【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种OLED像素驱动电路及OLED显示器。
【背景技术】
有源矩阵有机发光二极体(AMOLED,Active-matrix organic light emittingdiode)是一种应用于电视和移动设备中的显示技术,相比于现有主流的液晶显示器,AMOLED具有高对比度、广视角、低功耗、体积更薄等优点,是目前平板显示技术中最受关注的技术之一。
然而现有的有机发光二极管由于长时间显示相同亮度,导致其发光特性发生偏置,并且发光效率下降,从而使得显示画面容易出现残影现象,降低了显示效果。
因此,有必要提供一种OLED像素驱动电路及OLED显示器,以解决现有技术所存在的问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种OLED像素驱动电路及OLED显示器,能够消除残影,提高显示效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种OLED像素驱动电路,其包括:
第一薄膜晶体管、第二薄膜晶体管、第三薄膜晶体管、第四薄膜晶体管、第五薄膜晶体管、第六薄膜晶体管、电容、第一有机发光二极管以及第二有机发光二极管;
所述第一薄膜晶体管的栅极接入扫描信号,所述第一薄膜晶体管的源极接入数据信号,所述第一薄膜晶体管的漏极分别与所述第二薄膜晶体管的栅极以及所述电容的一端连接;
所述第二薄膜晶体管的源极和所述电容的另一端都接入电源正电压,所述第二薄膜晶体管的漏极分别与所述第三薄膜晶体管的源极和所述第五薄膜晶体管的源极连接,
所述第三薄膜晶体管的栅极、所述第四薄膜晶体管的栅极、所述第五薄膜晶体管的栅极以及所述第六薄膜晶体管的栅极都接入控制信号,所述第三薄膜晶体管的漏极分别与所述第一有机发光二极管的阳极和所述第二有机发光二极管的阴极以及所述第六薄膜晶体管的源极连接;
所述第五薄膜晶体管的漏极分别与所述第一有机发光二极管的阴极和所述第二有机发光二极管的阳极以及所述第四薄膜晶体管的源极连接;
所述第六薄膜晶体管的漏极和所述第四薄膜晶体管的漏极都接入电源负电压。
在本发明的OLED像素驱动电路中,所述第一薄膜晶体管、所述第二薄膜晶体管、所述第三薄膜晶体管、所述第四薄膜晶体管均为N型薄膜晶体管、所述第五薄膜晶体管以及所述第六薄膜晶体管均为P型薄膜晶体管。
在本发明的OLED像素驱动电路中,在显示当前帧图像时,所述控制信号为高电平;在显示下一帧图像时,所述控制信号为低电平。
在本发明的OLED像素驱动电路中,所述OLED像素驱动电路还包括第七薄膜晶体管和第八薄膜晶体管;所述控制信号包括第一控制信号和第二控制信号;所述数据信号包括第一数据信号和第二数据信号;
所述第七薄膜晶体管的栅极接入所述第一控制信号,所述第七薄膜晶体管的源极接入第一数据信号;
所述第八薄膜晶体管的栅极接入所述第二控制信号,所述第八薄膜晶体管的源极接入第二数据信号;所述第一薄膜晶体管的源极分别与所述第七薄膜晶体管的漏极和所述第八薄膜晶体管的漏极连接;
所述第三薄膜晶体管的栅极和所述第四薄膜晶体管的栅极都接入所述第一控制信号;

本发明的OLED像素驱动电路及OLED显示器,通过隔帧反偏的方式,防止OLED长时间处于发光状态,避免了有机发光二极管的发光特性发生偏移,从而消除了残影现象,提高了面板的显示效果。

以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如「上」、「下」、「前」、「后」、「左」、「右」、「内」、「外」、「侧面」等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。在图中,结构相似的单元是以相同标号表示。
