Abstract
本发明属于通讯领域,具体涉及一种手机壳及其加工工艺。本发明中的一种2.5D板材,包括塑料底层和在塑料底层下部从上到下依次设有的镜面银LOGO、UV转印纹理、光学电镀、油墨保护层、贴合胶水和玻纤板。板材强度高,加工方便。由注塑成型的方式调整为复合板材机加工提升产品的效率;同时通过加贴玻纤板方式提高其刚性,在其表面硬化处理方案调整为淋涂的方式,提高了整体的加工效率和完全实现表面的高光泽一致性。

技术领域
本发明属于通讯领域,具体涉及一种手机壳及其加工工艺。
背景技术
现有手机壳使用注塑方式制造出带R的产品,再经过浸泡式强化进行表面加硬,而后机加工去除余料的,上述工艺存在如下不足:注塑的材料材质仅能选用PMMA材料---材质容易脆断、加硬采用浸泡式其效率低下。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种选材范围广、光泽度高的2.5D板材加工工艺。
本发明中的一种2.5D板材,包括塑料底层和在塑料底层下部从上到下依次设有的镜面银LOGO、UV转印纹理、光学电镀、油墨保护层、贴合胶水和玻纤板。板材强度高,加工方便。
作为优选,塑料底层为PC、PMMA或PC/PMMA复合材料。成本低,便于加工。
一种2.5D板材加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
1. 在塑料底层背面进行logo镜面印刷;
2. 进行精密的UV纹理转印,经过光学电镀,后经过印刷保护色油墨;
3. 利用压合固化装置使其与玻纤板压合在一起,
4. 整版材料经通过天然钻石刀具机加工出制品周圈R 为第一道加工,预留一定的余量不落料,再经淋涂加硬线处理制品外表面(平面及周期R),后再第二道普通平刀加工---使其落料。该工艺形式不限于PC/PMMA复合板材,也可使用PC材料、PMMA材料等板材的塑料材质。
作为优选,天然钻石刀具机加工采用高转速低进给方式,转速为35000-40000r/min,进给速度为1.2-1.6m/min。加工精度高,使用方便。
如图2所示,天然钻石刀具机中所用CNC刀具下部设有避空部,避空部避空角为8~12°。
作为优选,淋涂加硬线处理制品外表面为:通过UV型加硬液方式,在30-35%固含状况下,从产品正表面,均匀淋涂一层10+/-3um的涂层,经过UV光照方式固化。
本发明的有益效果:由注塑调整为复合板材机加工提升产品的效率;同时通过加贴玻纤板方式提高其刚性,在其表面硬化处理方案调整为淋涂的方式,提高了整体的加工效率和完全实现表面的高光泽一致性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明,但不应将此理解为本发明的上述主题的范围仅限于上述实施例。
如图1所示,一种2.5D板材,包括PMMA/PC复合材料1和在PMMA/PC复合材料1下部从上到下依次设有的镜面银LOGO2、UV转印纹理3、光学电镀4、油墨保护层5、贴合胶水6和玻纤板7。板材强度高,加工方便。
一种2.5D板材加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
1. 使用PC/PMMA复合材料,在其背面进行logo镜面印刷后;
2. 进行精密的UV纹理转印,经过光学电镀,后经过印刷保护色等油墨;
3. 利用压合固化装置使其与玻纤板压合在一起,
4. 整版材料经通过天然钻石刀具机加工出制品周圈R 为第一道加工,预留一定的余量不落料,再经淋涂加硬线处理制品外表面(平面及周期R),后再第二道普通平刀加工---使其落料。该工艺形式不限于PC/PMMA复合板材,也可使用PC材料、PMMA材料等板材的塑料材质。

压合固化装置为现有技术,如申请号:2013204460382、名称:树脂、玻纤、PET薄膜的压合固化装置、公告日:2014.01.22的实用新型中公开了一种树脂、玻纤、PET薄膜的压合固化装置,包括输送平台和设于输送平台上的输送轨道,所述输送轨道从上到下依次为轨道Ⅰ、轨道Ⅱ、轨道Ⅲ和轨道Ⅳ;输送轨道后侧为涂布区,涂布区设有涂布刷;涂布区后侧为设于输送平台上的压轮;压轮后侧为UV固化区,UV固化区设有上压板和下压板,所述上下压板设于输送平台平面的上下侧,上下压板的上方设有UV紫外灯;UV固化区后侧为下料区,所述下料区设有分切设备。作为一种改进,所述上下压板中,上压板为透明玻璃或亚克力板,下压板为金属板。作为一种改进,所述UV紫外灯设有至少2盏。
Claims (6)
1.一种2.5D板材,包括塑料底层和在塑料底层下部从上到下依次设有的镜面银LOGO、UV转印纹理、光学电镀、油墨保护层、贴合胶水和玻纤板7。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种2.5D板材,其特征在于,塑料底层为PC、PMMA或PC/PMMA复合材料。
3.一种2.5D板材加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
在塑料底层背面进行logo镜面印刷;
进行精密的UV纹理转印,经过光学电镀,后经过印刷保护色油墨;
利用压合固化装置使其与玻纤板压合在一起,
整版材料经通过天然钻石刀具机加工出制品周圈R 为第一道加工,预留一定的余量不落料,再经淋涂加硬线处理制品外表面,后再第二道普通平刀加工---使其落料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种2.5D板材加工工艺,其特征在于,天然钻石刀具机中所用CNC刀具下部设有避空部,避空部避空角为8~12°。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种2.5D板材加工工艺,其特征在于,天然钻石刀具机加工采用高转速低进给方式,转速为35000-40000r/min,进给速度为1.2-1.6m/min。
