本发明公开了一种环保型低油烟雾金属压造润滑剂,所述润滑剂由重量组分磷酸酯季铵盐0.5‑1%、胺类抗氧化剂0.2‑0.5%、硫化烯烃2‑5%、三羫甲基丙烷油酸酯10‑13%、硫化脂肪酸脂1.5‑4%、T154分散剂0.5‑1%、聚异丁烯0.5‑1%、表面活性剂0.2‑0.5%、150#基础油38‑42%、68#基础油38‑42%配制而成。同时还公开了该环保型低油烟雾金属压造润滑剂的配制方法。本发明的环保型低油烟雾金属压造润滑剂,适用于成型各种碳钢管件、深孔件、套筒件且具有束杆形状的金属非标准件,成型时可吸附大量的热量,油不易汽化,减少油烟雾生成,达到加工现场减烟的目的。且不使用氯化石蜡,防止游离氯造成危害。

技术领域
本发明属于润滑剂技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型低油烟雾金属压造润滑剂。
背景技术
碳钢管件、深孔件、套筒件等具有束杆形状的金属非标准件在成型过程中需要使用润滑剂。由于成型过程中产生大量热量,传统润滑剂受高温影响会产生大量的油烟雾,影响加工车间的生产环境。同时,传统润滑剂中含有的氯化石蜡,受高温后会随着油烟雾产生有害的游离氯,严重危害车间工作人员的身体健康。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种环保型低油烟雾金属压造润滑剂,所述润滑剂由重量组分磷酸酯季铵盐0.5-1%、胺类抗氧化剂0.2-0.5%、硫化烯烃2-5%、三羫甲基丙烷油酸酯10-13%、硫化脂肪酸脂1.5-4%、T154分散剂0.5-1%、聚异丁烯0.5-1%、表面活性剂0.2-0.5%、150#基础油38-42%、68#基础油38-42%配制而成。
润滑剂由重量组分磷酸酯季铵盐1%、胺类抗氧化剂0.5%、硫化烯烃2%、三羫甲基丙烷油酸酯10%、硫化脂肪酸脂2%、T154分散剂1%、聚异丁烯0.5%、表面活性剂0.5%、150#基础油42%、68#基础油40.5%配制而成。
一种环保型低油烟雾金属压造润滑剂的配制方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在搅拌槽内放入68#基础油、150#基础油,加热搅拌,温度大于40℃;
2)依次加入胺类抗氧化剂、硫化烯烃、三羫甲基丙烷油酸酯、硫化脂肪酸脂、T154分散剂、聚异丁烯,持续搅拌30分钟;
3)加入表面活性剂、磷酸酯季铵盐,将搅拌槽升温至50℃并搅拌30分钟以上即得低油烟雾金属压造润滑剂。
本发明中:磷酸酯季铵盐起到润滑的作用;胺类抗氧化剂起到抗氧化的作用;硫化烯烃起到挤压润滑的作用;三羫甲基丙烷油酸酯起到增溶润滑的作用;硫化脂肪酸脂起润滑、提高附着力的作用;T154分散剂起到分散的作用;聚异丁烯起到减烟、增稠的作用;表面活性剂起到消泡的作用;150#基础油和68#基础油作为溶剂,也起到润滑的作用。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的环保型低油烟雾金属压造润滑剂,适用于成型各种碳钢管件、深孔件、套筒件且具有束杆形状的金属非标准件,成型时可吸附大量的热量,油不易汽化,减少油烟雾生成,达到加工现场减烟的目的。且不使用氯化石蜡,防止游离氯造成危害。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保型低油烟雾金属压造润滑剂,所述润滑剂由重量组分磷酸酯季铵盐1%、胺类抗氧化剂0.5%、硫化烯烃2%、三羫甲基丙烷油酸酯10%、硫化脂肪酸脂2%、T154分散剂1%、聚异丁烯0.5%、表面活性剂0.5%、150#基础油42%、68#基础油40.5%配制而成。
实施例2
一种环保型低油烟雾金属压造润滑剂,所述润滑剂由重量组分磷酸酯季铵盐0.5%、胺类抗氧化剂0.5%、硫化烯烃5%、三羫甲基丙烷油酸酯13%、硫化脂肪酸脂3.3%、T154分散剂0.5%、聚异丁烯1%、表面活性剂0.2%、150#基础油38%、68#基础油38配制而成。
实施例3
一种环保型低油烟雾金属压造润滑剂的配制方法,按照实施例1称量各组分,再依次进行下述步骤:
1)在搅拌槽内放入68#基础油、150#基础油,加热搅拌,温度大于40℃;
2)依次加入胺类抗氧化剂、硫化烯烃、三羫甲基丙烷油酸酯、硫化脂肪酸脂、T154分散剂、聚异丁烯,持续搅拌30分钟;
3)加入表面活性剂、磷酸酯季铵盐,将搅拌槽升温至50℃并搅拌30分钟以上即得低油烟雾金属压造润滑剂。

1.一种环保型低油烟雾金属压造润滑剂,其特征在于,所述润滑剂由重量组分磷酸酯季铵盐0.5-1%、胺类抗氧化剂0.2-0.5%、硫化烯烃2-5%、三羫甲基丙烷油酸酯10-13%、硫化脂肪酸脂1.5-4%、T154分散剂0.5-1%、聚异丁烯0.5-1%、表面活性剂0.2-0.5%、150#基础油38-42%、68#基础油38-42%配制而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的环保型低油烟雾金属压造润滑剂,其特征在于,所述润滑剂由重量组分磷酸酯季铵盐1%、胺类抗氧化剂0.5%、硫化烯烃2%、三羫甲基丙烷油酸酯10%、硫化脂肪酸脂2%、T154分散剂1%、聚异丁烯0.5%、表面活性剂0.5%、150#基础油42%、68#基础油40.5%配制而成。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的环保型低油烟雾金属压造润滑剂的配制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)在搅拌槽内放入68#基础油、150#基础油,加热搅拌,温度大于40℃;
2)依次加入胺类抗氧化剂、硫化烯烃、三羫甲基丙烷油酸酯、硫化脂肪酸脂、T154分散剂、聚异丁烯,持续搅拌30分钟;
3)加入表面活性剂、磷酸酯季铵盐,将搅拌槽升温至50℃并搅拌30分钟以上即得低油烟雾金属压造润滑剂。
