本发明公开一种功能性印花砖及其制造方法,在混合石膏和水而组成的原料中混合黄土、玄武岩纤维、桑皮纤维,在通过所述混合的混合物而制造的砖的表面印刷希望的图像而制造,由于混合有吸水性优秀的石膏和黄土,在图像印刷时,能够顺利地吸收油墨,能够防止表面印刷的图像剥离或因水分而浸染的现象,由于混合有玄武岩纤维和桑皮纤维,耐热性、强度、湿度调节能力优秀。

技术领域
本发明涉及功能性印花砖及其制造方法,更详细而言,涉及一种功能性印花砖及其制造方法,其特征在于,在混合石膏和水而组成的原料中混合黄土、玄武岩纤维(basaltfiber)、桑皮纤维(mulberry fiber),在通过所述混合的混合物而制造的砖的表面印刷希望的图像而制造,由于混合有吸水性优秀的石膏和黄土,在图像印刷时,可以顺利地吸收油墨,可以防止表面印刷的图像剥离或因水分而浸染的现象,由于混合有玄武岩纤维和桑皮纤维,耐热性、强度、湿度调节能力优秀。
背景技术
一般而言,混凝土作为将水泥与沙子、碎石、水一同混合而形成的复合材料,对水的阻抗力比木材和钢材大,容易加工成多样的形态和尺寸,是地球上最广泛使用的建筑材料。
近来,随着国民收入的增加,在对周边环境的认识提高的同时,从各种土木及建筑用结构物的灰色一边倒规格化、统一化的原有模式摆脱出来,赋予多样的色彩及设计,在改善城市美观方面进行了大量投资。
最近,随着在利用水泥和各种粘合剂的壁纸及地面材料等中发生的甲醛导致的“新居综合症”成为焦点,对利用天然成分的建筑材料的关心正在提高,为了提高审美性,正在贴装表现花纹的壁纸或砖等进行室内装饰。
近来,为了提高装饰效果,在砖(tile)上体现希望的图像而对墙壁或地面进行装饰的印花砖正在普及。以往的印花砖利用丝网印刷技法,在砖上体现图像,这种丝网技法是将花纹的原图借助于原色分解技法而进行色分解,按分解的各原色制作薄膜,按原色制作丝网印刷版。但是,这种丝网印刷技法要求色分解所需的多个工序,因而存在图像砖的生产效率低下的问题,另外,通常的砖是烧成粘土质材料而制造,因而搬运或安装时容易破碎且沉重,存在搬运/保管等处置不便的问题。
大韩民国授权实用新型公布第20-0402140号中公开了“壁画用陶瓷印花砖”。
所述印花砖包括:砖层;环氧树脂涂层,其在所述砖层上涂覆将主剂:固化剂:稀释剂的比例按2:1:1稀释构成的环氧树脂而构成;图像层,其使用UV固化方式的印刷设备在所述涂层上直接印刷图像而构成;及聚氨酯树脂涂层,其在所述图像层上,将主剂:稀释剂的比例按2:1构成。
包括所述印花砖的以往印花砖为了保护在表面印刷的图像,应伴随着在表面形成涂层的作业。
发明内容
发明要解决的问题
本发明正是为了解决如上所述的问题而发明的,其目的在于提供一种印花砖及其制造方法,可以防止在表面印刷的图像剥离或因水分而浸染的现象,耐热性、强度、湿度调节能力优秀。
用于解决问题的手段
为了如上所述的目的,本发明的特征在于,在混合石膏和水而组成的原料中混合黄土、玄武岩纤维、桑皮纤维,在通过所述混合的混合物而制造的砖的表面印刷希望的图像而制造,由于混合有吸水性优秀的石膏和黄土,在图像印刷时,可以顺利地吸收油墨,可以防止表面印刷的图像剥离或因水分而浸染的现象,由于混合有玄武岩纤维和桑皮纤维,耐热性、强度、湿度调节能力优秀。
另外,在本发明中,其特征在于,所述功能性印花砖相对于混合石膏55~61重量%和水39~45重量%而组成的原料100重量份,混合有黄土1~30重量份、玄武岩纤维2~10重量份、桑皮纤维2~10重量份。
另外,在本发明中,其特征在于,所述功能性印花砖相对于原料100重量份,还混合有驱蚊草提取液1~30重量份、植物杀菌素1~30重量份、木炭1~30重量份。
另外,本发明的特征在于,包括:混合石膏55~61重量%和水39~45重量%而形成原料的步骤;在所述原料100重量份中混合黄土1~30重量份、玄武岩纤维2~10重量份、桑皮纤维2~10重量份而形成混合物的步骤;将所述混合物投入成型框架或模具内部后脱模而制造砖的步骤;及在所述砖的表面印刷希望的图像的步骤。
