技术领域
本发明涉及一种压紧机构,特别涉及一种核阀腔体内进行阀座焊接时的自压紧机构,以保证阀座与阀瓣之间的密封在焊接过程中贴紧而***露。
背景技术
核级阀门由于长时间处于高温、高湿、强辐射的工作环境中,核级阀门通常采用各种不锈钢材质来满足功能要求。不锈钢材质具有良好的耐蚀性,可以满足核阀恶劣的工作环境,但不锈钢材质在加工时存在黏、散热差,工件焊接时收缩性大的特点。有些核阀在装配过程中,由于特殊工作环境的要求,需要在阀体内的阀腔中进行阀座的焊接,在焊接时,该阀座上设置有阀瓣,而该阀瓣是通过密封垫与阀座连接在一起的,当焊接阀座时,不锈钢的阀座会由于受热而发生不均匀的收缩现象,使阀瓣与阀座之间的密封面贴合产生缝隙,引起阀门泄露,在焊接阀座时,如何使阀瓣与阀座之间的密封面保持贴合,成为现场急需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种阀腔内阀座焊接自压紧机构,解决了在焊接阀体时如何使阀瓣与阀座之间的密封面保持贴合的技术问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案解决以上技术问题的:
一种阀腔内阀座焊接自压紧机构,包括阀体,在阀体的内腔左端出口上套接有阀座,在阀座上设置有阀瓣,阀瓣的左端面与阀座的右端面密封贴合在一起,在阀瓣上连接有摇杆,阀瓣与摇杆的下端是通过固定螺栓连接在一起的,固定螺栓设置在阀瓣的右端面上,摇杆的上端通过插销固定在阀体的内腔中,在阀瓣右侧的阀体上设置有螺纹通孔,在螺纹通孔内螺接有螺杆,在螺杆的内侧端面上设置有盲孔,在盲孔的孔底设置有弹簧,在弹簧左侧的盲孔中设置有顶杆,顶杆的左端顶接在固定螺栓的右侧面上。
在固定螺栓的右侧面上设置有凹槽,在顶杆的左端设置有球形顶头,球形顶头顶接在凹槽中。

下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明:
一种阀腔内阀座焊接自压紧机构,包括阀体1,在阀体1的内腔左端出口11上套接有阀座2,在阀座2上设置有阀瓣8,阀瓣8的左端面与阀座2的右端面密封贴合在一起,在阀瓣8上连接有摇杆5,阀瓣8与摇杆5的下端是通过固定螺栓7连接在一起的,固定螺栓7设置在阀瓣8的右端面上,摇杆5的上端通过插销4固定在阀体1的内腔中,在阀瓣8右侧的阀体1上设置有螺纹通孔12,在螺纹通孔12内螺接有螺杆6,在螺杆6的内侧端面上设置有盲孔13,在盲孔13的孔底设置有弹簧10,在弹簧10左侧的盲孔13中设置有顶杆9,顶杆9的左端顶接在固定螺栓7的右侧面上。
在固定螺栓7的右侧面上设置有凹槽14,在顶杆9的左端设置有球形顶头15,球形顶头15顶接在凹槽14中。
一种阀腔内阀座焊接自压紧机构,包括以下步骤:
第一步、将阀座2装入阀体1内腔左侧孔内,将阀瓣8装入摇杆下端孔内并用固定螺栓7固紧,将摇杆5放入阀体1内腔并用插销4固定;
第二步、将弹簧10、顶杆9装入螺杆6的内侧端面盲孔13,阀螺杆6自阀体1右端顺时针旋入螺纹通孔12,在顶杆9左端球形顶头15顶接在凹槽14中后,继续将螺杆6旋入阀体1螺纹通孔12,直至球形顶头15紧紧顶接在凹槽14中;
第三步、将阀体右侧装夹在环缝焊机卡盘,将焊枪伸入阀体左侧内腔,焊接阀座2与阀体1连接处3;
第四步、逆时针旋转螺杆6,取出安装有球形顶头15、弹簧10的螺杆6,将安装有阀瓣8、摇杆5、固定螺栓7的阀体1移入暗室,将光源伸入阀体1内腔左端出口11,从阀体1右端内腔观察阀体内腔,无光线射出为合格。

1.一种阀腔内阀座焊接自压紧机构,包括阀体(1),在阀体(1)的内腔左端出口(11)上套接有阀座(2),在阀座(2)上设置有阀瓣(8),阀瓣(8)的左端面与阀座(2)的右端面密封贴合在一起,在阀瓣(8)上连接有摇杆(5),阀瓣(8)与摇杆(5)的下端是通过固定螺栓(7)连接在一起的,固定螺栓(7)设置在阀瓣(8)的右端面上,摇杆(5)的上端通过插销(4)固定在阀体(1)的内腔中,其特征在于,在阀瓣(8)右侧的阀体(1)上设置有螺纹通孔(12),在螺纹通孔(12)内螺接有螺杆(6),在螺杆(6)的内侧端面上设置有盲孔(13),在盲孔(13)的孔底设置有弹簧(10),在弹簧(10)左侧的盲孔(13)中设置有顶杆(9),顶杆(9)的左端顶接在固定螺栓(7)的右侧面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阀腔内阀座焊接自压紧机构,其特征在于,在固定螺栓(7)的右侧面上设置有凹槽(14),在顶杆(9)的左端设置有球形顶头(15),球形顶头(15)顶接在凹槽(14)中。
