技术领域
本发明属于化纤技术领域,具体涉及一种半光扁平丝。
背景技术
纺织纤维原料主要分为以棉、麻等为代表的天然纤维原料,以涤纶、腈纶等为代表的石油基纤维原料,以及以天然纤维素材料为原料再生而成的天丝、铜氨纤维、粘胶纤维等生物基纤维原料。半光丝:全称是半消光丝,指的是这种东西的光泽。合成纤维的纵向截面比较光滑,对光的反射经较强,有较亮的光泽,看上去比较刺眼,眼睛会很不舒服,这种现象叫作极光。为了消除极光,在合成纤维生产过程中会加入二氧化钛,加入二氧化钛之后纤维的纵向截面会变得凸凹不平,光线照上发生的是漫反射,这样光泽看上会比较柔和。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种半光扁平丝。
为了实现本发明,采用以下技术方案:一种半光扁平丝,包括以下质量份数的组分:
醋酸纤维6~13份,
铜氨纤维8~15份,
聚乙烯醇纤维20~33份,
聚丙烯腈纤维16~27份,
聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维3~9份,
椰子纤维11~20份。
制备半光扁平丝的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方量取各原料,将原料松解成小块的棉块或棉束;
(2)将步骤(1)松解后的棉块或棉束中的杂质、疵点及短纤维去除;
(3)采用并条机对棉块或棉束进行混合,形成熟条;
(4)将熟条均匀地拉长抽细,并使纤维进一步伸直平行,形成粗纱;
(5)将粗纱拉细到所需细度,使纤维伸直平行并加以捻回,成为具有捻度和强度的细纱;
(6)最后将细纱卷绕在筒管上。
进一步,所述在半光扁平丝的制造过程中加入二氧化钛,从而使纤维的纵向截面变得凹凸不平,光线照射在上面发生漫反射,所加的二氧化钛占整体半光扁平丝质量的比重为0.5%。
进一步,所述原料松解成5*5cm小块。
进一步,将所述粗纱拉细到0.03mm。

(2)将步骤(1)松解后的棉块或棉束中的杂质、疵点及短纤维去除;
(3)采用并条机对棉块或棉束进行混合,形成熟条;
(4)将熟条均匀地拉长抽细,并使纤维进一步伸直平行,形成粗纱;
(5)将粗纱拉细到所需细度,使纤维伸直平行并加以捻回,成为具有捻度和强度的细纱;
(6)最后将细纱卷绕在筒管上。
