An embodiment of the present invention provides a labeling apparatus, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, including: a base 10 correspondingly arranged on one side of the conveying line and provided with a first driving device 20; the middle seat 30 is rotatably arranged on the base 10, and driven by the first driving device 20 to rotate around the axis of the middle seat 30, and the second driving device 40 is arranged on the middle seat 30; the action bar 50 is matched with the second driving device 40, and rotates around the central axis of the action bar 50 under the driving of the second driving device 40, the action bar 50 is provided with an adsorption structure 51, and the adsorption structure 51 is provided with a first state of adsorbing labels at the label position and a second state of releasing labels under the action of the first driving device 20 and the second driving device 40 when the conveying line is matched with the workpiece 1. In this embodiment, the adsorption structure 51 may be a negative pressure adsorption structure 51, on which an air hole is formed and connected with a negative pressure pipeline, and negative pressure is formed through the negative pressure pipeline to adsorb a label, specifically, the negative pressure structure may include a negative pressure adsorption piece and a negative pressure switch, the negative pressure switch may be an electromagnetic switch, the negative pressure adsorption piece is controlled to adsorb and release the label by opening and closing the negative pressure switch, when the negative pressure switch is opened, negative pressure exists on the surface of the negative pressure adsorption piece, the label can be adsorbed, and when the negative pressure switch is closed, the negative pressure disappears, and the adsorption piece is released.
To further precisely control the labeling device to perform the labeling action, in an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, it further comprises: the photoelectric triggering device 80 is respectively connected with the first driving device 20 and the second driving device 40, when the workpiece 1 moves to the coverage area of the photoelectric triggering device 80, the photoelectric triggering device 80 is triggered, and then the first driving device 20 and the second driving device 40 are controlled to act, the specific first driving device 20 rotates around the axis of the base 10 by a preset angle, for example, an action rod 50 is parallel to the conveying line at the initial position, when the photoelectric triggering device 80 is triggered, the first driving device 20 rotates by 90 degrees to the workpiece 1 moving line, the second rotating device rotates, and the specific rotating angle is an angle that the label adsorbed by the adsorption structure 51 is parallel to the labeling surface of the workpiece 1, so that labeling action is realized in the moving process of the workpiece 1. After the labeling is completed, the first driving device 20 continues to rotate to the adsorption position 81 to adsorb the label, and prepares for the next labeling operation.
In practical production, the conveying line may include multiple types of workpieces 1, so as to avoid labeling confusion and improve labeling efficiency of different types of workpieces 1, in an alternative embodiment, the conveying line may further include a recognition device 70 for recognizing information of the workpieces 1, specifically, the recognition device 70 may be a code scanner, the workpieces 1 may be attached with identification codes of the previous process, and the scanner may determine the information of the workpieces 1 by scanning the identification codes; the recognition device 70 may also be an image collector that recognizes the information of the work 1 by collecting the image information of the work 1. The label printing device 90 is connected to the device to be identified 70, and is used for printing labels corresponding to the information of the workpiece 1. Specifically, after receiving the information of the workpiece 1, the label printing device 90 may call the corresponding label information according to the information of the workpiece 1, print the corresponding label, output the label to the label adsorption position, and wait for the adsorption structure 51 to adsorb. In this embodiment, when outputting the label, the travel of the label may also be controlled by the photoelectric sensor, so that the label is more accurately stopped at the adsorption position 81.
To prevent the flow of off-label products to the market, in an alternative embodiment, the labeling apparatus may further comprise: the label detection device is arranged on at least one side of the conveying line and provided with a second image collector for collecting image information of a label attaching area. The second image collector can be a visual camera, can be arranged beside the conveying line, and the lens is aligned to the labeling position of the workpiece 1. When the workpiece 1 passes through, the lens automatically photographs and reads the label, and pairs the read label with a preset label, so that the information such as the pasting position, the label image and the like can be compared, if the pairing fails, an unqualified signal is generated, and if the pairing is successful, a qualified signal is generated. The rejecting device 100 is arranged on a conveying channel 101 at one side of a conveying line, a push plate 102 for pushing unqualified workpieces 1 into the conveying channel, and a third driving device 103 for driving the push plate 102 to move. The label is directly adhered to the label attaching surface of the workpiece 1, the workpiece 1 flows through the continuous triggering signal of the photoelectric triggering device 80, so that the first driving device 20 and the second driving device 40 work together, the adsorption structure 51 adsorbs the next label at the label printing device 90, and the label is attached in the same method.
Specifically, after the photoelectric triggering device 80 is triggered by the workpiece 1, the adsorption structure 51 adsorbs the label, the first driving device 20 is controlled to rotate first, then the second driving device 40 is controlled to rotate, the workpiece 1 is conveyed, after the first bar code on the side is pasted, the first driving device 20, the second driving device 40 and the adsorption structure 51 execute the same method to be matched with pasting the second bar code on the front.
After the label is attached, the conditions of label misattachment, offset attachment, poor label printing and the like may exist, and quality inspection is required to detect whether the identification label is attached correctly.
Specifically, two vision cameras are installed beside the conveying line, and the lens is aligned to the labeling position of the workpiece 1. The rejecting device is arranged on the conveying channel at one side of the conveying line, a pushing plate for pushing unqualified workpieces 1 into the conveying channel, and a third driving device for driving the pushing plate to move. When the pairing fails, the generated disqualification signal controls the third driving device to drive the pushing plate to move so as to push the unqualified workpiece 1 to the conveying channel for reworking, and the qualified workpiece 1 is conveyed to the next working procedure. In this embodiment, the mounting data may also be stored, for example, the data of the printed label may be stored, and the quality inspection data is stored, so that the later quality check and tracing are convenient.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been described in connection with the accompanying drawings, various modifications and variations may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and such modifications and variations fall within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
