Description

차량 드라이브라인 시스템
본 발명은 차량용 차량 드라이브라인 시스템에 관한 것이다. 더 구체적으로는, 본 발명은 차동장치용 입력 샤프트에 전기 모터를 선택적으로 연결하도록 구성될 수 있는 차량 드라이브라인 시스템에 관한 것이다.
오늘날의 승용차의 전력 시스템은 12V에 기초한다. 상대적으로 낮은 전압으로 인해, 전기 동력형 추진 유닛 같은 고전력 유틸리티를 위한 제안된 해결책은 높은 손실 및 증가된 케이블 치수를 야기하는 높은 전류를 초래한다.
최근 몇 년 동안, 기존의 12V 시스템에 48V 전력 시스템을 추가하는 경향이 있다. 전력이 증가함에 따라, 새롭고 개선된 해결책이 적용가능할 수 있고, 추가적인 고전력 전자기기를 필요로 하는 이전의 해결책을 대체한다.
이러한 한가지 예는 하이브리드 기술, 즉 기존의 내연기관 구동장치에 전기식 구동장치를 추가하고, 차량을 전기적으로, 내연기관에 의해, 또는 양자 모두에 의해 구동시키는 기술이다. 본 출원인은 예를 들어 WO2010101506 또는 WO2012066035에 기재되어 있는 바와 같은 하이브리드 구동장치를 위한 몇몇 해결책을 앞서 제시하였다. 이들 시스템은 추진 목적을 위한 고전력 전기 모터 및 토크 벡터링(torque vectoring) 목적을 위한 소형 전기 모터를 포함한다. 48V가 이용 가능하다면, 단일 전기 모터와 전기 모터로부터의 토크를 선택적으로 수용하도록 구성되는 차동장치만을 사용하여, 선택가능한 전기적 전체 차륜 구동(all wheel drive)을 가능하게 하는 선택적 전체 차륜 구동 차량을 위한 차량 드라이브라인 시스템을 개발할 수 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 종래 기술 시스템의 단점을 극복하는 차량 드라이브라인 시스템을 제공하는 것이다. 특히, 본 발명의 목적은 연결해제 시스템, 즉 구동트레인의 일부가 드래그 토크(drag torque) 및 과도한 에너지 손실을 감소시키기 위해 연결해제되는 시스템을 위해 사용될 수 있는 차량 드라이브라인 시스템을 제공하는 것이다. 이러한 시스템에 대해, 연결해제 모드로부터 연결 모드로의 모드 변경이 요청될 때, 제안된 해결책이 구동트레인의 고정부를 가속하기 위해 사용될 수 있다. 본 발명은 더 신속한 연결을 허용하여 더 어렵고 심각한 구동 조건에 대해서도 개선된 성능을 허용할 뿐만 아니라, 신속한 응답 및 토크 정확도의 관점에서의 전체 차륜 구동 클러치의 통상적으로 매우 높은 요건을 감소시킬 수 있다.
다른 목적에 따르면, 전체 차륜 구동 클러치 및 연결해제 도그 클러치를 갖는 전체 차륜 구동 구성에서 제안된 드라이브라인 시스템을 구현하는 것이 가능하고, 따라서 이들 가용한 클러치는 전기 모터를 연결해제하기 위해 사용될 수 있다.
제1 양태에 따르면, 차량 드라이브라인 시스템이 제공된다. 시스템은 차동장치에 구동 토크를 제공하도록 구성된 피니언, 및 감속 기어장치를 통해 피니언에 연결되어 있는 전기 모터를 포함한다.
일 실시예에서, 전기 모터는 상기 피니언 상에 동축으로 배열된다. 또한, 감속 기어장치는 유성 기어 세트를 포함할 수 있다.
전기 모터는 상기 유성 기어장치의 태양 휠을 구동할 수 있고, 피니언은 상기 유성 기어장치의 유성 캐리어에 연결된다.

특히 전체 차륜 구동 차량의 경우, 구동트레인은 엔진에 의해 영구 구동되는 구동트레인 부분에 대응하는 제1 구동트레인, 전체 차륜 구동 동안 엔진에 의해 선택적으로 구동되는 제2 구동트레인, 및 전체 차륜 구동 모드에서 제1 구동트레인을 제2 구동트레인에 연결하는 중간 구동트레인으로 분할된다.

  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피니언(10) 상에 제공되는 디스크 클러치(60)를 더 포함하는 차량 드라이브라인 시스템.
  9. 차량용 전체 차륜 구동 시스템이며, 엔진에 의해 구동되는 제1 구동트레인, 전체 차륜 구동을 제공하기 위해 제1 구동트레인에 선택적으로 연결되는 제2 구동트레인, 및 차량이 2륜 구동 모드에 있을 때 제1 구동트레인 및 제2 구동트레인으로부터 선택적으로 연결해제되는 중간 구동트레인을 포함하며, 상기 중간 구동트레인은 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 차량 드라이브라인 시스템을 포함하는 전체 차륜 구동 시스템.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 차량 드라이브라인 시스템은 상기 전기 모터를 활성화시킴으로써 전체 차륜 구동이 요구될 때 상기 중간 구동트레인을 가속시키도록 구성되는 전체 차륜 구동 시스템.
