Description

改进的感应密封***
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于热封包装材料以生产可倾倒食品的密封包装的感应密封***。更具体地,本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的感应密封***。
背景技术
许多可倾倒的食品,例如果汁、UHT奶、葡萄酒、番茄酱等,以无菌包装材料制成的包装出售。
这种包装的典型示例是用于液体或可倾倒食品的平行六面体形状的包装,称为利乐无菌砖(Tetra Brik Aseptic:注册商标),其通过折叠和密封层压条带包装材料制成。
该包装材料具有多层结构,该多层结构基本上包括用于刚度和强度的基层,该基层可包括纤维材料层,例如纸层或矿物填充聚丙烯材料层;和覆盖基层两侧的多个热封塑料材料层,例如,多个聚乙烯膜。
在用于长储存产品(例如UHT奶)的无菌包装的情况下,包装材料还包括气体和光阻隔材料层,例如,铝箔或乙烯乙烯醇(EVOH)膜,其叠加在热封塑料材料层上,然后用另一热封塑料材料层覆盖,该另一热封塑料材料层形成包装的最终接触食品的内表面。
众所周知,这种包装是在全自动包装单元上生产的,在该包装单元上由卷材进给式包装材料形成连续的管;在包装单元上例如通过施加化学灭菌剂(例如过氧化氢溶液)对包装材料卷材进行灭菌,一旦灭菌完成,就从包装材料的表面例如通过加热蒸发除去所述化学灭菌剂;并且经如此灭菌的包装材料卷材被保持在封闭的无菌环境中,并被纵向折叠和密封以形成竖直管。
将该管在第一竖直方向上连续进给,用经灭菌或无菌加工的食品填充,并通过两对夹爪在等间隔的横截面处夹紧。更具体地,两对夹爪在管上循环地并且连续地起作用,并且热封管的包装材料以形成通过相应的横向密封带彼此连接的连续的枕形包带,即横向密封带在垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向上延伸。
通过切割相应的横向密封带来分离枕形包,然后将其送到最终的折叠站,在这里它们被机械折叠成完成的平行六面体形状。
夹在每对夹爪之间的管部分通过装配到称为密封夹爪的一个夹爪并且局部熔化夹在夹爪之间的两个热封塑料材料层的加热装置进行热封。
更具体地说,阻隔材料层包括导电材料(例如铝)片的包装材料通常通过所谓的感应热封工艺进行热封,其中当管被两个夹爪夹住时,在铝片中引起损耗电流并局部加热,从而局部熔化热封塑料材料。
更具体地,在感应热封中,加热装置基本上包括电感器,电感器由高频电流发生器供电并且基本上包括由导电材料制成的一个或多个电感条,电感条平行于第二方向延伸并且与管材料相互作用以在其中引入损耗电流并将其加热到必要的密封温度。
另一方面,另一个称为反向夹爪的夹爪配有压力垫,压力垫由弹性材料制成并且与电感条配合以沿着相应的横向密封带将管热封。
包括上述类型的电感器的密封夹爪密封装置例如根据专利文献EP 1 270 182和EP 2 008 795是公知的。
更具体地,已知的密封装置可以包括:塑料支撑体,该塑料支撑体与密封夹爪一体地连接并且限定用于容纳相应的电感条的两个前座;和由聚磁式(magnetic flux-concentrating)材料(特别是包括铁氧体的复合材料)制成并且容纳在支撑体内、靠近电感条的***件。
更具体地,塑料支撑体与***件配合,并且限定围绕电感条的密封装置和聚磁式材料***件的周边部分。
此外,塑料支撑体和***件可以由模制的聚磁式材料***件代替,该***件由与磁性颗粒(例如铁素体)混合的聚合物制成。然后,模制的***件将呈现用于反向夹爪的座。
