本发明公开了一种具有高透气性的柔软面料的制备方法,属于面料领域。本发明的具有高透气性的柔软面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:漂洗、染色、固色处理、皂洗、清水洗、烘干和定型,制得的具有高透气性的柔软面料不仅具有高透气性能,还具有优异的优异的耐干摩擦色牢度、耐湿摩擦色牢度、耐水洗色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度性能。

技术领域
本发明属于面料技术领域,具体涉及一种具有高透气性的柔软面料的制备方法。
背景技术
由于近几年的汽车数量增加,对环境的破坏也越来越严重,导致温室效应越来越严重,因此,政府及相关部门正在加强对环境的保护。目前很多工种都需要在高温环境中进行,工作者的服装不仅需要耐高温,而且需要具有高透气性能及柔软性能,不单单是在高温环境中作业的人需要穿戴高透气性的服装,一些热爱登山、打球或者跑步等户外运动的人,也是需要具有高透气性和柔软性能的衣服。
市面上的柔软性面料大部分是在织造出织物结构疏散的面料,这样更容易达到柔软性要求,然而,虽然这类织物结构疏散的面料还具有一定的透气性,但这是在织物结构疏散所带来的效果,而且,这样的织物结构容易使得织物出现破损,且使用寿命不长。而且,其具有的疏散结构不适合在高温环境作业人员使用,容易使得工作人员受到高温伤害。
因此,需要一种具有高透气性且手感好,柔软性强的面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有高透气性且手感好,柔软性强的面料。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
具有高透气性的柔软面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:漂洗、染色、固色处理、皂洗、清水洗、烘干和定型,其中,所述漂洗过程具体如下:通过漂洗液对面料进行漂洗;所述固色处理过程具体如下:采用固色液对面料进行固色处理,所述固色液包括固色剂和水,其中,所述固色剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:聚二甲基硅氧烷4~6g/L,醋酸纤维素3~4g/L,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺4~6g/L。
进一步的,所述漂洗温度为60~70℃,所述漂洗时间为30~40min。
进一步的,所述漂洗液包括按照水量计的如下组份:角质酶6~8g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠6~8g/L。
进一步的,所述染色过程具体如下:将面料置于染色液中进行染色,所述染色液包括染料、染色助剂和水,其中,所述染色助剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:壳聚糖1~2g/L,角蛋白3~4g/L,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3~6g/L,所述染色温度为50~60℃,所述染色时间为60~90min。
进一步的,所述固色处理时的温度为50~55℃,固色时间30~60min。
进一步的,所述皂洗过程中具体如下:将面料置于皂洗液中进行皂洗处理,所述皂洗液包括皂洗剂和水,其中,所述皂洗液包括按照水量计的如下组份:聚丙烯酸钠6~7g/L和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1~3g/L,所述皂洗温度为80~90℃,所述皂洗时间为30~40min。
进一步的,所述烘干温度为60~70℃,所述烘干时间为20~30min。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
第一、本发明在制备具有高透气性的柔软面料时,其漂洗阶段采用具有润湿作用的角质酶和作为表面活性剂的十二烷基硫酸钠,不仅可有效去除面料纤维中的杂质,还可对面料纤维进行有效润湿,从而提高面料的柔软度和染色效果;
第二、在染色过程中,加入了具有防沾色性能的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,并将具有提高面料柔软性的角蛋白和具有吸附作用的壳聚糖混合使用,提高了面料的色牢度,使面料不易沾上其他颜色,此外,这三种原料混合使用后,还提高了面料的柔软性,使面料具有良好的手感;
第三、为了进一步提高面料的透气性能,在固色过程中,将聚二甲基硅氧烷作为柔软剂,将具有高透气性的醋酸纤维素、N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺作为交联剂,由这三种原料复配得到的固色剂,不仅可提高面料的色牢度,还可同时提高面料的透气性和柔软性,在皂洗过程中,通过将面料在80~90℃的皂洗液中进行处理,可以有效清除在面料在固色过程中所产生的杂质。
具体实施方式
实施例1
具有高透气性的柔软面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:漂洗、染色、固色处理、皂洗、清水洗、烘干和定型。
其中,所述漂洗过程具体如下:通过漂洗液对面料进行漂洗,所述漂洗温度为60℃,所述漂洗时间为30min,所述漂洗液包括按照水量计的如下组份:角质酶6g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠6g/L。
所述染色过程具体如下:将面料置于染色液中进行染色,所述染色液包括染料、染色助剂和水,其中,所述染色助剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:壳聚糖1g/L,角蛋白3g/L,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3g/L,所述染色温度为50℃,所述染色时间为60min。
所述固色处理过程具体如下:采用固色液对面料进行固色处理,所述固色液包括固色剂和水,其中,所述固色剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:聚二甲基硅氧烷4g/L,醋酸纤维素3g/L,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺4g/L,所述固色处理时的温度为50℃,固色时间30min。
所述皂洗具体如下:将面料置于皂洗液中进行皂洗处理,所述皂洗液包括皂洗剂和水,其中,所述皂洗剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:聚丙烯酸钠6g/L和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1g/L,所述皂洗温度为80℃,所述皂洗时间为30min。
所述烘干温度为60℃,所述烘干时间为20min。
实施例2
