技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于车辆的车辆驱动***。更具体地,本发明涉及一种车辆驱动***,其可以适用于选择性地将电动机连接到用于差速器的输入轴。
背景技术
目前的乘用车的电力***基于12V。由于用于高电功率装置(例如电动推进单元)所提出的相对较低电压的方案会导致大电流,由此导致高损耗和电缆尺寸增加。
近年来,有一种趋势是在现有的12V***中增加48V电力***。随着电力***的增加,可能适用新的和改进的方案,而取代以前需要额外的大功率电子设备的方案。
一个这样的例子是混合动力技术,也就是将电驱动器添加到现有的内燃机驱动器的技术,允许车辆通过电力、由内燃机驱动,或者由两者驱动。本申请人先前已经提出了几种用于混合驱动的方案,例如WO2010101506或者WO2012066035中所述。这些***包括用于推进目的的大功率电动机,以及用于扭矩矢量控制目的的较小的电动机。如果48V可用,则可能用以开发用于选择性地全轮驱动车辆的车辆驱动***,其仅使用单个电动机以及配置成选择性地接收来自该电动机的扭矩的差速器,允许可选择的电动全轮驱动。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种车辆驱动***,以克服现有技术***的缺点。特别地,本发明的一个目的是提供一种车辆驱动***,该***可以用于断开***,即其中驱动系的一部分断开,用以减小阻力矩和过多的能量损失的***。对于这样的***,当从断开模式到连接模式请求模式改变时,所提出的方案可以用于使驱动系的静止部分加速。本发明允许更快的连接,从而即使对于更困难和更苛刻的驾驶条件也允许改进的性能,并且在快速响应和扭矩精度方面可以降低全轮驱动离合器的通常极高的要求。
根据另一个目的,可以在具有全轮驱动离合器和断开爪形离合器的全轮轮驱动构造中实施所提出的驱动***,由此这些可用的离合器可以用于断开电动机。
根据第一方面,提供了一种车辆驱动***。该***包括小齿轮和电动机,所述小齿轮构造成向差速器提供驱动扭矩,所述电动机通过减速传动装置连接到所述小齿轮。
在一种实施方式中,所述电动机同轴地布置在所述小齿轮上。另外,所述减速传动装置可以包括行星齿轮组。
所述电动机可以驱动所述行星传动装置的太阳轮,其中,所述小齿轮连接到所述行星传动装置的行星架。
所述车辆驱动***还可以包括联接器,用以选择性地使所述电动机连接到所述减速传动装置。
在一种实施方式中,所述电动机径向偏置地布置在所述小齿轮上。
所述减速传动装置可以包括齿轮系。
在一种实施方式中,所述车辆驱动***还包括设置在所述小齿轮上的盘式离合器。
根据第二方面,提供了一种全轮驱动***。所述全轮驱动***包括第一驱动系、第二驱动系和中间驱动系,所述第一驱动系由发动机驱动,所述第二驱动系选择性地连接到所述第一驱动系以提供全轮驱动,当车辆处于两轮驱动模式时,所述中间驱动系选择性地从所述第一驱动系和所述第二驱动系断开,其中,所述中间驱动系包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆驱动***。
所述车辆驱动***可以构造成当通过启动所述电动机请求全轮驱动时使所述中间驱动系加速。

具体实施方式
在图1中,示出了利用根据本发明一种实施方式的车辆驱动***的车辆驱动系(vehicle driveline)。该车辆驱动系包括由发动机(未示出)驱动的前轴1以及接收来自发动机的驱动扭矩的传动轴2。传动轴2通过与后差速器20啮合的小齿轮10与后轴3连接。如图1所示,所述车辆驱动系允许借助于设置为与后差速器20连接的全轮驱动离合器4进行选择性四轮驱动。另外,设置有断开器5,用于在两轮驱动过程中减小阻力矩。
小齿轮10还从纵向地位于后轴3前方的电动机30接收选择性驱动扭矩。电动机30通过减速传动装置40连接到小齿轮10,在该实施方式中,通过具有多个啮合齿轮的齿轮系实现,用于以期望的比率降低旋转速度。当电动机30运行时,其可以基于预定的驾驶标准或者驾驶员的输入进行控制,驱动扭矩将添加到后轴3,以用于提供车辆的全轮驱动。如果断开器5和全轮驱动离合器4接合,则电动机30将向已经全轮驱动的车辆添加驱动扭矩。因此,所述车辆驱动***允许用于机械全轮驱动、电动全轮驱动以及机械和电动全轮驱动的组合。另外,如上所述,在断开模式期间,电动机30可以被致动以加速驱动系(drivetrain)的静止部分,以允许更快速地改变连接模式,即全轮驱动模式。因此,可以控制现有的爪形离合器5和全轮驱动离合器4,以使电动机30与驱动系断开。
现在转到图2,示出了车辆驱动***的另一种实施方式,其类似于参照图1描述的实施方式,但是这里已经改变了全轮驱动离合器4和断开器5的位置。因此,驱动扭矩通过全轮驱动离合器4从发动机传递到小齿轮10,而断开器5允许用于后轴4的完全断开。
对于先前描述的实施方式,连接到小齿轮10的电动机30将允许用于车辆驱动***的电动全轮驱动以及为了同步目的的断开部件的加速。