发明的效果
如上所述构成的本发明的功能性印花砖具有的优点是,可以防止表面印刷的图像剥离或因水分而浸染的现象,由于混合有玄武岩纤维和桑皮纤维,耐热性、强度、湿度调节能力优秀。
特别是本发明由于混合有吸水性优秀的石膏和黄土,因而在图像印刷时顺利地吸收喷射于表面的油墨,从而可以防止印刷的图像剥离或因水分而浸染的现象,可以省略保护所述图像所需的涂布作业,因而具有可以简化作业工序、节省费用的显著优点。
另外,本发明在所述原料中还混合有驱蚊草提取液,具有阻断及退却蚊子等各种害虫接近的效果,由于还混合有植物杀菌素,有望获得抗菌作用、缓解压力及提高免疫功能的效果。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图,对本发明的功能性印花砖及其制造方法进行更详细说明。
本发明的功能性印花砖在通过混合石膏和水的原料中混合黄土、玄武岩纤维、桑皮纤维,在通过所述混合组成的混合物而制造的砖的表面印刷希望的图像而制造。在本发明中,在所述砖的表面印刷图像的方法不受本发明的权利范围限定,例如,可以通过直接印刷方式进行印刷。当然,也可以使用在转印纸上形成图像层后,在砖上附着转印纸进行印刷的方法,但在制造本发明的砖时,由于混合有吸水性优秀的石膏和黄土,因而在图像印刷时,油墨可以顺利地吸收并容易地实现图像印刷。
本发明的所述原料混合石膏55~61重量%和水39~45重量%组成。所述水混合39~45重量%的理由是因为固化速度因水的混合量而异,调节固化速度的理由是因为将通过所述原料形成的混合物依次浇注于多个成型框架后,需要进行去除成型框架内部残留的气泡的作用,如果固化速度过快,则无法去除气泡,因而在制造砖时,品质低下或发生不良。
在石膏不足55重量%的情况下,固化慢,水多,因而存在成型时背面收尾的效率下降,制品完成时强度下降的不良影响。另外,难以体现保持多孔性物质的功能性所需的气孔。
另一方面,在石膏超过61重量%的情况下,固化速度过快,因而成型作业困难,难以去除表面气泡,完成时容易发生不良。另外,保持多孔性物质的功能性所需的气孔变小,功能性下降。
在水不足39重量%的情况下,发生与所述石膏超过61%时相同的现象,在水超过45重量%的情况下,发生与所述石膏不足55%时相同的现象。
然后,本发明在所述原料中混合黄土、玄武岩纤维、桑皮纤维而组合混合物。
所述黄土阻断居住空间发生的各种有害物质,借助于固有功能而具有解毒力、分解力、除湿力和保湿力等除臭、净化作用以及远红外线辐射和耐火材料的特性,在酶成分中,具有过氧化氢酶(katalase)、二酚氧化酶(Diphenol Oxydase)、蔗糖酶(Saccharase)、蛋白酶(Protease)等共4种酶成分的功能性。过氧化氢酶(katalase)起到去除过氧化氢毒素的作用。人体代谢作用过程中发生的毒素会引起老化现象,由于土的强吸收力,抵消或者稀释体内过氧化脂质毒素,防止老化现象。二酚氧化酶(Diphenol Oxydase)起到利用分子态的氧,催化发生的氧化反应的作用。在获得生活或者生物体构成成分合成所需的能量方面是必不可少的,使得实现在生物体内多种有/无机化合物的氧化还原。蔗糖酶(Saccharase)是把蔗糖水解而产生葡萄糖和果糖的酵素,蛋白酶起到在蛋白质中的氮无机化时,把蛋白质水解为氨基酸的作用。可以瞬时间分解、破坏免疫力外的不需要的癌等其它腐坏的细胞。有这种酶存在的黄土具有发生远红外线、促进血液流动、促进发汗作用、***人体中积累的废物、排放重金属的效果,具有抗菌和防虫效果、阻止霉菌的繁殖、除湿效果卓越的优点。并且,具有由化学、电气放射性物质引起的空气污染净化功能,可以净化诸如甲醛水溶液的有害物质,去除香烟烟味或者臭味,具有可以阻断有害电子波、过滤功能、湿度调节的优点。
