The preparation of the environment-friendly high-concentration laundry detergent is carried out according to the raw material proportion of the environment-friendly high-concentration laundry detergent, and comprises the following steps:
adding sodium isopropylbenzene sulfonate, polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate, dodecyl dimethyl ammonium oxide, cocamidopropyl betaine and dioctyl sodium succinate into water, heating to 40 ℃ in an auxiliary manner, and stirring until the sodium isopropylbenzene sulfonate, the polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, the fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate and the dioctyl sodium succinate are completely dissolved;
step two, adding sodium citrate and disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, and stirring until the sodium citrate and the disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate are completely dissolved;
and step three, finally adding alkaline protease, organic silicon, tea saponin, mannitol erythritol ester, pigment and essence, and uniformly stirring to obtain the environment-friendly high-concentration laundry detergent.

and step three, finally adding alkaline protease, organic silicon, mannosylerythritol lipid, pigment and essence, and uniformly stirring to obtain the environment-friendly high-concentration laundry detergent.
Comparative example 4
The environment-friendly high-concentration laundry detergent comprises, by weight, 10% of sodium cumene sulfonate, 8% of lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 6% of fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate, 2% of dodecyl dimethyl ammonium oxide, 5% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 1.5% of sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate, 3% of sodium citrate, 0.2% of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 0.5% of alkaline protease, 0.2% of organic silicon, 0.002% of pigment, 0.1% of essence and the balance of water.
The preparation of the laundry detergent according to the raw material proportion of the environment-friendly high-concentration laundry detergent comprises the following steps:
adding sodium isopropylbenzene sulfonate, polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate, dodecyl dimethyl ammonium oxide, cocamidopropyl betaine and dioctyl sodium succinate into water, heating to 40 ℃ in an auxiliary manner, and stirring until the sodium isopropylbenzene sulfonate, the polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, the fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate and the dioctyl sodium succinate are completely dissolved;
step two, adding sodium citrate and disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, and stirring until the sodium citrate and the disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate are completely dissolved;
and step three, finally adding alkaline protease, organic silicon, pigment and essence, and uniformly stirring to obtain the environment-friendly high-concentration laundry detergent.
The laundry detergents of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were respectively examined, and the results were as follows:
(1) stability of
Cold resistance stability: placing in a refrigerator at (-5 +/-2) deg.C for 24h, taking out, recovering to room temperature, observing, and determining whether the product is qualified as non-layering, non-precipitation, transparent and non-turbid; heat resistance stability: and (3) taking out the house in an incubator at the temperature of (40 +/-2) ℃ for 24 hours, recovering to room temperature, and observing to obtain a product which is qualified by no layering, no precipitation, transparency and no turbidity. The results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from table 1, the laundry detergents of examples 1 to 5 exhibited excellent stability in both cold and heat resistance; comparative examples 2 to 4 had poor cold and heat resistance stability; according to the comparison, the raw material components of the examples 1 to 5 contain the tea saponin and the mannosylerythritol ester at the same time to form a highly stable system compared with the comparative examples 2 to 4.
(2) Solubility in water
Whether the laundry detergent of examples 1-5 is gelled or not is observed, and the results are shown in table 2:

As is clear from Table 2, the gels of examples 1 to 5 did not appear, and they had excellent solubility.
(3) Test of antibacterial Effect
The bacteriostatic test method comprises the following steps: and respectively dripping the bacterial liquid on cotton fabric test pieces (1 multiplied by 1cm) washed by the laundry detergent and clear water, standing for 30min, adding a culture medium, culturing for 48h, and counting viable bacteria. The bacteriostasis rate is (average colony number of the clean water washing test piece-average colony number of the laundry detergent test piece)/average colony number of the clean water washing test piece multiplied by 100%. The method comprises the following steps of washing cotton fabrics by using a laundry detergent, testing the antibacterial rate of the cotton fabrics, diluting the cotton fabrics by 6 times during washing, and washing conditions are as follows: the water temperature is 30 +/-2 ℃, the water quality is 250mg/kg of hard water, and the washing time is 20 min. The results are shown in table 3:

As can be seen from Table 3, examples 1 to 5 exhibited excellent antibacterial effects, with the antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli reaching 90.1% or more and the antibacterial rate of Staphylococcus aureus reaching 91.1% or more.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The environment-friendly high-concentration laundry detergent is characterized by comprising, by weight, 20% -30% of a surfactant, 5% -10% of a bactericide, 2.5% -3.5% of a chelating agent, 0.1% -0.3% of a complexing agent, 0.4% -0.6% of a decomposition agent, 0.1% -0.3% of an antifoaming agent, 0.5% -2% of tea saponin, 1% -2% of mannitol erythritol ester, 0-0.002% of a coloring agent, 0-0.1% of a flavoring agent and the balance of water.
2. The environmentally friendly highly concentrated laundry detergent of claim 1, wherein the surfactant is at least one of sodium cumene sulfonate, polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate, and sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate.
3. The environmentally friendly highly concentrated laundry detergent of claim 1, wherein the biocide is cocamidopropyl betaine and/or dodecyl dimethyl ammonium oxide.
4. The environment-friendly high-concentration laundry detergent according to claim 1, wherein the chelating agent is sodium citrate.
5. The environment-friendly highly concentrated laundry detergent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the complexing agent is disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate.
6. The environment-friendly highly concentrated laundry detergent according to claim 1, wherein the decomposition agent is alkaline protease.
7. The environment-friendly high-concentration laundry detergent according to claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent is silicone.
8. The environment-friendly high-concentration laundry detergent according to claim 1, wherein the colorant is a pigment.
9. The environment-friendly high-concentration laundry detergent according to claim 1, wherein the flavoring agent is essence.
10. A method for preparing the environment-friendly high-concentration laundry detergent as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, which comprises the following steps:
adding a surfactant and a bactericide into water, and stirring until the surfactant and the bactericide are completely dissolved;
step two, adding a chelating agent and a complexing agent into the solution obtained in the step one, and stirring until the chelating agent and the complexing agent are completely dissolved;
and step three, adding a decomposing agent, a defoaming agent, tea saponin, mannosylerythritol lipids, a coloring agent and a flavoring agent into the solution obtained in the step two, and uniformly stirring.
