技术领域
本发明涉及家用擦拭清洁用品和厨房擦拭抹布,特别是一种自清洁多功能抹布及其制作方法。
背景技术
现在市场上的家用擦拭清洁用品和厨房擦拭抹布,主要有化学纤维或棉竹纤维的经编织物的擦拭抹布和非织造布分切成的一次性擦拭抹布,这两种擦拭抹布在使用时不但效果不好,并且都需要使用大量的洗洁精用来辅助擦拭,洗洁精的利用率很低,用水量很大,造成了洗洁精和水资源的浪费,还污染了大量的水。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自清洁多功能抹布,该自清洁多功能抹布具有擦拭效果好,不用洗洁精,对油渍、污渍去除力好,容易清洗,可以反复多次使用。
为了达到上述目的本发明提供的技术方案是:包括花生壳纤维非织造布的抹布体,该抹布体是经过聚山梨酯80、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二丙酮醇、十二烷基磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠处理的;
所述聚山梨酯80、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二丙酮醇、十二烷基磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠的配比,按照重量份计:聚山梨酯80为9.5-11.5,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵为12.5-15.5,二丙酮醇为23.5-31.2,十二烷基磺酸钠为35-43.5,硬脂酸钠7.5-9.5。
所述的自清洁多功能抹布的制作方法:先将如下重量份比例的成分混合制成8.5%-9.5%的热水溶液,温度为75℃-86℃:聚山梨酯80为9.5-11.5,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵为12.5-15.5,二丙酮醇为23.5-31.2,十二烷基磺酸钠为35-43.5,硬脂酸钠7.5-9.5;
再将花生壳纤维非织造布的抹布体浸渍25分钟-35分钟,取出后对其进行轧液,轧液率75%-80%,然后在105℃-120℃下进行烘干,烘干到含水率为9%-12%;
然后再将如下重量份比例的成分混合制成65%-70%的热水溶液作为浆料,温度为75℃-86℃:聚山梨酯80为9.5-11.5,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵为12.5-15.5,二丙酮醇为23.5-31.2,十二烷基磺酸钠为35-43.5,硬脂酸钠7.5-9.5;
对含水率为9%-12%的花生壳纤维非织造布的抹布体进行上浆,上浆量为18-23克/平方米,上浆后冷却到56℃-65℃,保持3-4小时后烘干,烘干条件90℃-110℃,得到花生壳纤维的自清洁多功能抹布的原料布,
再经过印刷图案、分切和包装得到自清洁多功能抹布。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的优点是:本发明的自清洁多功能抹布具有擦拭效果好,不用洗洁精,对油渍、污渍去除力好,容易清洗,可以反复多次使用,效果如新,水洗30次后使用效果不会显著下降。
具体实施方式
本发明自清洁多功能抹布是花生壳纤维非织造布的抹布体经过聚山梨酯80、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二丙酮醇、十二烷基磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠处理的;
所述聚山梨酯80、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二丙酮醇、十二烷基磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠的配比,按照重量份计:聚山梨酯80为9.5-11.5,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵为12.5-15.5,二丙酮醇为23.5-31.2,十二烷基磺酸钠为35-43.5,硬脂酸钠7.5-9.5。
处理方式:花生壳纤维非织造布的抹布体是花生壳纤维的非织造布,
制作方法是将花生壳水洗并烘干,然后按现有的生物质纤维制作工艺经过弱酸水解,得到花生壳纤维,再按现有的非织造布制作工艺制作花生壳纤维非织造布;将聚山梨酯80、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二丙酮醇、十二烷基磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠按照上述重量份混合制成8.5%-9.5%的热水溶液,温度为75℃-86℃,再将花生壳纤维非织造布的抹布体浸渍25分钟-35分钟,取出后对其进行轧液,轧液率75%-80%,然后在105℃-120℃下进行烘干,烘干到含水率为9%-12%;然后再用聚山梨酯80、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二丙酮醇、十二烷基磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠,按照上述重量份,混合制成65%-70%的热水溶液作为浆料,温度为75℃-86℃,对含水率为9%-12%的花生壳纤维非织造布的抹布体进行上浆,上浆量为18-23克/平方米,上浆后冷却到56℃-65℃,保持3-4小时后烘干,烘干条件90℃-110℃,得到花生壳纤维的自清洁多功能抹布的原料布,再经过印刷图案、分切和包装得到自清洁多功能抹布。

Claims (3)

1.一种自清洁多功能抹布,其特征在于:包括花生壳纤维非织造布的抹布体,该抹布体是经过聚山梨酯80、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二丙酮醇、十二烷基磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠处理的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自清洁多功能抹布,其特征在于:所述聚山梨酯80、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二丙酮醇、十二烷基磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠的配比,按照重量份计:聚山梨酯80为9.5-11.5,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵为12.5-15.5,二丙酮醇为23.5-31.2,十二烷基磺酸钠为35-43.5,硬脂酸钠7.5-9.5。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的自清洁多功能抹布的制作方法,其特征在于:先将如下重量份比例的成分混合制成8.5%-9.5%的热水溶液,温度为75℃-86℃:聚山梨酯80为9.5-11.5,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵为12.5-15.5,二丙酮醇为23.5-31.2,十二烷基磺酸钠为35-43.5,硬脂酸钠7.5-9.5;
再将花生壳纤维非织造布的抹布体浸渍25分钟-35分钟,取出后对其进行轧液,轧液率75%-80%,然后在105℃-120℃下进行烘干,烘干到含水率为9%-12%;
然后再将如下重量份比例的成分混合制成65%-70%的热水溶液作为浆料,温度为75℃-86℃:聚山梨酯80为9.5-11.5,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵为12.5-15.5,二丙酮醇为23.5-31.2,十二烷基磺酸钠为35-43.5,硬脂酸钠7.5-9.5;
对含水率为9%-12%的花生壳纤维非织造布的抹布体进行上浆,上浆量为18-23克/平方米,上浆后冷却到56℃-65℃,保持3-4小时后烘干,烘干条件90℃-110℃,得到花生壳纤维的自清洁多功能抹布的原料布;
再经过印刷图案、分切和包装得到自清洁多功能抹布。
