本发明涉及防火保温材料领域,具体是一种泡沫玻璃保温防火板及其制备方法。
背景技术
防火保温材料是无机活性保温材料以普通水泥,保温石、钙粉、桔梗、等作为主要原料,采用先进的生产工艺和化工技术经多次试验研究而成的闭孔无机活性保温材料,产品具有防火阻燃,变形系数小,抗老化,性能稳定,生态环保性好,与墙基层和抹面层相容性好,安全稳固性好,可与建筑物同寿命。
泡沫玻璃是一种在玻璃相原料中加入发泡剂、助熔剂及其他各种改性添加剂,经高温烧结而制得的一种内部充满均匀气孔的多孔材料,由于其具有密度低、导热系数低、不燃性等优良性能而得到了人们的重视。但是,泡沫玻璃的生产成本较高,产品价格高而无法得到更为广泛的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种泡沫玻璃保温防火板及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:

本发明它采用在金属加强层的两侧设置有保温泡沫层,保温泡沫层将金属加强层包裹,具有良好的保温作用,保温泡沫层一侧设置有一层玻璃纤维布,具有良好的强度、耐候性和热量阻隔效果,保证了使用寿命;采用金属加强层作为保温泡沫层内芯,能够起到良好的支撑效果,具有良好的稳固效果,本发明的保温泡沫层用废弃玻璃、煤矿渣作为主要原料,不仅实现了废品的再生利用,有利于减少废弃玻璃、煤矿渣对于环境产生的影响;同时有效降低了泡沫玻璃的生产成本,有利于泡沫玻璃在建筑保温材料领域的应用推广。各原料组分之间通过合理搭配,使其具有密度大、抗压强度大、导热系数低、保温效果好等优点,是一种综合性能优良的防火保温材料。