传统的OLED像素驱动电路通常为2T1C,即两个薄膜晶体管加一个电容的结构,将电压变换为电流。
如图1所示,现有的2T1C结构的OLED像素驱动电路,包括第一薄膜晶体管T10、第二薄膜晶体管T20、电容C10及有机发光二极管D10,所述第一薄膜晶体管T10为驱动薄膜晶体管,所述第二薄膜晶体管T20为开关薄膜晶体管,所述电容C10为存储电容。具体地,所述第二薄膜晶体管T20的栅极接入扫描信号Scan,源极接入数据信号Data,漏极电性连接第一薄膜晶体管T10的栅极;所述第一薄膜晶体管T10的源极接入电源正电压OVDD,漏极电性连接有机发光二极管D10的阳极;有机发光二极管D10的阴极接地。电容C10的一端电性连接第一薄膜晶体管T10的栅极,另一端电性连接第一薄膜晶体管T10的源极。
该2T1C像素驱动电路在对OLED进行驱动时,流过有机发光二极管D10的电流满足:
I=k×(Vgs-Vth)2;
其中,I为流过有机发光二极管D10的电流,k为驱动薄膜晶体管的本征导电因子,Vgs为第一薄膜晶体管T10栅极和源极间的电压差,Vth为第一薄膜晶体管T10的阈值电压。
请参照图2至9,图2为本发明的OLED像素驱动电路的电路图。
如图2所示,本发明的OLED像素驱动电路包括第一薄膜晶体管T1、第二薄膜晶体管T2、第三薄膜晶体管T3、第四薄膜晶体管T4、第五薄膜晶体管T5、第六薄膜晶体管T6、电容Cst、第一有机发光二极管D1、以及第二有机发光二极管D2。其中所述第一薄膜晶体管T1为驱动薄膜晶体管。OLED像素驱动电路输入有扫描信号Scan、数据信号Data以及控制信号SW。
具体各元件的连接方式如下:所述第一薄膜晶体管T1的栅极接入扫描信号Scan,所述第一薄膜晶体管T1的源极接入数据信号Data,所述第一薄膜晶体管T1的漏极分别与所述第二薄膜晶体管T2的栅极以及所述电容Cst的一端连接;
所述第二薄膜晶体管T2的源极和所述电容Cst的另一端都接入电源正电压ELVDD,所述第二薄膜晶体管T2的漏极分别与所述第三薄膜晶体管T3的源极和所述第五薄膜晶体管T5的源极连接;
所述第三薄膜晶体管T3的栅极、所述第四薄膜晶体管T4的栅极、所述第五薄膜晶体管T5的栅极以及所述第六薄膜晶体管T6的栅极都接入控制信号(SW信号),所述第三薄膜晶体管T3的漏极分别与所述第一有机发光二极管D1的阳极和所述第二有机发光二极管D2的阴极以及所述第六薄膜晶体管T6的源极连接;
所述第五薄膜晶体管T5的漏极分别与所述第一有机发光二极管D1的阴极和所述第二有机发光二极管D2的阳极以及所述第四薄膜晶体管T4的源极连接;
所述第六薄膜晶体管T6的漏极和所述第四薄膜晶体管T4的漏极都接入电源负电压ELVSS。
其中所述第一薄膜晶体管T1、所述第二薄膜晶体管T2、所述第三薄膜晶体管T3、所述第四薄膜晶体管T4均为N型薄膜晶体管、所述第五薄膜晶体管T5以及所述第六薄膜晶体管T6均为P型薄膜晶体管。
所述第一薄膜晶体管T1、所述第二薄膜晶体管T2、所述第三薄膜晶体管T3、所述第四薄膜晶体管T4、所述第五薄膜晶体管T5以及所述第六薄膜晶体管T6均为低温多晶硅薄膜晶体管、氧化物半导体薄膜晶体管以及非晶硅薄膜晶体管中的一种。
如图3所述,SW信号为方波信号,在显示当前帧图像(也即t1-t2时段)时,所述SW信号为高电平;在显示下一帧图像(也即t2-t3时段)时,所述SW信号为低电平;其余帧与此类似。
具体地,如图4所示,当显示第一帧图像时,SW信号为高电平时,第三薄膜晶体管T3、第四薄膜晶体管T4打开,第五薄膜晶体管T5、第六薄膜晶体管T6关闭,此时A点电压高于B点,驱动第一有机发光二极管D1发光,且第二有机发光二极管D2处于反偏状态。