已知的密封钳通常具有由电感条的一部分形成的脊部,以沿着密封线向包装材料产生增大的压力。
申请人已经观察到由通常通过由铜制成的电感条形成的脊部将被腐蚀并缩短密封钳的寿命。
横向电感器的另一个问题是,当填充到包装中的产品中的颗粒被捕获在密封区域中时,由于偶然的完整性问题,并不总是满足包装的密封质量要求。捕获在密封部中的颗粒可能损坏密封并刺穿包装。
最后,由于复杂的制造和昂贵材料的使用,已知的横向电感器具有高成本。
因此需要一种横向电感器,其具有改进的设计、增加的机械强度和延长的寿命,同时保持或改善横向电感器的功能。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是改进现有技术的目前状态,解决现有技术的问题,并提供一种改进的感应密封***,该感应密封***用于热封包装材料以生产用于可倾倒食品的更简单、更便宜、更稳固的密封包装。
这些和其它目的通过一种用于热封包装材料以生产可倾倒食品的密封包装的感应密封***实现,所述密封***包括密封夹爪和反向夹爪,所述密封夹爪包括:至少一个电感器装置,其通过至少一个有源表面与所述包装材料相互作用;至少一个聚磁式***件;支撑体,其包括导热材料并且容纳所述电感器装置和所述聚磁式***件;和用于压靠所述包装材料的交互表面;而所述反向夹爪包括至少一个由弹性材料制成的压力垫,所述压力垫被布置成向所述感应夹爪施加反压力,其中所述压力垫具有拱状凸形接触区域,所述拱状凸形接触区域在朝向所述密封夹爪的方向上具有高度。
通过配备一个或者多个具有拱状凸形表面的压力垫并且由于压力垫由弹性材料制成,因此密封夹爪与反向夹爪之间的接触将从压力垫的拱状凸形表面的最高点与密封夹爪最先接触起逐渐推进,直到整个拱状凸形接触区域与密封夹爪接触。以这种方式,当密封夹爪压靠在反向夹爪上时,已经填充到包装材料中的食物将逐渐压出到压力垫的侧面,然后才通过感应加热实际感应密封包装。种子或其他颗粒被卡在密封部中的问题随着这些颗粒将逐渐从夹爪之间的接触表面压出而避免,从而避免这些颗粒被陷在密封部中。
密封夹爪的交互表面或者是模制在感应装置的顶部上的塑料部件的顶部,以将感应装置和聚磁式***件保持合适位置,或者其在聚磁式***件被模制的情况下可以是聚磁式***件的顶部表面。模制的聚磁式***件可以例如是由与铁氧体颗粒或其他磁性颗粒混合的聚合物制成。
根据本发明的另一方面,所述感应密封***的夹爪是椭圆形的,其具有长度和宽度,使得所述感应装置、所述交互表面和所述有源表面沿所述电感器装置的长度延伸;并且所述反向夹爪的所述压力垫沿着所述反向夹爪的长度延伸;其中所述压力垫的宽度等于或大于所述有源表面和所述交互表面的组合宽度。
长度方向与横向密封***的横向方向是相同的方向,并且与带密封部上的带密封方向是相同的方向,所述带密封部是由感应密封***制成的感应密封的最终产品。
通过使压力垫的宽度等于或宽于密封夹爪接触表面(有源表面和交互表面)的宽度,感应密封区域的宽度最大化并且感应装置的磁场最大化被最大限度地利用。在包装完全密封之后,在大多数情况下,在制造产品包装的过程的后期阶段折叠。然后,密封部通常在密封带的内端处朝向包装的一侧折叠。传统上,假设带密封部与密封夹爪一样宽,但密封部仅与反向夹爪上的压力垫的宽度一样宽。因此,颗粒先前被困在靠近密封处和折叠线中,从而产生穿孔包装的问题。通过配备沿着整个所述折叠线延伸的较宽的密封,在折叠过程中颗粒将不会被陷在密封部附近。
根据本发明的又一方面,所述反向夹爪的至少一个压力垫在所述压力垫在使用期间被压缩时具有等于或大于所述有源表面和所述交互表面的组合宽度的宽度。因此,压力垫可以具有比所述有源表面和所述交互表面的相应组合宽度略小的宽度,因为当夹爪彼此压靠时压力垫的弹性材料将使宽度扩大,使得在感应热封处理时,压力垫的宽度与有源表面和交互表面的组合宽度一样宽。