在图3中,示出了用于车辆驱动***的另一替代方案,其中发动机(未示出)驱动后轴3用于两轮驱动模式。设置有分动箱50,用以通过小齿轮10选择性地驱动前轴3。为此,分动箱50设置有全轮驱动离合器4,操作全轮驱动离合器4以将驱动扭矩分配(例如通过皮带传动)给小齿轮10。类似于先前描述的实施方式,断开器5可以设置在前轴1上。
电动机30通过与前述实施方式相同的减速传动装置40连接到小齿轮10(即分动箱50的输出轴)。因此,在分动箱50的全轮驱动离合器4接合的情况下,电动机30将允许用于电动全轮驱动以及机械和电动全轮驱动的组合。
用于使电动机30连接到小齿轮10的其他替代方案示出于图4和图5中。从图4开始,电动机30同轴地布置在所述小齿轮10上,并且电动机30的转子驱动行星传动装置40的太阳轮42,行星传动装置40形成减速传动装置。太阳轮42形成围绕小齿轮10的空心轴,并且其与行星架44的多个行星齿轮啮合。行星架44形成用于行星传动装置40的输出轴,并且行星架44连接到小齿轮10用以驱动小齿轮10和下游差速器20。行星传动装置40的太阳轮可以锁定。
在图5中示出了类似的实施方式,但是这里全轮驱动离合器4布置在小齿轮10上,纵向地位于电动机30与小齿轮10相连接的位置和差速器20之间。另外,太阳轮42通过离合器60连接到电动机30,离合器60例如为变速套筒的形式。这意味着电动机30通过离合器60选择性地连接到小齿轮10。
尽管已经主要关于全轮驱动***描述了车辆驱动***,但应该认识到,所提出的驱动***可以在前轴或者后轴上实现。因此,该***可以用于前轮驱动***、后轮驱动***或者全轮驱动***。
特别是对于全轮驱动车辆,驱动系分成第一驱动系、第二驱动系和中间驱动系,第一驱动系对应于永久由发动机驱动的驱动系部分,第二驱动系在全轮驱动期间由发动机选择性地驱动,中间驱动系在全轮驱动模式下使第一驱动系连接到第二驱动系。
参照图1,第一驱动系对应于前轴1和下游传动轴2。第二驱动系对应于后轴,也就是全轮驱动离合器4下游的旋转部件。中间驱动系对应于布置在断开离合器5的输出和全轮驱动离合器4的输入之间的部件。在这个方面,中间驱动系设置有上述的车辆驱动***,即小齿轮10和通过减速传动装置40连接到小齿轮10的电动机30。在该特定实施方式中,车辆驱动***构造成当通过启动电动机请求全轮驱动时,使中间驱动系加速。
尽管以上已经参考特定实施方式描述了本发明,但是并不意图将本发明限制于这里阐述的特定形式。相反,本发明仅受所附权利要求的限制。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于车辆的车辆驱动***,所述***包括小齿轮(10)和电动机(30),所述小齿轮(10)构造成向差速器(20)提供驱动扭矩,所述电动机(30)通过减速传动装置(40)连接到所述小齿轮(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆驱动***,其中,所述电动机(30)同轴地布置在所述小齿轮(10)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆驱动***,其中,所述减速传动装置(40)包括行星齿轮组。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆驱动***,其中,所述电动机(30)驱动所述行星传动装置(40)的太阳轮(42),并且其中,所述小齿轮(10)连接到所述行星传动装置(40)的行星架(44)。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的车辆驱动***,该车辆驱动***还包括联接器(50),所述联接器(50)用以选择性地使所述电动机(30)连接到所述减速传动装置(40)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车辆驱动***,其中,所述电动机(30)径向偏置地布置在所述小齿轮(30)上。
7.根据权利要求5所述的车辆驱动***,其中,所述减速传动装置(40)包括齿轮系。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆驱动***,该车辆驱动***还包括设置在所述小齿轮(10)上的盘式离合器(60)。
9.一种用于车辆的全轮驱动***,包括第一驱动系、第二驱动系和中间驱动系,所述第一驱动系由发动机驱动,所述第二驱动系选择性地连接到所述第一驱动系以提供全轮驱动,当所述车辆处于两轮驱动模式时,所述中间驱动系选择性地从所述第一驱动系和所述第二驱动系断开,其中,所述中间驱动系包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆驱动***。
10.根据权利要求8所述的全轮驱动***,其中,所述车辆驱动***构造成当通过启动所述电动机请求全轮驱动时使所述中间驱动系加速。
