A1. two oil ports on the container assembly and two oil ports on the rotary conveying bracket 2 are connected by two high-pressure oil pipes;
A2. turning on a switch of a power takeoff of a vehicle;
A3. operating the multi-way valve controller to control the movable ends of the hydraulic oil cylinders 102 of the four oil cylinder assemblies to extend out, and lifting the hydraulic lifting type detachable container 1 to be higher than the transfer bracket 2150 mm;
A4. controlling the vehicle to reverse and drive in the direction coaxial with the hydraulic lifting type detachable container 1, and moving a transfer bracket 2 on a frame chassis of the vehicle to the position below the hydraulic lifting type detachable container 1;
A5. adjusting the container twist lock 206 on the transfer carriage 2 to align the container twist lock 206 with the mounting hole of the corner fitting 110 by aligning when the vehicle is driven in;
A6. operating the multi-way valve controller to control the movable ends of the hydraulic oil cylinders 102 of the four oil cylinder assemblies to retract until the container falls to the mounting hole of the corner fitting 110, inserting the container turning lock 206 on the transfer bracket 2, and continuously operating the multi-way valve controller to control the movable ends of the hydraulic oil cylinders 102 of the four oil cylinder assemblies to fully retract;
A7. rotating each container twist lock 206 by 90 degrees to connect the container twist lock 206 with the corner fitting 110;
A8. retracting the cylinder mounting columns 104 and the cylinder assemblies of the front plate of the hydraulic lifting type detachable container 1 from two sides of the front plate, and then enabling the manual locking device 111 to be in a locking position;
A9. and pulling out the high-pressure oil pipe, and enabling the vehicle to run out.
EXAMPLE III
The container operation method of the vehicle with the hydraulic lifting type detachable container 1 is characterized in that a multi-way valve controller used for controlling an oil cylinder assembly and a power takeoff connected with the multi-way valve controller are installed on the vehicle with the hydraulic lifting type detachable container 1, a quick connector is installed on the oil cylinder assembly, a round universal level meter is further installed on the hydraulic lifting type detachable container 1 and used for checking whether the hydraulic lifting type detachable container 1 is laid down, meanwhile, an oil pipe explosion-proof device is further installed on the oil cylinder assembly and used for preventing the oil cylinder from suddenly dropping during pipe explosion, so that safety and reliability are improved, the oil cylinder assembly is fixed through a cylinder barrel, a cylinder shaft moves, and the reliability is higher.
The process of disassembling the container specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, rotating a container rotating lock 206 arranged on a transfer bracket 2 to enable the container rotating lock 206 and a corner fitting 110 to be in an unlocked state;
s2, sliding out the road valve mounting plate, connecting two oil ports on the container assembly and two oil ports on the rotary conveying bracket 2 by using two high-pressure oil pipes, and checking whether the pipeline is correctly connected or not after connection;
s3, turning on a switch of a power takeoff of the vehicle, and driving a gear pump to work by the power takeoff of the vehicle;
s4, pulling out 300mm of the oil cylinder mounting column 104 and the oil cylinder assembly of the front plate of the hydraulic lifting type detachable container 1 from two sides of the front plate;
s5, operating a multi-way valve controller, independently and respectively rotating the movable ends of the hydraulic oil cylinders 102 of the four oil cylinder assemblies to extend, observing a circular universal level gauge, enabling the hydraulic lifting type detachable container 1 to be in a horizontal position by operating the oil cylinder assemblies, and finally lifting the hydraulic lifting type detachable container 1 to a transfer bracket 2150 mm;
s6, pulling out a pipeline connecting the multi-way valve controller and the oil cylinder assembly;
s7, starting the vehicle to linearly drive out to the bottom of the vehicle to drive out of the lower position of the hydraulic lifting type detachable container 1;
s8, connecting the multi-way valve controller of the vehicle with four oil cylinder assemblies of the hydraulic lifting type detachable container 1 respectively by using four pipelines again;
s9, operating the multi-way valve controller again to control the hydraulic oil cylinders 102 of the four oil cylinder assemblies to retract until the container is lowered to the lowest position;
s10, pulling out the high-pressure oil pipe, storing the pipeline, and driving out the vehicle;
the process of loading the container specifically comprises the following steps:
A1. two oil ports on the container assembly and two oil ports on the rotary conveying bracket 2 are connected by two high-pressure oil pipes;
A2. turning on a switch of a power takeoff of a vehicle;
A3. sliding out the road valve mounting plate, operating the multi-way valve controller, controlling the movable ends of the hydraulic oil cylinders 102 of the four oil cylinder assemblies to extend out, and lifting the hydraulic lifting type detachable container 1 to be higher than the transfer bracket 2150 mm;
A4. controlling the vehicle to reverse and drive in the direction coaxial with the hydraulic lifting type detachable container 1, and moving a transfer bracket 2 on a frame chassis of the vehicle to the position below the hydraulic lifting type detachable container 1;
A5. adjusting the container twist lock 206 on the transfer carriage 2 to align the container twist lock 206 with the mounting hole of the corner fitting 110 by aligning when the vehicle is driven in;
A6. operating the multi-way valve controller to control the movable ends of the hydraulic oil cylinders 102 of the four oil cylinder assemblies to retract until the container falls to the mounting hole of the corner fitting 110, inserting the container turning lock 206 on the transfer bracket 2, and continuously operating the multi-way valve controller to control the movable ends of the hydraulic oil cylinders 102 of the four oil cylinder assemblies to fully retract;
A7. rotating each container twist lock 206 by 90 degrees to connect the container twist lock 206 with the corner fitting 110;
A8. retracting the cylinder mounting columns 104 and the cylinder assemblies of the hydraulic lifting type detachable container front plate 1 from two sides of the front plate, and then enabling the manual locking device 111 to be in a locking position;
A9. and pulling out the high-pressure oil pipe, and enabling the vehicle to run out.

