Abstract

本发明公开了一种功能性隔热抗菌淀粉涂料的制备方法,本发明制备低温糊化淀粉溶液,通过利用苯丙改性糊化淀粉溶液,将滑石粉、氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛经过高温煅烧球磨处理包覆制备的油相,之后将分散剂、润滑剂、成膜剂、防沉剂、防腐剂、聚乙二醇、氨水、填料混合搅拌与苯丙改性糊化淀粉溶液、包覆后的粉体加入到球磨机中研磨,与其余物料混合均匀既得。本发明通过苯丙乳液改善了耐水性,与无机填料等原料混合制备涂料,具有耐水性能好,与良好的隔热抗菌功能。

一种功能性隔热抗菌淀粉涂料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于涂料加工领域,具体涉及一种功能性隔热抗菌淀粉涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
淀粉是一种非常重要的营养物质,在自然界中的产量仅次于纤维素。淀粉是一种天然的高分子碳水化合物,是由绿色植物的光合作用而产生的,人类和动物机体都依靠其得在自然界中生存。淀粉也是现代有机化王产业及合成高分子材料产业过程中的重要原料,在增稠剂、胶体稳定剂、凝胶成型剂、保水剂、胶黏剂、涂料和上光剂等大量食品或非食品行业被广泛地应用。
由于淀粉自身在耐水性及防腐性等性能方面的缺陷,导致其应用未能得到推广,在淀粉的制备中,为了获得更大的接触面积和更好的粘结性,并增强其防腐耐水等性能,需要对淀粉进行改性,打开其结构。
发明内容
本发明提供一种功能性隔热抗菌淀粉涂料的制备方法,本发明通过苯丙乳液改善了耐水性,与无机填料等原料混合制备涂料,具有耐水性能好,与良好的隔热抗菌功能。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种功能性隔热抗菌淀粉涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)苯丙改性糊化淀粉溶液
a)将20-30重量份淀粉加入适量的水配置成浓度为8-10%的淀粉水溶液,放置于起始温度为25℃的水浴锅内,搅拌均匀,在均匀揽拌的条件下,向体系内缓缓地滴加30-50重量份浓度为5%的氢氧化钠水溶液;
b)向淀粉溶液中加入70-80份苯丙乳液,搅拌均匀后,滴加硅烷偶联剂,升温至40-45℃搅拌1-2小时,冷却至室温,得到苯丙改性糊化淀粉溶液,待用;
(2)球磨与包覆
a)将20-40重量份滑石粉、10-20重量份氧化锌、5-8重量份纳米二氧化钛于600-750℃高温煅烧处理30-50分钟,迅速冷却后,与2-10重量份明胶粉末加入球磨机中,常温球磨40-60分钟,烘干至恒重;
b)将0.5-5重量份OP-10、1-10重量份十二磺基硫酸钠与1-10重量份羟甲基纤维素溶于去离子水中在高速分散机中以高速的的搅拌速率持续搅拌,而后将煅烧球磨后的粉末在室温中国加入到混合溶液中,并持续搅拌,并在室温下搅拌24-36小时,结束后,经真空抽滤、洗涤,于40-60℃干燥24-36小时后得到包覆的粉体,待用;
(3)混合
向150-200重量份去离子水中加0.5-1重量份分散剂、0.5-1重量份润滑剂、2-4重量份成膜剂、0.1-0.3重量份防沉剂、0.1-0.2重量份防腐剂、5-8份聚乙二醇、2-5重量份氨水、30-50重量份填料搅拌20-30分钟,待用;
(4)功能性隔热抗菌淀粉涂料的制备
将步骤(1)、(2)反应物料搅拌混匀,加入到步骤(3)所得混合物中放入球磨机中研磨1-2小时,加入适量水调节流动性,加0.4-0.5重量份分散剂、0.1-0.3重量份消泡剂和0.3-0.5重量份流平剂混合混匀,既得功能性隔热抗菌淀粉涂料。
所述的硅烷偶联剂为KH570。
所述的填料为碳酸钙、钛白粉、硫酸钡、高岭土、云母粉按重量份4:2:1:1组成。
所述成膜剂选用工业级无机树脂。
所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
本发明的优点是:
本发明制备低温糊化淀粉溶液,通过利用苯丙改性糊化淀粉溶液,将滑石粉、氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛经过高温煅烧球磨处理包覆制备的油相,之后将分散剂、润滑剂、成膜剂、防沉剂、防腐剂、聚乙二醇、氨水、填料混合搅拌与苯丙改性糊化淀粉溶液、包覆后的粉体加入到球磨机中研磨,与其余物料混合均匀既得。本发明利用氢氧化钠对淀粉进行糊化,破坏淀粉分子间的氢键键,使淀粉的晶体结构被破坏,降低糊化温度,苯丙乳液改性后,糊化后的淀粉溶液的强度、粘结性能及耐水性能都得到提高,之后将滑石粉等煅烧后,加入到涂料中,本身的吸附性增加,使得涂料的稳定性增加,包覆后利用二氧化钛与氧化锌的协同作用增强其光散射能力,提高粒子的可分散性,采用具有较好反射性能的二氧化钛与羟甲基纤维素复合得到具有较好分散性及红外辐射性能的包覆粉体,同时羟甲基纤维素与淀粉复合形成网状结构,有利于提升涂料的成膜性和致密性,本发明通过苯丙乳液改善了耐水性,与无机填料等原料混合制备涂料,具有耐水性能好,与良好的隔热抗菌功能。
具体实施方式
一种功能性隔热抗菌淀粉涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)苯丙改性糊化淀粉溶液
a)将25重量份淀粉加入适量的水配置成浓度为8%的淀粉水溶液,放置于起始温度为25℃的水浴锅内,搅拌均匀,在均匀揽拌的条件下,向体系内缓缓地滴加40重量份浓度为5%的氢氧化钠水溶液;
b)向淀粉溶液中加入75份苯丙乳液,搅拌均匀后,滴加硅烷偶联剂,升温至40℃搅拌1.5小时,冷却至室温,得到苯丙改性糊化淀粉溶液,待用;
(2)球磨与包覆
a)将30重量份滑石粉、15重量份氧化锌、7重量份纳米二氧化钛于700℃高温煅烧处理40分钟,迅速冷却后,与5重量份明胶粉末加入球磨机中,常温球磨50分钟,烘干至恒重;
b)将1重量份OP-10、5重量份十二磺基硫酸钠与5重量份羟甲基纤维素溶于去离子水中在高速分散机中以高速的的搅拌速率持续搅拌,而后将煅烧球磨后的粉末在室温中国加入到混合溶液中,并持续搅拌,并在室温下搅拌24小时,结束后,经真空抽滤、洗涤,于50℃干燥24小时后得到包覆的粉体,待用;
(3)混合
向180重量份去离子水中加0.8重量份分散剂、0.8重量份润滑剂、3重量份成膜剂、0.2重量份防沉剂、0.2重量份防腐剂、7份聚乙二醇、3重量份氨水、40重量份填料搅拌25分钟,待用;
(4)功能性隔热抗菌淀粉涂料的制备
将步骤(1)、(2)反应物料搅拌混匀,加入到步骤(3)所得混合物中放入球磨机中研磨1.5小时,加入适量水调节流动性,加0.4重量份分散剂、0.2重量份消泡剂和0.4重量份流平剂混合混匀,既得功能性隔热抗菌淀粉涂料。
所述的硅烷偶联剂为KH570。
所述的填料为碳酸钙、钛白粉、硫酸钡、高岭土、云母粉按重量份4:2:1:1组成。
所述成膜剂选用工业级无机树脂。
所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。

