The driving piece can also be a winch which is fixedly arranged in front of construction progress, and when the winch pulls the track structure, the winch is connected with the lower cross-piece of the track structure, and the lower cross-piece is pulled, so that the track structure is driven to integrally move forwards; when the winch pulls the moving platform 15, the steel wire rope required for pulling can span the front cross-link 17 of the track structure, and the front cross-link 17 is provided with pulleys required for supporting the steel wire rope, and the moving platform 15 is pulled, so that the whole wall body template 7 is moved.

1. Portable form shifting trolley for construction of passage wall body, which is characterized in that: the device comprises a pouring template, a track structure and a chain block, wherein the pouring template is connected with a moving platform through the chain block, the moving platform is arranged on the track structure, and the track structure is lapped on the top of a channel wall body; the moving platform and the track structure are respectively connected with the driving piece;
A supporting seat is arranged between the track structure and the passage wall body, and the supporting seat is a sleeper or a rubber support;
The track structure comprises two tracks, a rear cross section, a front cross section, a lower cross section and supporting legs which are arranged side by side; the front cross-section and the rear cross-section are respectively correspondingly arranged on the front end surface and the rear end surface of the track, the bottom of the front end surface of the track is provided with a supporting leg component, the supporting leg component is provided with a lower cross-section, and a diagonal bracing is arranged between the front cross-section and the lower cross-section;
the landing leg member comprises a landing leg travelling wheel, a landing leg adjusting screw rod and a landing leg, wherein the landing leg travelling wheel is arranged on the landing leg adjusting screw rod, the landing leg adjusting screw rod is arranged on the landing leg, and the landing leg is arranged at the bottom of the front end surface of the track;
the bottom of the mobile platform is provided with a traveling member, the traveling member comprises a suspension wheel, traveling wheels and a support frame, and the suspension wheel and the traveling wheels are sequentially arranged on the support frame from bottom to top in an aligned manner;
The suspension wheel consists of two rolling wheels, the back buckle is arranged below the track wing plate, the two rolling wheels are horizontally aligned and arranged on the support frame, and the distance between the two rolling wheels is 2-4 cm larger than the thickness of the rail web of the track.

A. Processing the parts according to the drawing, and transporting to a construction site after trial assembly in a processing plant;
B. Installing a wall body template (7) on the completed channel foundation (1), installing an end face template on the end face of the wall body template (7), installing a platform bracket (10) on the wall body template (7), installing a platform on the platform bracket (10), wherein the platform comprises an inner platform (3) and an outer platform (2), and correspondingly installing an inner guardrail (6) and an outer guardrail (9) on the inner platform (3) and the outer platform (2) respectively; pouring concrete into the wall body template (7) to obtain a first section of passage wall body (8);
C. When the concrete of the first section of passage wall body (8) reaches 2-5 MPa, a supporting seat (24) at the top of the first section of passage wall body is installed, a track (18) is installed on the supporting seat (24), a moving platform (15) is installed next, a travelling wheel (13) at the bottom of the moving platform (15) is completely tightly attached to the track (18), a hanging wheel (12) is reversely buckled and sleeved into the track (18), a front cross section (17), a rear cross section (11) and a supporting leg component of the end face of the track (18) are installed again, a lower cross section (27) between supporting leg components is installed at the rear, a diagonal bracing (19) is used for the lower cross section, and then a chain block (26) is hung between a lower lifting lug (4) of a wall body template and an upper lifting lug (5) of the moving platform;
D. The second section of channel wall body is poured by a moving die, an end face template is removed, the wall body template is loosened to separate the template from the first section of channel wall body, a chain block (26) is adjusted to separate the wall body template from the channel foundation surface by 10 cm to 20cm, then a movable platform (15) hanging the wall body template (7) is moved forward to the second section of channel wall body position by hooking a driving piece to a front cross joint (17), and the wall body template (7) is required to coincide with the first section of channel wall body by 5cm; cleaning a wall body template (7), brushing a release agent, and lowering a hand-pulling block (26) to enable the wall body template (7) to be attached to the channel foundation (1) and tighten the templates on two sides of the channel wall body;
pouring a second section of channel wall body (29) after the second section of channel wall body is inspected to be qualified;
E. When the concrete of the second section of channel wall body (29) reaches 2-5 MPa, supporting seats are respectively arranged below a bearing cross beam of the mobile platform and below a lower cross beam (27), a jack (21) is arranged on each supporting seat (24), the jack (21) below the bearing cross beam of the mobile platform is debugged, the bearing cross beam (16) is jacked up to rise, so that a hanging wheel (12) is driven to rise, when the hanging wheel (12) is jacked to the bottom surface of a rail head wing plate of the track (18), the jack (21) is continuously debugged, the track (18) is separated from the supporting seats (24) and hung on the hanging wheel (12), the jacks (21) below the lower cross beam (27) are regulated, the two tracks (18) are ensured to be in the same horizontal plane and parallel to the second section of channel wall body (29), a supporting leg regulating screw rod (22) is regulated to enable a supporting leg travelling wheel (23) to be tightly attached to a channel foundation (1), and then the jack (21) below the lower cross beam (27) and the supporting seats (24) are regulated; then the rail (18) is moved forward to the next position by hooking the driving piece to the rear cross-link (11);
F. After the track (18) is in place, installing each supporting seat (24) above a second section of passage wall body (29), adjusting the jack (21) below the bearing beam of the mobile platform to jack up the bearing beam (16) to descend until the track (18) is completely attached to the supporting seat (24), continuously adjusting the jack (21) below the bearing beam of the mobile platform to enable the travelling wheel (13) below the bearing beam (16) to be completely attached to the track (18), installing the jack (21) and the supporting seats (24) below the lower cross link (27), and adjusting each jack (21) to ensure that two tracks are on the same horizontal plane;
G. d to F, pouring down the channel wall body of the rest section of the whole channel;
H. Demolding;
I. and (3) dismantling the trolley according to the process of reverse assembly sequence, classifying, collecting and sorting, and transporting the trolley to the next channel construction site or recycling the trolley to the equipment stack field.