The vehicle with the hydraulic lifting type detachable container is characterized by comprising a hydraulic lifting type detachable container (1), wherein the hydraulic lifting type detachable container (1) is detachably connected with a transfer bracket (2) fixed on a chassis of a vehicle frame through a container rotating lock (206) and a corner fitting (110); the container turning lock (206) is arranged on the transferring bracket (2), the corner fittings (110) are arranged on the hydraulic lifting type detachable container (1), and oil cylinder assemblies are respectively arranged at four corners of the hydraulic lifting type detachable container (1);
the hydraulic lifting type detachable container (1) is composed of a container body and container supports, the container body is formed by enclosing a top plate, a bottom plate, a front plate, a rear plate, a left plate and a right plate, the container supports comprise front end supports arranged on two sides of the front plate and rear end supports arranged on two sides of the rear plate, each rear end support is composed of an oil cylinder fixing installation column (101) and an oil cylinder assembly, the oil cylinder fixing installation columns (101) are fixed on two sides of the rear plate, each front end support is formed by splicing an upper section and a lower section, the upper half section of each front end support is a fixing support (103) fixed on the front plate, the lower half section of each front end support is composed of an oil cylinder installation column (104) and an oil cylinder assembly, a reinforcing beam pipe (105) and a lower beam pipe (106) are respectively arranged at the lower half part and the bottom end of the front plate, and first guide columns (107) and second guide columns (108) are respectively arranged at positions, corresponding to the reinforcing beam pipes (105) and the lower beam pipes (106), on the oil cylinder installation columns (, the first guide column (107) and the second guide column (108) are respectively inserted into the reinforced beam pipe (105) and the lower beam pipe (106), the oil cylinder assembly is composed of a hydraulic oil cylinder (102) and a universal disc (109), the fixed end of the hydraulic oil cylinder (102) is fixed in the oil cylinder mounting column (104), the movable end of the hydraulic oil cylinder (102) extends out of the bottom end of the oil cylinder mounting column (104) and is connected with the universal disc (109), and corner pieces (110) matched with the container rotary lock (206) are arranged at four corners of the bottom plate;
the transfer bracket (2) is composed of at least two guard fence plates (201), a plurality of guard fence supports (202), a transfer bracket assembly (203), a front cross beam (204) and a rear cross beam (205); the two ends of the transfer bracket assembly (203) in the length direction are respectively a front end and a rear end, the front cross beam (204) is transversely erected at the front end of the transfer bracket assembly (203), the rear cross beam (205) is transversely erected at the rear end of the transfer bracket assembly (203), the guard rail supports (202) are symmetrically and transversely arranged at two sides of the front end of the transfer bracket assembly (203) and respectively extend along two sides of the width direction of the transfer bracket assembly (203), and the guard rail plates (201) are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the front end of the transfer bracket assembly (203) through the guard rail supports (202) and extend along the length direction of the transfer bracket assembly (203); container twist locks (206) matched with the corner fittings (110) are arranged at both ends of the front cross beam (204) and both ends of the rear cross beam (205);
the container rotating lock (206) is composed of a shell, a lock pin, a rotating disc and a handle, wherein a through lock pin mounting hole is formed in the shell along the length direction, the lock pin is composed of an integrally-formed lock head and a lock pin rod, the lock head is in a pyramid shape, the end part of the lock pin rod penetrates through the lock pin mounting hole to be inserted on the rotating disc, and the handle is mounted on the rotating disc; the corner fitting (110) is in a square shape, a first strip-shaped mounting hole arranged along the length direction of the bottom surface is formed in the bottom surface of the corner fitting (110), and second strip-shaped mounting holes arranged along the height direction of the container corner fitting (110) are formed in any two adjacent side surfaces of the four side surfaces adjacent to the bottom surface.

