背景技术
通常,车辆中安装有用于制动的制动***,并且近来已经提出了这样一种***,该***电子地控制制动液压朝安装在车轮中的轮缸传递以获得更强大并且稳定的制动力。

根据本发明的一方面,提供一种用于制动***的致动单元,该致动单元包括电子控制单元、液压单元以及直接或者间接连接至制动踏板的活塞,并且所述致动单元包括:电子存储器单元,该电子存储器单元机械地连接至所述液压单元;以及位置传感器,该位置传感器构造成检测连接至所述制动踏板的所述活塞或者另一零件的移动,其中,所述位置传感器的信号被校正,并且用于校正所述信号的数据存储在所述电子存储器单元中。
所述电子存储器单元可以整合有压力传感器。

2.根据权利要求1所述的致动单元,其中,所述电子存储器单元整合有压力传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的致动单元,其中,利用参考位置传感器产生校正数据,并且所述校正数据存储在所述电子控制单元以及所述电子存储器单元中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的致动单元,其中,在更换所述电子控制单元的情况下,代用电子控制单元从所述电子存储器单元读取校正数据。
5.根据权利要求4所述的致动单元,其中,
所述位置传感器检测磁场中的变化;并且
编码器包括构造成随所述活塞移动而移动的永磁体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的致动单元,其中,所述位置传感器检测三维磁场并且消除外部扰动磁场对所述编码器的移动轴线的影响。
7.根据权利要求1所述的致动单元,其中,所述位置传感器与所述电子存储器单元经由弹簧连接至所述电子控制单元。
8.根据权利要求5所述的致动单元,其中,所述位置传感器由胶固定。
