本发明公开了一种高效机械搅拌机，包括外壳和转轴，所述外壳的左侧上端预留有进水口，所述第一电机的外侧固定有保护壳，且第一电机内部通过转轴和第一齿轮连接，所述第一齿轮右侧设置有第一皮带轮，所述第一皮带轮通过皮带和第二皮带轮相连，所述第二皮带轮的左侧安装有固定座，所述转轴外侧设置有搅拌叶，所述外壳底部预留有出料口，所述运输架内侧设置有第二转轴，所述第二电机通过第二转轴和运输架相连接，所述运输架下侧安装有副支撑架。该搅拌机通过螺旋形搅拌叶加强了搅拌机内混合物的混合质量，提高了混合速度，是搅拌更均匀，机器运输、倒料更节省了人力资源。

本发明涉及机械设备技术领域，具体为一种高效机械搅拌机。
背景技术
搅拌机，是一种建筑工程机械，主是用于搅拌水泥、沙石、各类干粉砂浆等建筑材料，主要由拌筒、加料和卸料机构、供水***、原动机、传动机构、机架和支承装置等组成，这是一种带有叶片的轴在圆筒或槽中旋转，将多种原料进行搅拌混合，使之成为一种混合物或适宜稠度的机器，搅拌机分为好多种，有强制式搅拌机、单卧轴搅拌机、双卧轴搅拌机等等，机械搅拌机把将多种原料进行搅拌混合，使之成为一种混合物或适宜稠度的机械设备，现在市面上的搅拌机搅拌不均匀，搅拌速度较慢，且搅拌机填料大多由人力完成，并且搅拌口较高，比较麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效机械搅拌机，以解决上述背景技术中提出搅拌机混合速度较慢，混合不均匀和填料麻烦的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种高效机械搅拌机，包括外壳和转轴，所述外壳的左侧上端预留有进水口，且外壳的右侧上端预留有进料口，并且外壳的右侧中间安装有第一电机，所述第一电机的外侧固定有保护壳，且第一电机内部通过转轴和第一齿轮连接，所述第一齿轮右侧设置有第一皮带轮，所述第一皮带轮通过皮带和第二皮带轮相连，所述第二皮带轮的左侧安装有固定座，所述转轴外侧设置有搅拌叶，所述外壳底部预留有出料口，且外壳底部固定有主支撑架，并且外壳右侧设置有运输架，所述运输架内侧设置有第二转轴，且运输架右侧下方设置有第二电机，所述第二电机通过第二转轴和运输架相连接，所述运输架下侧安装有副支撑架，且运输架的右侧下方设置有原料台。
优选的，所述第一皮带轮关于第一齿轮中心对称设置有2个。
优选的，所述第一皮带轮通过皮带第二皮带轮构成转动结构，且第二皮带轮和第一皮带轮在同一垂直线。
优选的，所述搅拌叶关于第一齿轮对称设置有3个，且搅拌叶的形状为螺旋形。
优选的，所述运输架和外壳构成拆卸结构，且运输架的高度和外壳的高度相等。
优选的，所述原料台通过第二转轴和运输架构成滑动结构。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：该搅拌机通过螺旋形搅拌叶加强了搅拌机内混合物的混合质量，提高了混合速度，是搅拌更均匀，机器运输、倒料更节省了人力资源。
(1)该设备设有第一电机和保护壳，保护壳的作用，减少在工作场所使用搅拌机造成的灰尘飞进第一电机，影响第一电机的使用寿命；
(2)该设备设有第一齿轮、第一皮带轮、皮带和第二皮带轮，第一齿轮的作用，带动第二皮带轮运转，第二皮带轮带动搅拌叶运转，既保证了搅拌叶的正常运转，也节省电力；
(3)该设备设有搅拌叶、固定座和第二转轴，搅拌叶设置有3个，使搅拌机里的搅拌物搅拌更均匀，避免混合不彻底，影响混合质量；
(4)该设备设有运输架和原料台，运输架的作用，机器代替人力，提高工作效率，也节省了人力，提高了工作时间。