The vehicle with the hydraulically-lifted collapsible cargo box according to claim 1, wherein a first guide block (207) is installed at each of both ends of the front cross member (204) near the transfer bracket assembly (203), a first guide block (207) is installed at each of both ends of the rear cross member (205) near the transfer bracket assembly (203), and a second guide block (208) is installed at each of both sides of the rear end of the transfer bracket assembly (203) near the rear cross member (205).

The vehicle with the hydraulically-lifted removable cargo box according to claim 1, wherein two fender support brackets (209) are mounted on each side of the rear end of the transfer bracket assembly (203), and a fender (210) is mounted on each fender support bracket (209) in an inclined arrangement.

The vehicle with the hydraulic lifting type detachable cargo box according to the claim 1, characterized in that, mutually matched manual locking devices (111) are arranged at the two ends of the reinforced beam pipe (105) and/or the lower beam pipe (106) and the corresponding cylinder mounting columns (104).

The vehicle having a hydraulically liftable and detachable cargo box according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of cross members and longitudinal members are installed at the bottom of the floor panel and a multi-way valve installation plate (114) is installed at one side of the floor panel in the length direction.

The vehicle with the hydraulic lifting type detachable cargo box according to claim 1, wherein a reinforcing plate (115) is further arranged at the upper half part of the front plate, two ends of the reinforcing plate (115) are respectively connected with the fixing pillars (103) at two sides of the front plate, and a safety lock (116) and a quick connector are arranged on each oil cylinder assembly.

A cargo box operating method for a vehicle having a hydraulically lifted removable cargo box (1) according to claim 1, wherein a multi-way valve controller for controlling a cylinder assembly and a power takeoff connected to the multi-way valve controller are installed on the vehicle having the hydraulically lifted removable cargo box, and specifically includes a cargo box removing process and a cargo box loading process; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

s6, starting the vehicle to linearly drive out to the bottom of the vehicle to drive out of the lower position of the hydraulic lifting type detachable container (1);
s7, operating the multi-way valve controller again to control the hydraulic oil cylinders (102) of the four oil cylinder assemblies to retract until the container is lowered to the lowest position;
s8, pulling out the high-pressure oil pipe, and driving out the vehicle;
the process of loading the container specifically comprises the following steps:
A1. two oil ports on the container assembly and two oil ports on the transfer bracket (2) are connected by two high-pressure oil pipes;
A2. turning on a switch of a power takeoff of a vehicle;
A3. operating the multi-way valve controller to control the movable ends of the hydraulic oil cylinders (102) of the four oil cylinder assemblies to extend out, and lifting the hydraulic lifting type detachable container (1) to be higher than the transfer bracket (2) by 100-200 mm;
A4. controlling the vehicle to keep backing and driving in the direction coaxial with the hydraulic lifting type detachable container (1), and moving a transfer bracket (2) on a frame chassis of the vehicle to the position below the hydraulic lifting type detachable container (1);
A5. adjusting container twist locks (206) on the transfer brackets (2), and aligning the container twist locks (206) with mounting holes of the corner fittings (110) when vehicles enter;
A6. operating the multi-way valve controller to control the movable ends of the hydraulic oil cylinders (102) of the four oil cylinder assemblies to retract to the container and fall to the mounting hole of the corner piece (110) for inserting the container twist lock (206) on the transfer bracket (2), and continuously operating the multi-way valve controller to control the movable ends of the hydraulic oil cylinders (102) of the four oil cylinder assemblies to fully retract;
A7. rotating each container twist lock (206) by 90 degrees to connect the container twist lock (206) with the corner fitting (110);
A8. retracting the oil cylinder mounting column and the oil cylinder assembly of the front plate of the hydraulic lifting type detachable container (1) from two sides of the front plate;
A9. and pulling out the high-pressure oil pipe, and enabling the vehicle to run out.
8. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the step S4 is specifically to pull the cylinder mounting posts (104) and the cylinder assembly of the front plate of the hydraulically lifted removable cargo box (1) out of the front plate by 200-400 mm.
