Background
The protective cultivation is a cultivation technique which takes mechanized operation as a main means, adopts a little-tillage or no-tillage method, reduces the cultivation to the extent that seeds can be ensured to germinate, covers the ground surface with crop straws and stubble, and mainly uses pesticides to control weeds and plant diseases and insect pests. The wheat no-tillage planter is an important implement in the implementation process of a protective tillage mechanization technology, and the implement has less soil movement during operation and less soil moisture volatilization. The existing wheat no-tillage planter adopts a traditional wide-row planter in order to prevent congestion, the planting amount of wheat per mu is large, the planting distance is dense, the utilization of the farmland space is uneven, the wheat grows crowded, strong seedlings before winter are seriously affected, and the existing wheat no-tillage planter also becomes one of obstacles for improving the yield. In order to improve the utilization rate of the growth space of wheat, the requirement of 'line increasing and seed increasing' is provided in the aspect of agriculture, the distribution of wheat seeds in the field is changed, the soil space can be effectively utilized, and the tillering of wheat is promoted, so that the yield of wheat is improved, and the requirement of 'line increasing and seed increasing' cannot be realized by the existing no-tillage seeding machine. To meet the requirement of 'increasing rows without increasing grains', the seeder needs to be used to realize accurate planting and control the falling of seeds, and meanwhile, the height of the soil breaking shovel of the existing seeder is inconvenient to adjust, is not easy to control the tilling depth and affects the germination of the seeds.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art, and provides a narrow row line tillage seeder for wheat, which uses a single chip microcomputer to control the rotation of a motor, so as to control a seed sowing wheel to control the falling speed of seeds, thereby achieving the aim of accurate planting, realizing the requirement of increasing the number of rows without increasing the number of grains, facilitating the adjustment of the height of a soil breaking shovel, facilitating the control of the tillage depth and improving the germination rate of the seeds.

In the invention, the seeder is hung behind the tractor through the suspension, then the seeds are poured into the seed box, the rotation speed of the motor is controlled by inputting preset parameters into the controller, the motor drives the connecting plate to swing back and forth, the connecting plate drives the pawl, the pawl drives the ratchet wheel to realize intermittent rotation, the ratchet wheel drives the rotating shaft to rotate intermittently, the rotating shaft drives the seed sowing wheel to rotate, so that seeds fall, the rotation speed of the motor can influence the rotation speed of the seed sowing wheel and the falling speed of the seeds, when the height of the soil breaking shovel is adjusted, the first handle is pulled downwards to separate the limit stop lever from the limit block, then the second handle is pushed upwards to make the soil breaking shovel move upwards, after adjustment, the first handle is loosened to make the limit stop lever cooperate with the limit block again to avoid tillage, the soil breaking shovel moves upwards due to external force, so that the tilling depth is shallow, and if the tilling depth needs to be increased, the soil breaking shovel is directly pulled downwards. seed sowing wheel 4 to rotate, so that seeds fall, and the rotating speed of the motor 5 influences the rotating speed of the seed sowing wheel 4 and influences the seed falling speed.
