本发明涉及建筑装饰、防火材料技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种均质防火刨花板及其制备方法。所述均质防火刨花板采用木渣、刨花、锯屑和蛭石制成,其中,各种原料的重量百分比为:木渣20%、刨花60%、锯屑10%、蛭石10%。本发明所述的防火刨花板通过蛭石膨胀阻火,不仅整体强度可在原基础上提高5‑10倍,而且,不含任何可氧化和燃烧的物质,在高温下也不会产生烟雾及其它有机毒物,还具有防潮、抗水、隔热、隔音等多种功能,同时,具有可喷漆、贴纸等延伸装饰性和可钻、可锯、可刨等良好的施工性,可用做防火门芯和制作高级厨具、家具等多种用途,适应于各种气候条件。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装饰、防火材料技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种均质防火刨花板及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着建筑行业的崛起,高层建筑的增多,随之而来在消防安全上也出现了新的问题,同时,人们对居住环境的要求越来越高,室内装饰板、可拆装家具等室内装修材料的防火性能也亟需进一步的提高。
目前,室内装修墙体常用的材料主要有墙面砖、木夹板、密度板以及壁纸等材料,家具、厨具常用的材料主要有木夹板、密度板以及三合板等材料。虽然这些材料的使用范围较广,具有很多优点,但均存在不能防火的缺陷。
专利号为200720087740.9,名称为:玻镁、珍珠岩防火门芯板的实用新型专利,其夹芯板使用的是珍珠岩板,而珍珠岩在潮湿的状态下,吸水率高,易开裂,强度低,高温下会产生颗粒状物,危害人体健康。因此,珍珠岩的环保性差。
专利号为:201310359723.6,名称为:一种膨化硅酸盐材料成型用无机胶粘剂及其制备方法的发明专利,该文献公开的是一种制备膨化蛭石防火保温板的新型环保材料,采用该环保材料制成的膨化蛭石防火保温板在工业与民用建筑中的应用非常广泛,可用于防火门芯、外墙保温材料以及室内装饰等,但是,对于一些强度要求高的地方,如隔断墙、家具等处,就无法满足建筑工程施工和应用要求,致使推广有一定的阻力。因此,防火性能和强度大小等都是考验着板材性能的重要指标。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种均质防火刨花板及其制备方法,以解决上述的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种均质防火刨花板,其特征在于:采用木渣、刨花、锯屑和蛭石制成,其中,各种原料的重量百分比为:木渣20%、刨花60%、锯屑10%、蛭石10%。
优选的,所述刨花和木渣的含水率为20%-30%。
优选的,所述锯屑的含水率为10%-25%。
优选的,所述蛭石的密度为240-260KGS/CBM,含水率小于5%。
所述均质防火刨花板的制备方法:先按照木渣20%、刨花60%、锯屑10%、蛭石10%的重量百分比备好各种物料;再将木渣、刨花与适量的蛭石混合均匀后作为芯层物料,将锯屑与余量的蛭石混合均匀后作为表层物料;然后,按照表层物料-芯层物料-表层物料的层序铺装,在180℃-200℃的高温下,持续加压30-40分钟,即制得均质防火刨花板。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明所述的防火刨花板通过蛭石膨胀阻火,不仅整体强度可在原基础上提高5-10倍,而且,不含任何可氧化和燃烧的物质,在高温下也不会产生烟雾及其它有机毒物,还具有防潮、抗水、隔热、隔音等多种功能,同时,具有可喷漆、贴纸等延伸装饰性和可钻、可锯、可刨等良好的施工性,可用做防火门芯和制作高级厨具、家具等多种用途,适应于各种气候条件。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例所述均质防火刨花板采用20kg木渣、60kg刨花、10kg锯屑、10kg蛭石制成,其制备方法如下:将20kg木渣、60kg刨花与8kg蛭石混合均匀后作为芯层物料,将10kg锯屑与2kg的蛭石混合均匀后作为表层物料;然后,按照表层物料-芯层物料-表层物料的层序铺装,在180℃的高温下,持续加压30分钟,即制得均质防火刨花板。
所述刨花和木渣的含水率为20%;所述锯屑的含水率为10%;所述蛭石的密度为240KGS/CBM,含水率为4%。
最终成品板材的含水率要求:芯层1.5%-2.5%;表层2%-3%。
实施例2:
本实施例所述均质防火刨花板采用40kg木渣、120kg刨花、20kg锯屑、20kg蛭石制成,其制备方法如下:将40kg木渣、120kg刨花与16kg蛭石混合均匀后作为芯层物料,将20kg锯屑与4kg的蛭石混合均匀后作为表层物料;然后,按照表层物料-芯层物料-表层物料的层序铺装,在190℃的高温下,持续加压35分钟,即制得均质防火刨花板。
所述刨花和木渣的含水率为25%;所述锯屑的含水率为20%;所述蛭石的密度为250KGS/CBM,含水率为4%。
最终成品板材的含水率要求:芯层1.5%-2.5%;表层2%-3%。
实施例3:
本实施例所述均质防火刨花板采用60kg木渣、180kg刨花、30kg锯屑、30kg蛭石制成,其制备方法如下:将60kg木渣、180kg刨花与24kg蛭石混合均匀后作为芯层物料,将30kg锯屑与6kg的蛭石混合均匀后作为表层物料;然后,按照表层物料-芯层物料-表层物料的层序铺装,在200℃的高温下,持续加压40分钟,即制得均质防火刨花板。
所述刨花和木渣的含水率为30%;所述锯屑的含水率为25%;所述蛭石的密度为260KGS/CBM,含水率为4%。
最终成品板材的含水率要求:芯层1.5%-2.5%;表层2%-3%。

1.一种均质防火刨花板,其特征在于:采用木渣、刨花、锯屑和蛭石制成,其中,各种原料的重量百分比为:木渣20%、刨花60%、锯屑10%、蛭石10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的均质防火刨花板,其特征在于:所述刨花和木渣的含水率为20%-30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的均质防火刨花板,其特征在于:所述锯屑的含水率为10%-25%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的均质防火刨花板,其特征在于:所述蛭石的密度为240-260KGS/CBM,含水率小于5%。
5.如权利要求1所述均质防火刨花板的制备方法,其特征在于:先按照木渣20%、刨花60%、锯屑10%、蛭石10%的重量百分比备好各种物料;再将木渣、刨花与适量的蛭石混合均匀后作为芯层物料,将锯屑与余量的蛭石混合均匀后作为表层物料;然后,按照表层物料-芯层物料-表层物料的层序铺装,在180℃-200℃的高温下,持续加压30-40分钟,即制得均质防火刨花板。