根据本发明的又一方面,所述电感器装置具有沿所述密封夹爪的长度的方向上延伸的脊部,所述脊部对准以与所述压力垫的拱形凸形表面的最高部分相遇。密封夹爪的脊部用于形成使压力局部增大的线。为了能够从夹爪之间的密封区域挤出任何颗粒和食物,重要的是将脊部设置成使得脊部和压力垫的最高点在相同的点处但在包装材料相对的两侧与包装材料相遇。
根据本发明的又一方面,所述电感器装置具有沿所述电感器装置的长度的方向延伸的脊部,其中所述脊部布置在所述宽度的中心,并且所述压力垫的所述拱形凸形表面的最高部分布置在所述压力垫的所述宽度的中心,以便在使用期间首先与所述脊部相遇。
根据本发明的又一方面,感应密封***具有脊部,该脊部由所述电感器装置的所述有源表面的突出部分制成。电感器装置的有源部分是用于感应电流的导体,因此优选地由铜制成。铜具有腐蚀的倾向,其与感应密封***的操作期间的强烈压力变化相结合将缩短密封夹爪的寿命。然而,脊部也可以由所述密封夹爪的所述交互表面的突出部分制成。由于交互式表面是纯塑料或其中含有颗粒的塑料材料,因此材料不会腐蚀。通过将脊部放置在交互表面中,可以避免脊部的腐蚀并且延长密封夹爪的寿命。
根据本发明的又一方面,感应密封***包括密封夹爪,密封夹爪包括两个电感器装置,在两个电感器装置之间设置有切割凹槽。并且其中所述反向夹爪包括两个压力垫,在这两个压力垫之间布置有刀。然后,感应密封***将同时制造两个平行的横向密封带,这些密封带通过将刀从反向夹爪移动到密封夹爪的切割凹槽中而彼此分开。

具体实施方式
图1中的数字1整体表示用于从包装材料管3生产可倾倒食品的无菌密封包装2的包装单元,所述可倾倒食品例如巴氏杀菌或UHT奶、果汁、葡萄酒等。
包装材料具有多层结构(未示出),并且包括纤维材料层,通常是纸层,在两侧覆盖有相应的热封塑料材料层,例如聚乙烯层;并且包装2中的包装材料的最终与食品接触的侧面还具有导电阻隔材料层,例如,铝层,该导电阻隔材料层进而被一或多个热封塑料材料层覆盖。
管3以已知的方式在单元1的上游通过纵向折叠和密封热封片状材料卷材形成,用经过灭菌或无菌处理的食品填充,并且通过已知装置(未示出)沿在方向A上的竖直路径进给。
单元1包括两个成形组件4,它们沿相应的轨道(未示出)竖直移动,并且与管3循环地且相继地相互作用,以在等间隔的横截面处夹住管3,并在管3上进行感应热封和切割操作。
每个成形组件4基本上包括沿相应的轨道延伸的滑块(未示出);和两个夹爪5,6(仅为了清楚地理解本发明而示出),两个夹爪5,6围绕相应的水平轴铰接到滑动件,并且可在关闭位置和完全打开位置之间移动。
在所示的示例中,每个成形组件4的夹爪5,6具有与管3相互作用的相应的臂7,8,平行于垂直于方向A的方向B延伸,并且位于管3的相对侧上。
每个成形组件4还包括两个面对的成形壳9,10,它们铰接到相应的夹爪5,6上并可在打开位置和关闭位置之间移动,由弹性装置(未示出)将成形壳9,10推入打开位置,在关闭位置,成形壳9,10配合,以形成限定将在其间形成的包装2的形状和体积的空间。
每个成形组件4还包括感应密封夹爪15和包括切割刀32的反向夹爪16,以用于分别在被夹持在相对的夹爪5,6之间的包装材料的管3的每个横截面上执行感应热封操作以及沿横截面中心线的切割操作。
