技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域，特别是一种新型水泥涂料。
背景技术
水泥通常是指硅酸盐水泥，使用水为固化剂，而且可实现常温固化，是一种环保节能的材料，但普通水泥很难作为涂层材料使用。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种新型水泥涂料，附着性好，可直接涂抹于底材。
其具体方案为：一种新型水泥涂料，包括如下重量份组分：
石英砂粉料20-30份；
硅酸盐水泥粉料20-30份；
聚丙烯酸酯乳液1-15份；
胶体稳定剂1-15份；
增稠剂1-2份；
消泡剂1-3份；
硅溶胶10-80份；
碱金属硅酸盐溶液10-80份。
在上述的新型水泥涂料中，所述碱金属硅酸盐溶液为硅酸钾溶液、硅酸锂溶液和硅酸钠溶液中的至少一种。
本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明的新型水泥涂料附着性好，可直接涂抹于底材。

实施例1
一种新型水泥涂料，由如下重量份组分组成：
石英砂粉料20份；
硅酸盐水泥粉料30份；
聚丙烯酸酯乳液15份；
胶体稳定剂15份；
增稠剂2份；
消泡剂1份；
硅溶胶10份；
碱金属硅酸盐溶液20份。
将聚丙烯酸酯乳液15份；胶体稳定剂15份；增稠剂2份；消泡剂1份；硅溶胶10份；碱金属硅酸盐溶液20份放入反应釜中加热至35-80度，保温1-2小时，再经过冷却和过滤构成水剂。将水剂与石英砂粉料20份和硅酸盐水泥粉料30份在混合器内充分搅拌、混合均匀，得到水泥涂料。
实施例2
一种新型水泥涂料，由如下重量份组分组成：
石英砂粉料30份；
硅酸盐水泥粉料20份；
聚丙烯酸酯乳液1份；
胶体稳定剂1份；
增稠剂1份；
消泡剂1份；
硅溶胶80份；
碱金属硅酸盐溶液80份。
本实施例与上述实施例1的方法相同。

硅溶胶10-80份；
碱金属硅酸盐溶液10-80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型水泥涂料，其特征在于：所述碱金属硅酸盐溶液为硅酸钾溶液、硅酸锂溶液和硅酸钠溶液中的至少一种。
