性高岭土采用下述方法制备而成:
取高岭土,烘至含水量≤11%,研磨过5μm筛,筛下部分倒入质量分数为15%的白醋中,控制白醋完全浸没高岭土;于温度30~32℃、搅速350~400r/min的条件下搅拌15~20min,过滤,滤渣倒入清水中,至清水浸没滤渣,加入质量浓度为8%的氢氧化钠35ml,于120~130r/min的搅速下常温搅拌15~20min,过滤,选用清水洗涤滤渣pH至7.0,烘至含水量≤9%,研磨,过3μm筛网,制得中性高岭土。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗涤布草用洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述柔顺剂为提纯葡萄糖酯基季铵盐,采用下述方法加工制成:
取葡萄糖酯基季铵盐,倒入占葡萄糖酯基季铵盐总重3~5倍的去离子水中,于温度45~50℃、搅速1350~1500r/min的搅速下搅拌30~35min,静置60~90min,以4500~6000r/min的速率离心10~12min,去除上清液,取浆液,经5μm筛网过滤,滤网上垫2~3层洁净纱布,取固体粉末烘至含水量≤5%,研磨过1μm筛网,制得提纯葡萄糖酯基季铵盐。