本发明通过在原料中混合包括如上所述多样效果的黄土,从而可以保持黄土固有的优点,使功能性最大化,为此,所述黄土相对原料100重量份,混合1~30重量份。如果所述黄土混合不足1重量份,则因未达成分含量而无法表现黄土所具有的多样效果。
如果所述黄土混合超过30重量份,则表面多孔性减小,发生功能性低下的情况。
所述玄武岩纤维是将天然玄武岩纤维化的材料,拉伸强度优秀,具有低密度、低热膨胀性、耐热性、化学稳定性、自润滑性、弹性、吸音性的特征,因而抗火灾性能好,拉伸度升高,可以弥补易碎的缺点。所述玄武岩纤维相比现有的玻璃纤维,性质更优秀,同时还是环保的,因此具有适合作为室内装修饰面材料的优点。
所述玄武岩纤维相对于所述原料100重量份,混合2~10重量份,如果所述玄武岩纤维混合不足2重量份,则存在耐热性、强度低下的问题,当超过10重量份时,存在因过度的凝聚现象而无法均一地成型、难以生产产品的问题。
所述桑皮纤维是成为韩纸原料的材料,成型性和环保性优秀,可以提高保持韩纸感觉的室内装修功能和湿度调节能力,可以提高过敏等环境性皮肤疾患的抵抗力。
所述桑皮纤维相对于所述原料100重量份,混合2~10重量份。如果所述桑皮纤维混合不足2重量份,则存在湿度调节能力低下的问题,当超过10重量份时,与所述玄武岩纤维一样,会发生因过度凝聚现象而无法均一地成型的问题。
另外,本发明在所述原料中还混合驱蚊草提取液、植物杀菌素及木炭而组成混合物,从而可以制造具有更多样功能(优点)的砖。
驱蚊草属于天竺葵属(Pelargonium),散发薄荷香和香茅香,具有通过这香气带有的固有芳香性质(INSECT REPELLENT PERFUME)而有效阻断和退却,以便使得包括蚊子在内的各种害虫无法接近的效果。所述驱蚊草提取液可以通过多样的方法提取,例如,可以通过从驱蚊草分离叶子并压榨后进行分离、去除固形物而获得。
所述驱蚊草提取液相对于所述原料100重量份,混合1~30重量份。当所述驱蚊草提取液混合不足1重量份时,因未达成分含量,蚊子、害虫阻断及退却效果会低下。另外,所述驱蚊草提取液具有发散玫瑰香的特征,因而当在基准值范围内混合大量的驱蚊草提取液时,也可以获得作为芳香剂的效果。
另一方面,如果所述驱蚊草混合超过30重量份,则功能性不增加,反而防碍原材料固化,发生强度低下。
所述植物杀菌素作为为了抵抗植物周围的微生物或病原菌而释放的天然抗菌物质,不仅是抗菌,还具有缓解压力、提高免疫功能、稳定中枢神经、除臭等效果,被用作芳香剂、过敏治疗剂和新居综合症的有害气体去除剂等。
所述植物杀菌素相对于所述原料100重量份,混合1~30重量份。如果所述植物杀菌素混合不足1重量份,则存在抗菌性低下、压力缓解功能低下、免疫功能低下、除臭功能低下等缺点。
如果所述植物杀菌素混合超过30重量份,则功能性不增加,反而妨碍原材料固化,发生强度低下。
所述木炭净化空气,释放大量负离子,具有对副交感神经产生影响而使情绪稳定、松弛身体紧张的效果,并释放远红外线,促进血液循环。另外,所述木炭具有优秀的吸附力和导电性、蓄电性,阻断电磁波,具有吸附臭味的效果,能够净化空气及调节湿度,具有抗菌及解毒功能,防止病虫害侵入,具有帮助睡眠和疲劳恢复、补充精力的卓越效果。
所述木炭相对于原料100重量份混合1~30重量份,可以使诸如空气净化、芳香及除臭效果、防止病虫害、电磁波吸收、抗菌、睡眠和恢复疲劳功能、补充精力、释放负离子及湿度调节的功能性进一步最大化。如果所述木炭混合不足1重量份,则由于未达成分含量,无法表现出木炭具有的多样效果。
另一方面,如果所述木炭混合超过30重量份,则降低表面的多孔性,发生木炭粘在制品表面的现象。
当本发明中使用的各纤维(玄武岩纤维、桑皮纤维)不足2重量份时,无法发挥纤维的功能,当超过10重量份时,功能性不提高,发生纤维成团现象
在所述功能性印花砖中,相对于原料100重量份,还可以进一步混合香茅精油及迷迭香精油中至少一种以上各1~30重量份,所述精油与提高防虫功能相关。
追加使用的碳素纤维也与所述其他纤维一想,当超出重量份含量时,发生所述的问题。
