Description

Crawler-type goods reinforcing apparatus
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of railway freight, in particular to a crawler-type cargo reinforcing device.
Background
At present, in China, the railway industry has a popular day, railway transportation plays an important role in our daily life, besides the well-known passenger transportation, as the railway transportation has the characteristics of large transportation volume, high transportation speed, low cost and the like, more and more goods are also selectively transported by using the railway, so that the goods transportation occupies a large part of the railway transportation, and the number of trains for transporting goods is far greater than that of trains for transporting passengers. In addition, since the kinds of vehicles used for railway freight transportation are large, railroads can transport various kinds of cargos, and thus, crawler-type cargos are also more favored to be transported using railroads.
When the goods are transported by using the railway, the safety of the goods and vehicles must be ensured, so that the loading reinforcement is required for transporting various goods. In the loading and reinforcing mode of the existing railway freight transportation, a special vehicle bottom plate can be selected and used, uneven grooves are formed in the surface of the vehicle bottom plate to increase the surface area, but most of tracks are steel structures, so that the vehicle floor and the uneven structures are easily damaged, and the method is not suitable for track-type cargos; or a special locking device can be selected for loading, when a plurality of cargos are transported, the positions of the cargos are fixed, but the device cannot be suitable for the crawler-type cargos as most of the crawler-type cargos have larger volumes and each vehicle generally only loads one crawler-type cargo during the railway transportation process.
For the transportation of crawler-type cargos, in the prior art, a pulling rope or a rivet is generally adopted for reinforcing the railway when the crawler-type cargos are loaded. When the pulling rope is selected for reinforcement, firstly, the material of the pulling rope is determined according to the specification of goods, then the number of the pulling ropes is determined, and then the reinforcement points are determined, so that the reinforcement procedure is very complicated, the pulling rope is generally discarded after being used up, the secondary utilization rate is very low, and the consumption of manpower and material resources is large; when electing to use the rivet to consolidate, need with the rivet nail in the timber apron, not only there is certain danger during the operation, consolidate moreover after, can cause serious damage to the vehicle bottom plate after taking out the rivet from the timber apron. Therefore, the existing reinforcing mode is out of date, the reinforcing efficiency is not high, the reinforcing device is not suitable for reinforcing crawler-type goods, and the reinforcing device is not suitable for specially loading and reinforcing the crawler-type goods in the prior art.
In conclusion, because the loading reinforcement of the crawler-type goods in the prior art faces the problems mentioned above, a better crawler-type goods reinforcement device is designed, so that the transportation of the railway crawler-type goods is more stable, safe and efficient, and the problem to be solved in the art is urgently needed.