根据现有技术,感应密封***具有两组夹爪对5,6,其用于密封管以制造单独的枕状物,这些枕状物当相互被切割开并适当折叠时,将成为单独的包装。感应密封***具有横向感应密封夹爪15,横向感应密封夹爪15具有容纳聚磁式***件30的支撑体24,该聚磁式***件30容纳电感器装置20,21。电感器装置具有有源表面,有源表面适于压靠包装材料的表面(未示出),以在密封处理期间,在包装材料的金属层中感生出电流并由此产生热量。电感器装置20,21和聚磁式***件30通过模制塑料构件锁定到支撑体上。塑料构件还将具有外表面,该外表面在密封操作期间将压靠在包装材料上。
现有技术的感应密封***还包括反向夹爪16,反向夹爪16包括两个压力垫31,压力垫31由耐热弹性体材料制成,优选地由丁腈橡胶制成,并且容纳于形成在相应的形成组件4的夹爪5中的相同形状的相应前腔中,且对称地位于中心线A的相对侧上。每个夹爪5的压力垫31与相应夹爪6的电感器20,21的有源表面25,26配合,以在中心线A的相对侧上夹紧管3且热密封管3。
参考图1,反向夹爪16包括基本平坦的切割构件32,其以滑动方式容纳在相应的成形组件4的夹爪5上的前座内,可朝向中心线A移动,并且被通过内置于夹爪5中的液压缸以已知的方式(未示出)激活。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于热封包装材料以生产可倾倒食品的密封包装的感应密封***,所述密封***包括:
-密封夹爪(15),其包括
至少一个电感器装置(20,21),其通过至少一个有源表面(25,26)与所述包装材料相互作用,
由聚磁式材料制成的***件(30),
支撑体(24),其包括导热材料并且容纳所述电感器装置(20,21)和所述聚磁式***件(30);和
用于压靠所述包装材料的交互表面(55);和
-反向夹爪(16),其包括至少一个由弹性材料制成的压力垫(52),所述压力垫(52)被布置成向所述密封夹爪(15)施加反压力,
其中所述压力垫(52)具有拱状凸形接触区域(53),所述拱状凸形接触区域(53)在朝向所述密封夹爪(15)的方向上具有高度,
其中所述夹爪(15,16)是椭圆形的,具有长度(x)和宽度(y),使得所述电感器装置(20,21)、所述交互表面(55)和所述有源表面(25,26)沿所述电感器装置的长度(x)延伸;并且所述反向夹爪(16)的所述压力垫(52)沿着所述反向夹爪(16)的长度(x)延伸;
其中所述压力垫(52)的宽度等于或大于所述有源表面(25,26)和所述交互表面(55)的组合宽度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的感应密封***,其中所述反向夹爪(16)的所述至少一个压力垫(52)在所述压力垫(52)在使用期间被压缩时具有等于或大于所述有源表面(25,26)和所述交互表面的组合宽度的宽度。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的感应密封***,其中所述电感器装置具有沿所述密封夹爪(15)的长度的方向(x)上延伸的脊部(51),所述脊部(51)对准以与所述压力垫(52)的所述拱状凸形接触区域(53)的表面的最高部分相遇。
4.根据前述权利要求1-2中任一项所述的感应密封***,其中所述电感器装置具有沿所述电感器装置的长度的方向(x)延伸的脊部(51),其中所述脊部布置在所述宽度的中心,并且其中所述压力垫的所述拱状凸形接触区域(53)的表面的最高部分布置在所述压力垫的所述宽度的中心,以便在使用期间首先与所述脊部相遇。

9.根据前述权利要求1-2中任一项所述的感应密封***,其中所述密封夹爪(15)包括两个电感器装置(20,21),在所述电感器装置之间布置有切割凹槽(33);并且其中所述反向夹爪(16)包括两个压力垫(52),将刀布置在所述两个压力垫(52)之间。
