Abstract
本发明通过提供一个指示整个剂量已施放完毕
的声音来提供一种注射针筒的改进。本发明的剂量
指示器端头与一个注射针筒的定剂量旋钮动作连系

Description
本发明涉及用于注***确地配量的药物剂量的装置,具体涉及一种具有一支钢笔或自动铅笔的外形的、特定用于提供诸如胰岛素或人生长激素的药物的多次配定剂量的皮下注射针筒。
糖尿病患者与其他的患者常常发现找不到保健专业人员来帮忙进行定量液体药物的皮下注射或肌肉注射。在这样的情况下,这些患者就需要有一种不需要保健专业人员来帮助进行所要求的准确定量注射的廉价的注射针筒。这些患者常常是每天要注射多于一个的剂量,而每个剂量会多少有点不同。这种施药装置是公知的,它们具有一支钢笔或自动铅笔的外形。这种施药装置一般是大到足以容纳多个剂量、但仍是小到足以方便地放在口袋或小包里。这样的装置的示例公开在美国专利4,973,318、4,413,760、4,498,904、3,163,952、4,475,905、4,883,472和4,592,745中。另外的示例公开在PCT国际公开文件WO87/02895、WO88/07874、WO82/02662、PCT CH86/00151与PCT DK88/0064中。
在这类装置中,常常是提供一种液体容器,这种液体容器具有一个用来让一个针头组件刺穿以让容器内的液体注射出的第一封闭端。该容器的第二端通常由一个柱塞封闭着。为了防止液体容器被别人擅自拨弄或重用,其柱塞一般设计成使一个推力可被施加到其上以缩小容器的容纳液体的容积、但并不提供适合于将其拉动以扩大容器的容纳液体的容积的手段。
在壳体内容纳有一个具柱塞杆性质的长形构件,用以施加一个力到封闭着容器的第二端的柱塞上。设有一个用于测量降低液体容器的容积以将容器内的液体发放出去所需的柱塞杆行进距离的装置。一般都认识到施药装置应有一些措施来使柱塞杆只能朝一个方向向着柱塞行进以防止任何加在柱塞杆上的动作会导致扩大液体容器的容积。一般在连接在容器末端上的针头组件上设有一个安全罩。
尽管这种现有技术笔式注射针筒有其成功之处,但仍然发现有一些缺陷。在有些现有技术的笔中,很难确定整个预定剂量是否已经施放完。本发明的装置通过在剂量施放完时提供的一个咯嗒声音来确示整个剂量已施放完毕。
本发明的装置通过提供一个指示整个剂量已施放完毕的声音来提供一种注射针筒的改进。实质上,该改进是一个装入注射针筒组件的定剂量旋钮内或定剂量旋钮动作连系着的模制指示器。
本发明的剂量指示器端头与一个皮下注射针筒的定剂量旋钮动作连系着,这个定剂量旋钮提起来来设定剂量,推进去就将剂量注射出去。剂量指示器端头包含有一个用来产生一个声音的装置,这个装置设定成在定剂量旋钮被推到剂量终结的部位时产生一个声音;剂量指示器端头还包含有一个在剂量施放后在压力从定剂量旋钮卸除时用于重新设定上述装置的装置。
指示器具有带有从其上垂直下垂的弹性脚的顶部份。弹性脚的外表面上具有一个贴靠在定剂量旋钮基部内的凸缘的凸筋。指示器还具有贴靠在定剂量旋钮内的另一凸缘的带弹性的弧形弯脚。定剂量旋钮具有一个装入一个圆筒形套筒的长形部份,使得在注射终结、定剂量旋钮被推入套筒内时,套筒的顶部接触弹性脚的端部,使凸筋移离凸缘,产生一个声音。带弹性的弧形弯脚使凸筋在压力从指示器的顶部份卸除后恢复到原来的位置上。