Claims (5)

1.一种功能性隔热抗菌淀粉涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
苯丙改性糊化淀粉溶液
将20-30重量份淀粉加入适量的水配置成浓度为8-10%的淀粉水溶液,放置于起始温度为25℃的水浴锅内,搅拌均匀,在均匀揽拌的条件下,向体系内缓缓地滴加30-50重量份浓度为5%的氢氧化钠水溶液;
向淀粉溶液中加入70-80份苯丙乳液,搅拌均匀后,滴加硅烷偶联剂,升温至40-45℃搅拌1-2小时,冷却至室温,得到苯丙改性糊化淀粉溶液,待用;
(2)球磨与包覆
a)将20-40重量份滑石粉、10-20重量份氧化锌、5-8重量份纳米二氧化钛于600-750℃高温煅烧处理30-50分钟,迅速冷却后,与2-10重量份明胶粉末加入球磨机中,常温球磨40-60分钟,烘干至恒重;
b)将0.5-5重量份OP-10、1-10重量份十二磺基硫酸钠与1-10重量份羟甲基纤维素溶于去离子水中在高速分散机中以高速的的搅拌速率持续搅拌,而后将煅烧球磨后的粉末在室温中国加入到混合溶液中,并持续搅拌,并在室温下搅拌24-36小时,结束后,经真空抽滤、洗涤,于40-60℃干燥24-36小时后得到包覆的粉体,待用;
(3)混合
向150-200重量份去离子水中加0.5-1重量份分散剂、0.5-1重量份润滑剂、2-4重量份成膜剂、0.1-0.3重量份防沉剂、0.1-0.2重量份防腐剂、5-8份聚乙二醇、2-5重量份氨水、30-50重量份填料搅拌20-30分钟,待用;
(4)功能性隔热抗菌淀粉涂料的制备
将步骤(1)、(2)反应物料搅拌混匀,加入到步骤(3)所得混合物中放入球磨机中研磨1-2小时,加入适量水调节流动性,加0.4-0.5重量份分散剂、0.1-0.3重量份消泡剂和0.3-0.5重量份流平剂混合混匀,既得功能性隔热抗菌淀粉涂料。
