An instant soap flake is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:

5.0-15.0% of instant disintegrating agent;
4.0-30.0% of auxiliary materials.
Preferably, the film forming agent is at least one selected from polyvinyl alcohol and a copolymer containing a vinyl alcohol monomer, the average molecular weight of the film forming agent is 10000-100000, and the alcoholysis degree is 80-95%.