具有高透气性的柔软面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:漂洗、染色、固色处理、皂洗、清水洗、烘干和定型。
其中,所述漂洗过程具体如下:通过漂洗液对面料进行漂洗,所述漂洗温度为65℃,所述漂洗时间为35min,所述漂洗液包括按照水量计的如下组份:角质酶7g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠7g/L。
所述染色过程具体如下:将面料置于染色液中进行染色,所述染色液包括染料、染色助剂和水,其中,所述染色助剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:壳聚糖2g/L,角蛋白4g/L,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5g/L,所述染色温度为55℃,所述染色时间为80min。
所述固色处理过程具体如下:采用固色液对面料进行固色处理,所述固色液包括固色剂和水,其中,所述固色剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:聚二甲基硅氧烷5g/L,醋酸纤维素4g/L,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺5g/L,所述固色处理时的温度为55℃,固色时间50min。
所述皂洗具体如下:将面料置于皂洗液中进行皂洗处理,所述皂洗液包括皂洗剂和水,其中,所述皂洗剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:聚丙烯酸钠7g/L和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚2g/L,所述皂洗温度为85℃,所述皂洗时间为35min。
所述烘干温度为65℃,所述烘干时间为25min。
实施例3
具有高透气性的柔软面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:漂洗、染色、固色处理、皂洗、清水洗、烘干和定型。
其中,所述漂洗过程具体如下:通过漂洗液对面料进行漂洗,所述漂洗温度为70℃,所述漂洗时间为40min,所述漂洗液包括按照水量计的如下组份:角质酶8g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠8g/L。
所述染色过程具体如下:将面料置于染色液中进行染色,所述染色液包括染料、染色助剂和水,其中,所述染色助剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:壳聚糖1~2g/L,角蛋白4g/L,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6g/L,所述染色温度为60℃,所述染色时间为90min。
所述固色处理过程具体如下:采用固色液对面料进行固色处理,所述固色液包括固色剂和水,其中,所述固色剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:聚二甲基硅氧烷6g/L,醋酸纤维素4g/L,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺6g/L,所述固色处理时的温度为55℃,固色时间60min。
所述皂洗具体如下:将面料置于皂洗液中进行皂洗处理,其中,所述皂洗剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:聚丙烯酸钠7g/L和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚3g/L,所述皂洗温度为90℃,所述皂洗时间为40min。
所述烘干温度为70℃,所述烘干时间为30min。
根据GB/T 24218.15-2008测试面料的透气率;
根据GB/T 3920-2008标准测试面料的耐干摩擦色牢度和耐湿摩擦色牢度;
根据GB/T 3921-2008(40℃,30min)标准测试面料的耐皂洗色牢度;
根据GB/T 5713-2013标准测试面料的耐水洗色牢度;
检测结果如下表1;
表1:实施例1~3制得的具有高透气性的柔软面料的检测结果:
从表1中可以看出,用本发明的制作方法制得的具有高透气性的柔软面料,其耐干摩擦色牢度和耐湿摩擦色牢度均达到了4级,耐皂洗色牢度的测试结果达到变色4级和沾色4级,耐水洗色牢度的测试结果达到变色4级和沾色4级,透气率达到了290mm·s-1,制得的面料具有很强的吸湿快干性能,且人触摸时会有良好的手感和柔软性。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

1.具有高透气性的柔软面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:漂洗、染色、固色处理、皂洗、清水洗、烘干和定型,其中,所述漂洗过程具体如下:通过漂洗液对面料进行漂洗;所述固色处理过程具体如下:采用固色液对面料进行固色处理,所述固色液包括固色剂和水,其中,所述固色剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:聚二甲基硅氧烷4~6g/L,醋酸纤维素3~4 g/L,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺4~6 g/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有高透气性的柔软面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述漂洗温度为60~70℃,所述漂洗时间为30~40min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有高透气性的柔软面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述漂洗液包括按照水量计的如下组份:角质酶6~8 g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠6~8 g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有高透气性的柔软面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述染色过程具体如下:将面料置于染色液中进行染色,所述染色液包括染料、染色助剂和水,其中,所述染色助剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:壳聚糖1~2 g/L,角蛋白3~4 g/L,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3~6 g/L,所述染色温度为50~60℃,所述染色时间为60~90min。
