Abstract

本发明公开了一种低成本灯杯,包括五金架、杯架和发光面,所述杯架安装在五金架的上部,杯架中间设有圆形的通孔,通孔内部安装有发光面,所述发光面的上方通过点胶的方式设有透光层。本发明通过点胶的方式调节发光角度,点胶即是在灯珠发光处点胶,胶体是导光体,胶体的高度、宽度、长度就会影响灯珠的发光角度,从而达到不需要再加透镜就可以调节灯珠的发光角度。

本发明涉及照明技术领域,具体是一种低成本灯杯。
背景技术
灯珠是照明光源的组成部分,为了适应各种灯具的使用要调整发光角度,市场上现有的方法是通过加透镜来实现,而加透镜这种方法二次开发成本较高,并且导热速度慢,温度高,亮度低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低成本灯杯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种低成本灯杯,包括五金架、杯架和发光面,所述杯架安装在五金架的上部,杯架中间设有圆形的通孔,通孔内部安装有发光面,所述发光面的上方通过点胶的方式设有透光层。
作为本发明的进一步技术方案:所述发光面采用35MM*35MM贴片灯珠。
作为本发明的进一步技术方案:所述五金架和杯架共同组成杯体,灯珠杯体内空间的角度为45.56°。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过点胶的方式调节发光角度,点胶即是在灯珠发光处点胶,胶体是导光体,胶体的高度、宽度、长度就会影响灯珠的发光角度,从而达到不需要再加透镜就可以调节灯珠的发光角度。

本发明的工作原理是:本发明通过点胶的方式调节发光角度,点胶即是在灯珠发光处点胶,胶体是导光体,胶体的高度、宽度、长度就会影响灯珠的发光角度,从而达到不需要再加透镜就可以调节灯珠的发光角度。

1.一种低成本灯杯,包括五金架、杯架和发光面,所述杯架安装在五金架的上部,杯架中间设有通孔,通孔内部安装有发光面,其特征在于,所述发光面的上方通过点胶的方式设有透光层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低成本灯杯,其特征在于,所述通孔为圆形通孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低成本灯杯,其特征在于,所述发光面采用35MM*35MM贴片灯珠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低成本灯杯,其特征在于,所述五金架和杯架共同组成杯体,灯珠杯体内空间的角度为45.56°。