请参阅图1-3，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种高效机械搅拌机，包括外壳1和转轴11，外壳1的左侧上端预留有进水口2，且外壳1的右侧上端预留有进料口3，并且外壳1的右侧中间安装有第一电机4，第一电机4的外侧固定有保护壳5，且第一电机4内部通过转轴11和第一齿轮6连接，第一齿轮6右侧设置有第一皮带轮7，第一齿轮6和第一皮带轮7的连接方式为固定结构，且第一皮带轮7关于第一齿轮中心对称设置有2个，加强第一齿轮6和第一皮带轮7的连接，避免第一皮带轮7和第一齿轮6松动，影响机器运转，第一皮带轮7通过皮带8和第二皮带轮9相连，第一皮带轮7通过皮带8第二皮带轮9构成转动结构，且第二皮带轮9和第一皮带轮7在同一垂直线，方便带动第二皮带轮9运转，加强稳定性，第二皮带轮9的左侧安装有固定座10，转轴11外侧设置有搅拌叶12，搅拌叶12关于第一齿轮6对称设置有3个，且搅拌叶12的形状为螺旋形，有益于提高搅拌机的混合速度，使搅拌机对于混合物混合更均匀，外壳1底部预留有出料口13，且外壳1底部固定有主支撑架14，并且外壳1右侧设置有运输架15，运输架15内侧设置有第二转轴16，且运输架15右侧下方设置有第二电机18，运输架15和外壳1构成拆卸结构，且运输架15的高度和外壳1的高度相等，方便人们搬运搅拌机，同等高度达到方便原料倒进搅拌仓内的效果，第二电机18通过第二转轴16和运输架15相连接，运输架15下侧安装有副支撑架19，且运输架15的右侧下方设置有原料台17，原料台17通过第二转轴16和运输架15构成滑动结构，方便将原料台17内的原料倒进搅拌机。
工作原理：首先开启先开启第一电机4，运转搅拌机，人力在原料台17上放置原料，开启第二电机18，第二电机18通过带动第二转轴16运转，第二转轴16带动运输架15运转，人力通过控制台控制原料台17，原料台17跟着运输架15运转进行上下移动，把原料从进料口3倒进搅拌机内，并且搅拌机顶部设置有半截顶板，减少倒入原料时灰尘的乱飞，然后控制原料台17回到起点重新装料，并且进水口2开始进水，第一电机4带动第一齿轮6运转，中间转轴11直接由第一齿轮6带动，第一齿轮6带动第一皮带轮7运转，第一皮带轮7通过皮带8带动第二皮带轮9运转，第二皮带轮9带动上侧和下侧转轴11运转，使搅拌叶12全部运转，开始对搅拌机内混合物进行充分搅拌，出料口13用来装接搅拌机内搅拌好的混合物，主支撑架14对搅拌机提供支撑作用，副支撑架19对运输架提供支撑作用，保护壳5防止灰尘进入第一电机4，影响第一电机4的使用寿命。

1.一种高效机械搅拌机，包括外壳(1)和转轴(11)，其特征在于：所述外壳(1)的左侧上端预留有进水口(2)，且外壳(1)的右侧上端预留有进料口(3)，并且外壳(1)的右侧中间安装有第一电机(4)，所述第一电机(4)的外侧固定有保护壳(5)，且第一电机(4)内部通过转轴(11)和第一齿轮(6)连接，所述第一齿轮(6)右侧设置有第一皮带轮(7)，所述第一皮带轮(7)通过皮带(8)和第二皮带轮(9)相连，所述第二皮带轮(9)的左侧安装有固定座(10)，所述转轴(11)外侧设置有搅拌叶(12)，所述外壳(1)底部预留有出料口(13)，且外壳(1)底部固定有主支撑架(14)，并且外壳(1)右侧设置有运输架(15)，所述运输架(15)内侧设置有第二转轴(16)，且运输架(15)右侧下方设置有第二电机(18)，所述第二电机(18)通过第二转轴(16)和运输架(15)相连接，所述运输架(15)下侧安装有副支撑架(19)，且运输架(15)的右侧下方设置有原料台(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效机械搅拌机，其特征在于：所述第一皮带轮(7)关于第一齿轮中心对称设置有2个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效机械搅拌机，其特征在于：所述第一皮带轮(7)通过皮带(8)第二皮带轮(9)构成转动结构，且第二皮带轮(9)和第一皮带轮(7)在同一垂直线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效机械搅拌机，其特征在于：所述搅拌叶(12)关于第一齿轮(6)对称设置有3个，且搅拌叶(12)的形状为螺旋形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效机械搅拌机，其特征在于：所述运输架(15)和外壳(1)构成拆卸结构，且运输架(15)的高度和外壳(1)的高度相等。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效机械搅拌机，其特征在于：所述原料台(17)通过第二转轴(16)和运输架(15)构成滑动结构。