因此,当指示器的顶部份被推动时,在剂量终结时会产生一个咯嗒声音,并且在压力从指示器顶部份卸除时,指示器通过带弹性的弹簧脚重新定位。本发明的最简单的形式包括有一个带有一个顶部份的指示器,该顶部份具有其上带有用来将其可脱开地定位在在定剂量旋钮的一个预定位置上的装置的弹性脚,还包括有用于在剂量终结时使弹性脚从该预定位置脱开的装置、和用于将弹性脚回复到该预定位置上的弹性装置。
本发明结合附图详细说明如下。在附图中,

图4 是图3所示的配合的纵向剖视图,示出指示器处在定位状态;
图5 是跟图4一样的纵向剖视图,示出弹性脚在脱开及按扣以后的状态。
剂量指示器端头的一个实施例是一个适于装入定剂量旋钮内并与其配合工作的整体成型件。这样一个实施例包含有一个顶部份,这顶部份带有从顶部份垂直下垂并具有一个通常是在其外表面上的一个凸筋的装置的弹性脚,该装置用于将弹性脚在剂量达到前保持在一个预定位置上。在剂量终结时弹性脚从该预定位置脱出,产生一个咯嗒的声音。剂量指示器端头还具有一个使弹性脚恢复到其预定位置的装置。这个功能可以通过同样是从剂量指示器端头的顶部份垂直下垂并沿着跟该圆形顶部份相切的曲线的面上弯曲的弧形弯脚来实现。这样的弧形弯脚通过贴靠在一个凸缘上而与定剂量旋钮的内表面配合工作。这些弧形弯脚在顶部份被推动以输送剂量时被弯曲,而在压力从顶份去除后恢复到原来的位置,这个复位将弹性脚重新设定在其定位位置上。
熟悉本领域的人员会认识到各种各样的配合工作结构和用来在剂量终结时实现产生一个声音的功能的不同数目、大小、形状、位置与材料的诸如凸缘、卡爪与脚的装置,以及用来将产生声音的装置重新设定的弹性装置。
图1示出注射针筒组件1。该注射针筒组件1包括有一个连接在注射针筒3远端的针头组件2,在注射针筒3装有一个盛装施药液体的容器4。一个带螺纹的柱塞杆5跟柱塞6接触使柱塞杆5驱动柱塞6,靠其向下的运动将液体压出针头。顶帽7可滑动地容纳在注射针筒3的近端上。一个衣袋夹8作为顶帽7的一个部份与其一体成型。一个定剂量旋钮15装入在顶帽7近端的开口11内。转动定剂量旋钮15使与其连接的内螺母沿柱塞杆5往上走以有效地伸长了柱塞杆,从而使剂量旋钮到达相应于一个精确地配量的剂量的位置15b,这个精确地配量的剂量可以从窗口12中显示出的刻度看出来。将定剂量旋钮从位置15b推到位置15a使一个精确地配量的液体剂量通过针头注射出。
以上说明的图1的装置的精确描述公开在1992年7月29日公开的欧洲专利申请496,141中,该专利通过引证结合到本申请中。
本发明的改进通过图2、3、4与5详细示出。
图2示出一个剂量指示器20的一体成型的端头。剂量指示器20具有一个顶部份21、带有一个外凸筋23的垂直下垂弹性脚22和垂直下垂的弧形弯脚24。该剂量指示器20装入在定剂量旋钮15的顶部的开口11内,如图3详细地示出的那样。
现在按图3研究剂量指示器20与定剂量旋钮15之间的配合工作,定剂量旋钮15具有一个带槽纹的部份17和长形圆筒形部份18,这圆筒形部份18的直径小于带槽纹的部份17的直径并装入开口11内。在带槽纹部份17的根部跟圆筒形部份18连接的部位设有开口19,使弹性脚22的底部25露向顶帽7的近端和小内凸缘9。在定剂量旋钮15上还有凸筋23贴靠在其上的凸缘10。还有一个弧形弯脚24贴靠在其上的凸缘30。
