referring to fig. 1 to 4, the automatic dispensing machine for bulk traditional Chinese medicine comprises a frame 1, a medicine collecting device 2, a control device and a plurality of dispensing units 3, and is different from the first embodiment in that: as shown in fig. 6, the frame 1 is provided with a translational driving device 17 and an up-down motion driving device 18, one of the translational driving device 17 and the up-down motion driving device 18 acts on the medicine dispensing tray 9, and the other acts on the medicine hopper 8, so that one of the medicine dispensing tray 9 and the medicine hopper 8 performs a reciprocating translational motion in a transverse direction and a reciprocating up-down motion in a vertical direction relative to the other, so as to form a closed-loop motion track.
In particular, as shown in fig. 6, the translational driving device 17 is connected to act on the medicine dispensing tray 9, and the up-down movement driving device 18 is connected to act on the medicine hopper 8, which is a preferred example, however, in practice, it is also possible to exchange the acting positions of the translational driving device 17 and the up-down movement driving device 18.
In particular, the translational driving device 17 and the up-down movement driving device 18 may be various power elements, such as a cylinder, an electromagnet, a linear motor, a linear module, and the like.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the automatic dispensing machine for bulk traditional Chinese medicine comprises a frame 1, a medicine collecting device 2, a control device and a plurality of dispensing units 3, and is different from the first embodiment in that: the frame 1 is provided with a translation driving device 17 and an up-down motion driving device 18, one of the translation driving device 17 and the up-down motion driving device 18 is overlapped on the other, and acts on the medicine hopper 8 or the medicine dispensing tray 9 together, so that one of the medicine dispensing tray 9 and the medicine hopper 8 performs reciprocating translation motion in the transverse direction and performs reciprocating up-down motion in the vertical direction relative to the other, and a closed-loop motion track is formed.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the translational driving device 17 is fixed on the frame 1, and the up-down motion driving device 18 is overlapped on the translational driving device 17, the driving end of the up-down motion driving device 18 is connected to the drug hopper 8, and the drug dispensing tray 9 is fixed on the frame 1 and does not move, which is a preferred example. In practice, it is of course also possible to interchange the positions of the translational drive 17 and the up-and-down movement drive 18, or to superimpose the up-and-down movement drive 18 on the translational drive 17, and to connect the drive end of the up-and-down movement drive 18 to the dispensing disc 9.

the medicine dispensing unit comprises a medicine dispensing tray and a medicine hopper, wherein a tray opening of the medicine dispensing tray faces upwards, and a medicine outlet is formed in the side part or the bottom of the medicine dispensing tray; the medicine hopper is arranged above the medicine dispensing disc, the lower port of the medicine hopper is open and extends into the disc opening of the medicine dispensing disc, and a gap is reserved between the edge of the lower port of the medicine hopper and the inner bottom surface of the medicine dispensing disc;
the machine frame is provided with a driving device which acts on the medicine dispensing tray or the medicine hopper, and enables one of the medicine dispensing tray and the medicine hopper to do reciprocating translational motion relative to the other medicine tray or the medicine hopper in the transverse direction and do reciprocating up-and-down motion in the vertical direction so as to form a closed-loop motion track; any point on the closed loop motion trajectory can be used as a starting point: the medicine hopper and the medicine dispensing disc move relatively up and down to enable the medicine hopper to be close to the inner bottom surface of the medicine dispensing disc, then the medicine hopper and the medicine dispensing disc move relatively in a translational mode to enable the medicine hopper to translate towards the direction of a medicine outlet of the medicine dispensing disc, then the medicine hopper and the medicine dispensing disc move relatively up and down to enable the medicine hopper to lift up relative to the medicine dispensing disc, and finally the medicine hopper and the medicine dispensing disc move relatively in a translational mode to enable the medicine hopper to translate and reset towards the direction away from the medicine outlet of the medicine dispensing disc;
when the medicine dispensing device works, the medicine dispensing disc and the medicine hopper repeatedly move for a plurality of times according to the closed-loop movement track, so that the traditional Chinese medicine is pushed to move to the medicine outlet side;
The control system comprises an upper central processing unit and a lower control unit, and the lower control unit corresponds to the medicine dispensing unit in control relation; the upper central processing unit can receive prescription command signals, send signals to lower control units corresponding to prescription-designated dispensing units according to prescription commands, and the lower control units output signals to control a driving device of the dispensing units to act and dispense medicines.
2. The automated bulk traditional Chinese medicine dispensing machine of claim 1, wherein: the driving device is a manipulator.

The automated bulk traditional Chinese medicine dispensing machine of claim 1, wherein: the medicine dispensing unit further comprises a weighing device which is connected below the medicine outlet of the medicine dispensing tray and used for weighing the Chinese medicines; the signals sent by the upper central processing unit to the lower control unit are provided with weight information, and the lower control unit collects weight signals sent by the weighing devices of the corresponding medicine dispensing units, compares the weight signals with the weight information sent by the upper central processing unit and then controls the driving device of the medicine dispensing unit, so that the medicine dispensing tray can dispense the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine appointed by the prescription.
4. An automatic medicine dispensing machine for bulk traditional Chinese medicines comprises a frame, a control system and a plurality of medicine dispensing units, wherein the medicine dispensing units are arranged on the frame; the method is characterized in that:
the medicine dispensing unit comprises a medicine dispensing tray and a medicine hopper, wherein a tray opening of the medicine dispensing tray faces upwards, and a medicine outlet is formed in the side part or the bottom of the medicine dispensing tray; the medicine hopper is arranged above the medicine dispensing disc, the lower port of the medicine hopper is open and extends into the disc opening of the medicine dispensing disc, and a gap is reserved between the edge of the lower port of the medicine hopper and the inner bottom surface of the medicine dispensing disc;

when the medicine dispensing device works, the medicine dispensing disc and the medicine hopper repeatedly move for a plurality of times according to the closed-loop movement track, so that the traditional Chinese medicine is pushed to move to the medicine outlet side;

The automated bulk traditional Chinese medicine dispensing machine of claim 4, wherein: the medicine dispensing unit further comprises a weighing device which is connected below the medicine outlet of the medicine dispensing tray and used for weighing the Chinese medicines; the signals sent by the upper central processing unit to the lower control unit are provided with weight information, and the lower control unit collects weight signals sent by the weighing devices of the corresponding medicine dispensing units, compares the weight signals with the weight information sent by the upper central processing unit and then controls the driving device of the medicine dispensing unit, so that the medicine dispensing tray can dispense the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine appointed by the prescription.

The automated bulk traditional Chinese medicine dispensing machine of claim 4, wherein: the medicine collecting device comprises a medicine collecting container and a medicine collecting driving device, a medicine collecting path is arranged below the frame, the medicine collecting path is a track for the medicine collecting driving device to drive the medicine collecting container to move in a specified direction, a plurality of medicine collecting stations are arranged on the track along the medicine collecting path, and the medicine collecting device is arranged along the medicine collecting path.