如图5所示,当显示第二帧图像时,SW为低电平,第五薄膜晶体管T5、第六薄膜晶体管T6打开,第三薄膜晶体管T3、第四薄膜晶体管T4关闭,此时B点电压高于A点,驱动第二有机发光二极管D2发光,第一有机发光二极管D1处于反偏状态。
由此可见,本发明通过隔帧反偏的方式,防止OLED长时间处于发光状态,避免了有机发光二极管的发光特性发生偏移,有效防止残影产生,此外还延长了OLED的使用寿命。
进一步地,为了避免制程差异导致的第一有机发光二极管D1和第二有机发光二极管D2的发光效率不一致的问题,也即进一步避免相邻两帧画面的亮度不一致出现闪烁现象,如图6所示,本发明的OLED像素驱动电路还包括第七薄膜晶体管T7和第八薄膜晶体管T8;所述控制信号包括第一控制信号SW1和第二控制信号SW2;所述数据信号包括第一数据信号Data1和第二数据信号Data2;其中OLED像素驱动电路输入有第一数据信号Data、第二数据信号Data2、第一控制信号SW1以及第二控制信号SW2。
所述第七薄膜晶体管T7的栅极接入所述第一控制信号SW1,所述第七薄膜晶体管T7的源极接入第一数据信号Data1;
所述第八薄膜晶体管T8的栅极接入所述第二控制信号SW2,所述第八薄膜晶体管T8的源极接入第二数据信号Data2;所述第一薄膜晶体管T1的源极分别与所述第七薄膜晶体管T7的漏极和所述第八薄膜晶体管T8的漏极连接;
所述第三薄膜晶体管T3的栅极和所述第四薄膜晶体管T4的栅极都接入所述第一控制信号SW1,所述第五薄膜晶体管T5的栅极以及所述第六薄膜晶体管T6的栅极都接入所述第二控制信号SW2。
其中,所述第七薄膜晶体管T7、所述第八薄膜晶体管T8均为N型薄膜晶体管。
如图7所示,所述第一控制信号SW1和所述第二控制信号SW2都为方波信号,且两者的周期相同,极性相反。
如图8所示,在显示当前帧图像(比如第一帧图像,也即t1-t2时段)时,所述第一控制信号SW1为高电平,所述第二控制信号SW2为低电平;第三薄膜晶体管T3、第四薄膜晶体管T4打开,第五薄膜晶体管T5、第六薄膜晶体管T6关闭,此时A点电压高于B点,驱动第一有机发光二极管D1发光,而第二有机发光二极管D2处于反偏状态。
如图9所示,在显示下一帧图像时(也即t2-t3时段),所述第二控制信号SW2为高电平,所述第一控制信号SW1为低电平;第五薄膜晶体管T5、第六薄膜晶体管T6打开,第三薄膜晶体管T3、第四薄膜晶体管T4关闭,此时B点电压高于A点,驱动第二有机发光二极管D2发光,第一有机发光二极管D1处于反偏状态。
所述第一数据信号Data1和所述第二数据信号Data2的大小是根据所述第一有机发光二极管D1和所述第二有机发光二极管D2在相同灰阶下的亮度设置的,其中所述第一有机发光二极管D1和所述第二有机发光二极管D2在相同灰阶下的亮度相同。
也即具体通过调整所述第一数据信号Data1和所述第二数据信号Data2的大小,使所述第一有机发光二极管D1和所述第二有机发光二极管D2在相同灰阶下的亮度相同。
比如,第一有机发光二极管D1在测试灰阶下的亮度比第二有机发光二极管D2的亮度大时,将第一数据信号调小,以使第一有机发光二极管D1在同一灰阶下的亮度与第二有机发光二极管D2的亮度相等。第一有机发光二极管D1在测试灰阶下的亮度比第二有机发光二极管D2的亮度小时,将第二数据信号调小,以使第一有机发光二极管D1在同一灰阶下的亮度与第二有机发光二极管D2的亮度相等。
本发明还提供一种OLED显示器,其包括上述OLED像素驱动电路。
本发明的OLED像素驱动电路及OLED显示器,通过隔帧反偏的方式,防止OLED长时间处于发光状态,避免了有机发光二极管的发光特性发生偏移,从而消除了残影现象,提高了面板的显示效果。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种OLED像素驱动电路,其特征在于,包括:
第一薄膜晶体管、第二薄膜晶体管、第三薄膜晶体管、第四薄膜晶体管、第五薄膜晶体管、第六薄膜晶体管、电容、第一有机发光二极管以及第二有机发光二极管;
所述第一薄膜晶体管的栅极接入扫描信号,所述第一薄膜晶体管的源极接入数据信号,所述第一薄膜晶体管的漏极分别与所述第二薄膜晶体管的栅极以及所述电容的一端连接;
所述第二薄膜晶体管的源极和所述电容的另一端都接入电源正电压,所述第二薄膜晶体管的漏极分别与所述第三薄膜晶体管的源极和所述第五薄膜晶体管的源极连接;
所述第三薄膜晶体管的栅极、所述第四薄膜晶体管的栅极、所述第五薄膜晶体管的栅极以及所述第六薄膜晶体管的栅极都接入控制信号,所述第三薄膜晶体管的漏极分别与所述第一有机发光二极管的阳极、所述第二有机发光二极管的阴极以及所述第六薄膜晶体管的源极连接;
所述第五薄膜晶体管的漏极分别与所述第一有机发光二极管的阴极、所述第二有机发光二极管的阳极以及所述第四薄膜晶体管的源极连接;
所述第六薄膜晶体管的漏极和所述第四薄膜晶体管的漏极都接入电源负电压。
2.如权利要求1所述的OLED像素驱动电路,其特征在于,所述第一薄膜晶体管、所述第二薄膜晶体管、所述第三薄膜晶体管、所述第四薄膜晶体管均为N型薄膜晶体管、所述第五薄膜晶体管以及所述第六薄膜晶体管均为P型薄膜晶体管。
3.如权利要求1所述的OLED像素驱动电路,其特征在于,在显示当前帧图像时,所述控制信号为高电平;在显示下一帧图像时,所述控制信号为低电平。
4.如权利要求1所述的OLED像素驱动电路,其特征在于,所述OLED像素驱动电路还包括第七薄膜晶体管和第八薄膜晶体管;所述控制信号包括第一控制信号和第二控制信号;所述数据信号包括第一数据信号和第二数据信号;
所述第七薄膜晶体管的栅极接入所述第一控制信号,所述第七薄膜晶体管的源极接入第一数据信号;
所述第八薄膜晶体管的栅极接入所述第二控制信号,所述第八薄膜晶体管的源极接入第二数据信号;所述第一薄膜晶体管的源极分别与所述第七薄膜晶体管的漏极和所述第八薄膜晶体管的漏极连接;
所述第三薄膜晶体管的栅极和所述第四薄膜晶体管的栅极都接入所述第一控制信号;
所述第五薄膜晶体管的栅极以及所述第六薄膜晶体管的栅极都接入所述第二控制信号。
5.如权利要求4所述的OLED像素驱动电路,其特征在于,所述第七薄膜晶体管、所述第八薄膜晶体管均为N型薄膜晶体管。
6.如权利要求4所述的OLED像素驱动电路,其特征在于,在显示当前帧图像时,所述第一控制信号为高电平,所述第二控制信号为低电平;在显示下一帧图像时,所述第二控制信号为高电平,所述第一控制信号为低电平。
7.如权利要求6所述的OLED像素驱动电路,其特征在于,所述第一控制信号和所述第二控制信号均为方波信号,所述第一控制信号和所述第二控制信号的周期相同,极性相反。
8.如权利要求4所述的OLED像素驱动电路,其特征在于,所述第一数据信号和所述第二数据信号均是根据所述第一有机发光二极管和所述第二有机发光二极管在相同灰阶下的亮度设置的,其中所述第一有机发光二极管和所述第二有机发光二极管在相同灰阶下的亮度相等。
9.如权利要求1所述的OLED像素驱动电路,其特征在于,所述第一薄膜晶体管、所述第二薄膜晶体管、所述第三薄膜晶体管、所述第四薄膜晶体管、所述第五薄膜晶体管以及所述第六薄膜晶体管均为低温多晶硅薄膜晶体管、氧化物半导体薄膜晶体管以及非晶硅薄膜晶体管中的一种。
10.一种OLED显示器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9任意一项所述的OLED像素驱动电路。