在图2所示的实施例中,示出一个带有三个等距分隔开设置的弹性脚22的一体成型顶部。这些弹性脚具有一个弧形表面并可弹性地向内弯曲。在每个弹性脚之间设有一个沿曲面方向弯曲的弧形弯脚24。这些短一些的弧形弯脚24贴靠在凸缘段30上,长一些的弹性脚22贴靠在凸缘10上。
图4示出剂量指示器端头处在准备起动状态,弧形弯脚24靠在凸缘30上,凸筋23靠在凸缘10上。在图4所示的位置上,定剂量旋钮15已被转动来设定一个剂量。图5示出在剂量终结部位剂量指示器20的顶部份21被推向顶帽7的凸缘9时所出现的情况。凸缘9跟弹性脚23的底部25接合,使凸筋23突然从凸缘10脱开,发出一个指示剂量终结的咯嗒声。在剂量指示器端头的顶部份21被推动时,弧形弯脚24由于压靠着凸缘30而弯曲。卸去加在顶部份21上的压力使弧形弯脚24恢复到其如图4所示的原始位置,并使凸筋23重新定位在凸缘10上。
从图4与图5可见,弹性脚22向剂量指示器的中心弯曲,弧形弯脚24沿曲线的面弯曲。在压力施加到剂量指示器20的顶部份21上的期间,顶部份根据所加的压力变形,当压力卸除时,顶部份恢复到其原始位置。
再结合图1来看本发明的装置的操作,定剂量旋钮15被转动到位置15b来设定正确的剂量,这剂量可从窗口12中的刻度看出。将针头刺入皮肤内,将剂量指示器的顶部份21从下压,直至发生一个由凸筋23从凸缘10上滑脱所产生的咯嗒声,表示定剂量旋钮到达了位置15a。当压力从顶部份21上卸除,弧形弯脚24将凸筋重新定位在凸缘10上。通过咯嗒声使使用者确信要施用的剂量已全部施用完毕。
上述示例只为了说明本发明,但不是对本发明的精神和范围进行限制。
Claims (6)
1、一种与一个皮下注射针筒的定剂量旋钮动作连系着的剂量指示器端头,这个定剂量旋钮提起来来设定剂量,推进去将剂量注射出去,其特征在于该剂量指示器端头包含有:
a.一个用来产生一个声音的装置,该装置设定成在定剂量旋钮被推到剂量终结的部位时产生一个声音;
b.一个用来在剂量施放后在压力从定剂量旋钮卸除时重新设定装置a的装置。
2、一种用于装入一个按照权利要求1的注射针筒的定剂量旋钮的剂量指示器端头,其特征在于该剂量指示器端头含有:
a.一个顶部份;
b.从该顶部份垂直下垂的弹性脚;
其中,弹性脚具有一个装置,这个装置与弹性脚配合工作并在压力施加到顶部份上时在剂量终结前将弹性脚保持在定剂量旋钮内的一个预定位置上,并在剂量终结时使弹性脚从预定位置脱开而发生一个声音;
c.用于在压力从顶部份卸除时使弹性脚回复到在定剂量旋钮内的预定位置上的装置。
3、按照权利要求2的剂量指示器端头,其特征在于用于使弹性脚回复到预定位置上的装置是一个或多个弧形弯脚,所述弧形弯脚从剂量指示器端头的顶部份垂直下垂,并与定剂量旋钮配合工作使弹性脚在剂量注射完并且压力从顶部份卸除时回复到预定位置上。
4、按照权利要求3的剂量指示器端头,其特征在于有三个等距分隔开设置的弹性脚,在弹性脚之间的空间内设置一个弧形弯脚。
5、按照权利要求4的剂量指示器端头,其特征在于所述弹性脚在其外表面上具有一条凸筋,该凸筋与在定剂量旋钮内的一个凸缘配合工作将弹性脚保持在预定位置上,直至剂量终结时凸筋从该凸缘脱开而发生一个声音时为止。
6、按照权利要求5的剂量指示器端头,其特征在于所述弧形弯脚与在定剂量旋钮内的第二个凸缘配合工作使弹性脚在剂量注射后压力从顶部份卸除时回复到预定位置上。
