本发明属于手机配件领域,具体涉及一种手机后盖。本发明中的一种手机后盖包括从上到下依次设有的基膜层、第一UV转印层、第二UV转印层、第三层UV纹理层、NCVM/OPPVD层、油墨颜色层、粘合UV胶水层和PC层,脱模光油层;基膜层为PMMA和PC的复合板材。本发明的有益效果:1.电池盖装饰板由现在的0.75MM厚度,可以减少到0.55MM,使手机变更薄;2.解决了多层UV上色,造成PMMA+PC板材变脆的问题;3.增强了手机壳体的强度,满足了客户的使用需求。

技术领域
本发明属于手机配件领域,具体涉及一种手机后盖及其加工工艺。
背景技术
现有手机电池盖采用PMMA+PC的复合板材,随着结构件弧度圆角越来越小,普通的PMMA+PC复合板材只能满足R角3.0以上的圆角,R角3.0以内的产品,材料拉伸后,脆性变大,达不到小球跌落20CM的要求,产品跌落测试时,圆角位置会开裂。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种产品韧性好、强度高的手机后盖。
本发明中的一种手机后盖包括从上到下依次设有的基膜层、第一UV转印层、第二UV转印层、第三UV纹理层、NCVM/OPPVD层、油墨颜色层、粘合UV胶水层,PC层和脱模光油层,基膜层为PMMA和PC的复合板材,利用UV胶水的光固化特性,将印刷好外观的0.5mm、0.4mm或更薄的PMMA+PC复合板材,通过UV胶水粘合0.125mm或0.1mm或0.3mm的PC材料;然后成型(Formming),淋涂(正面加硬),CNC加工之后得到所需的产品。采用本技术方案后:1.电池盖装饰板由现在的0.75MM厚度,可以减少到0.55MM,使手机变更薄;2.解决了多层UV上色,造成PMMA+PC板材变脆的问题;3.增强了手机壳体的强度,满足了客户的使用需求。

如图1所示,现有手机后盖包括从上到下依次设有的基膜层1、第一UV转印层2、第二UV转印层3、NCVM/OPPVD层5和油墨颜色层6,复合板材只能满足R角3.0以上的圆角,R角3.0以内的产品,材料拉伸后,脆性变大,达不到小球跌落20CM的要求,产品跌落测试时,圆角位置会开裂。

Claims (5)

1.一种手机后盖,包括从上到下依次设有的基膜层、第一UV转印层、第二UV转印层、第三层UV纹理层、NCVM/OPPVD层和油墨颜色层,其特征在于还包括从上到下设有的PC层和脱模光油层,PC层通过粘合UV胶水层与油墨颜色层相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种手机后盖,其特征在于,PC层厚度为0.075~0.4mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种手机后盖,其特征在于, 基膜层厚度不大于0.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种手机后盖,其特征在于, 基膜层为PMMA+PC复合板材。
5.一种手机后盖加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
将印刷好外观的PMMA+PC复合板材,通过UV胶水粘合PC层;
成型、淋涂、CNC加工之后得到所需的产品。
