S4,浸轧处理:将步骤S3中混纺完成后的天丝混纺纱线整理好后放置到浸泡池中,将事先准备好的整理液倒入浸泡池中,将浸泡池内的整理液进行加温处理,使得温度控制在65℃-80℃之间,对天丝混纺纱线进行浸轧处理;
S5,烘干:将步骤S4中浸轧处理后的天丝混纺纱线送至于高温烘干装置中,调整烘干装置,温度升至80-90℃,对天丝混纺纱线进行烘干操作;
S6,清洗:将烘干后的天丝混纺纱线至常温下冷却,冷却后的天丝混纺纱线放入到40℃的清水中清洗;
S7,二次烘干:将清水清洗后的混纺纱线再次放入到高温烘干装置中进行第二次的烘干操作,且温度升至120℃;
S8,冷却:将二次烘干后的混纺纱线放置室温下冷却,得到成品。
优选的,所述阻燃纱线由阻燃尼龙纤维线、睛氯纶纤维线、阻燃黏胶纤维线或阻燃涤纶丝中的一种或任意组合所组成。
优选的,所述步骤S4中的整理液以天然物质提取的胶原蛋白溶液为基液,且浓度为40-70g/l的胶原蛋白溶液20-25份;水100份;聚醚硅油5-8份;卵磷脂1-3份;冰醋酸1-2份。
优选的,所述整理液的制取方法为:分别取浓度为40-70g/l的胶原蛋白溶液20-25份、水90-100份、聚醚硅油5-8份、卵磷脂1-3份和冰醋酸1-2份备用,向搅拌装置中倒入适量组分的水,并且依次向水中倒入适量的胶原蛋白溶液、聚醚硅油、卵磷脂和冰醋酸溶液,加热至45℃进行搅拌操作,搅拌时间为20min,将搅拌好的整理液至常温下冷却备用。
优选的,阻燃天丝制作中还可以对其进行染色操作,且在步骤S3后可以采用双活性剂或多活性剂的活性染料对所制得的天丝混纺纱线进行染色处理。
