本发明属于包装材料技术领域,公开了一种防静电化工粉体包装袋,包括外层和内层,外层为防静电聚丙烯编织袋,内层为防静电聚乙烯塑料薄膜,外层防静电聚丙烯编织袋中夹杂有金属丝,内层防静电聚乙烯塑料薄膜参杂有抗静电剂。本发明解决了打包化工粉体时静电对人体造成危害的技术问题,第一时间消除打包过程产生的静电,简单而有效,大大降低静电事故发生的概率。

技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种防静电化工粉体包装袋。
背景技术
目前现有的化工粉体包装***均未设置静电消除设施,化工粉体打包作业大多采用人工套袋操作。切片与输送管道之间的摩擦,切片与包装袋直接的摩擦和冲撞过程都会产生大量得静电。一般来说,化工粉体绝缘性高且静电消散时间常数大,所以其本身所带电不易消除,当粉体从高位料仓放出时,仍带有大量静电。此外下料包装过程中,切片之间,切片与包装袋直接的摩擦和冲撞也会产生静电,同时,包装袋材质导电性差和其内衬的塑料袋分开时也会产生剥离带电。当带电体是静电非导体时,一般情况下,当电位在30kV以上向人体放电时,将感到电击。当人工袋装操作时,经常发生包装袋静电打火现象,在干燥季节甚至发生操作人员遭电击事件,严重影响正常的包装作业,甚至还会发生火灾和人员伤害事故。
传统的化工粉体打包过程中并没有使用防静电打包袋,人工操作时经常发生操作人员遭电击和包装袋静电打火事件,影响正常的包装作业,还会发生火灾和人员伤害事故,此类事故在聚烯烃粉体包装操作时有发生。所以提供一种方便有效的防静电化工粉体包装袋的技术方案是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有技术的不足,采用下述技术方案予以实现:
一种防静电化工粉体包装袋,包括外层和内层,外层为防静电聚丙烯编织袋,内层为防静电聚乙烯塑料薄膜,外层防静电聚丙烯编织袋中夹杂有金属丝,内层防静电聚乙烯塑料薄膜参杂有抗静电剂。
优选地,金属丝为铝。
抗静电剂包括聚氯乙烯、石墨、磷酸镁和硫代乙酰胺。
防静电聚乙烯塑料薄膜是由100重量份的聚乙烯,10重量份的石墨,5重量份的磷酸镁,5重量份的硫代乙酰胺混合造粒吹膜成型。
防静电聚乙烯塑料薄膜的表面电阻率为106~107Ω。表面电阻低,有轻微的导电性,并有电磁屏蔽作用,避免静电和电击事故,也有效地保护被包装的物品。
本发明解决了打包化工粉体时静电对人体造成危害的技术问题,第一时间消除下料和打包过程产生的静电,减少静电电击的发生,简单而有效,大大降低静电事故发生的概率。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细的说明。
一种防静电化工粉体包装袋,包括外层防静电聚丙烯编织袋和内层防静电聚乙烯塑料薄膜。外层防静电聚丙烯编织袋中夹杂金属丝;内层防静电聚乙烯塑料薄膜参有石墨,磷酸镁和硫代乙酰胺,参入物质与聚乙烯的比例在15%至25%,100重量份的聚乙烯,10重量份的石墨,5重量份的磷酸镁,5重量份的硫代乙酰胺,防静电聚乙烯塑料薄膜表面电阻率介于106Ω与107Ω之间。

Claims (6)

1.一种防静电化工粉体包装袋,其特征在于:包括外层和内层,外层为防静电聚丙烯编织袋,内层为防静电聚乙烯塑料薄膜,外层防静电聚丙烯编织袋中夹杂有金属丝,内层防静电聚乙烯塑料薄膜参杂有抗静电剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电化工粉体包装袋,其特征在于:所述金属丝为铝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电化工粉体包装袋,其特征在于:抗静电剂包括聚氯乙烯、石墨、磷酸镁和硫代乙酰胺。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防静电化工粉体包装袋,其特征在于:抗静电剂占聚乙烯质量份数的15%-25%。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种防静电化工粉体包装袋,其特征在于:防静电聚乙烯塑料薄膜是由100重量份的聚氯乙烯,10重量份的石墨,5重量份的磷酸镁,5重量份的硫代乙酰胺混合造粒吹膜成型。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防静电化工粉体包装袋,其特征在于:防静电聚乙烯塑料薄膜的表面电阻率为106~107Ω。
