Claims (7)
- 경량무기물 25∼55 중량%, 무기점결제 20∼44 중량%, 경화제 및 충전제 5∼22 중량%, 발수제 0.2∼1.5 중량% 그리고 물 5∼25 중량%가 혼합되어 조성되는 점토류 광물을 이용한 불연성 내열판넬.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경량무기물은, 퍼라이트, 시라스발룬, 질석 및 유리발룬, 발포유리, 팽창흑연 등을 포함하는 군중 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 점토류 광물을 이용한 불연성 내열판넬.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기점결제는, 알카리금속규산염을 지칭하는 것으로서 알카리금속은 규산나트륨과 규산칼륨 중 선택된 어느 하나이며, 상기 규산나트륨의 경우 몰비(SiO2/Na2O의 몰비)가 3.0~3.5이고, 액상인 것을 특징으로 하는 점토류 광물을 이용한 불연성 내열판넬.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화제 및 충전제는, 고령토, 점토및 황토를 포함하는 군중 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 점토류 광물을 이용한 불연성 내열판넬.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발수제는, 실리콘계 발수제가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점토류 광물을 이용한 불연성 내열판넬.
- 경량무기물 25∼55 중량%, 무기점결제 20∼44 중량%, 경화제 및 충전제 5∼22 중량%, 발수제 0.2∼1.5 중량% 그리고 물 5∼25 중량%를 투입하여 혼합물을 형성하고, 상기 혼합물을 50~150kg/cm2 의 성형압력으로 성형하며, 성형된 제품을 건조로에서 최고 150℃의 온도로 건조시켜 내화판넬을 형성하는 점토류 광물을 이용한 불연성 내열판넬의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 경량무기물과 경화제 및 충전제를 먼저 혼합하고, 무기점결제, 발수제 및 물을 혼합한 다음, 이 두 혼합물이 균질한 조성이 되도록 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점토류 광물을 이용한 불연성 내열판넬의 제조방법.