相对于包含所述碳素纤维的功能性印花砖原料100重量份,可以还混合香茅精油及迷迭香精油中至少一种以上各1~30重量份。
当所述香料不足1重量份时,防虫功能微弱,当超过30重量份时,效果过度且费用上升。
本发明将如上所述组成的混合物投入成型框架或模具内部并成型后脱模而制造砖,在所述砖的表面印刷希望的图像(例如,照片或卡通或风景)而制造。
图1是本发明的功能性印花砖的制造工序图(S 101~S 107)。
包括:混合石膏55~61重量%与水39~45重量%而形成原料的步骤;在所述原料100重量份中混合黄土1~30重量份、玄武岩纤维2~10重量份、桑皮纤维2~10重量份而形成混合物的步骤;将所述混合物投入成型框架或模具内部后脱模而制造砖的步骤;及在所述砖的表面印刷希望的图像的步骤。
图2是本发明的砖的电子显微镜照片。如图2所示可知,在本发明的砖上形成有大量气孔40。在所述砖的表面形成的气孔提高空气的流通及吸潮效果,对室内温度、湿度调节产生较大影响。
以往的砖由于表面气孔少,没有对室内湿度进行吸潮的能力,因而在湿气大的空间内,会在砖的表面上出现结露,因而存在在壁面发生霉菌,引起居住者呼吸器官疾病,或在不洁环境下生活而导致不快感增大的问题。另外,以往的砖无法使空气流通,因而通气不良,居住空间湿度上升,因而成为细菌或霉菌在居住空间繁殖的原因,几乎没有远红外线辐射、除潮、除臭效果及抗菌效果。因此,只是清扫用或装饰用,相当于几乎没有增进健康功能的单纯的建筑内饰材料。
另外,以往的印花砖在表面气孔少的以往砖的表面印刷图像,且为了保护印刷的图像,需要在图像上进行涂布作业(例如涂布聚氨酯树脂的作业),如此在砖的表面形成涂层后,全部阻断在砖的表面形成的气孔,因而完全阻断空气流通,存在通气性进一步下降的问题。
与此相反,本发明的砖在表面形成有大量气孔,空气净化性能卓越,室内的湿度调节顺畅,因而能够防止居住空间内细菌或霉菌繁殖。
另外,在所述砖的表面印刷图像而制造的印花砖,由于混合吸水性优秀的石膏和黄土而制造,因而在表面印刷图像时,可以顺利地吸收油墨,可以防止印刷的图像剥离或因水分而浸染的现象。因此,可以省略形成保护图像所需的涂层的涂布作业,可以防止在表面形成的气孔被涂层堵塞,因而可以防止混合所述黄土、玄武岩纤维、桑皮纤维而可获得的效果下降。
另一方面,印花砖沿着施工壁面的横向、纵向依次结合,在大部分表面印刷有互不相同的图像。其中,互不相同的图像是分割一个单一图像的分割图像。例如,如图3所示,针对包括花朵和蝴蝶的单一图像,多个砖中位于左侧下端的砖20印刷有蝴蝶30,位于上端中央的砖20′印刷有花朵图像中的花瓣30′。所述多个砖虽然无法分别单独显示一个完整的图像,但可以作为整体而适当排列,显示一个完整的图像。
当然,也可以使得多个砖具有相同的图像,但为了突出审美性或立体感,利用在多个砖上分别显示分割图像的方法。即,不是在单一砖的整体表面印刷图像,因而在表面形成的多个气孔不被全体阻断,如同在如图3所示的印刷有蝴蝶30的砖20右侧施工的砖一样,也可以在表面根本不印刷图像,因而当利用多个本发明的功能性印花砖10进行施工时,能够有望获得可以从黄土、玄武岩纤维、桑皮纤维,以及根据需要而进一步混合的驱蚊草提取液、植物杀菌素及木炭获得的多样的效果、效能。
*实施例1
混合石膏60重量%和水40重量%而组成原料后,相对于所述原料100重量份,混合黄土25重量份、玄武岩纤维9重量份、桑皮纤维7重量份而形成混合物。
将所述混合物投入成型框架内部并固化后,从成型框架脱模而制成砖,然后,在所述砖的表面印刷图像,制造了本发明的功能性印花砖。
*实施例2
混合石膏60重量%和水40重量%而组成原料后,相对于所述原料100重量份,混合黄土5重量份、玄武岩纤维5重量份、桑皮纤维5重量份而形成混合物。
将所述混合物投入成型框架内部并固化后,从成型框架脱模而制成砖,然后,在所述砖的表面印刷图像而制造了本发明的功能性印花砖。
*实施例3
混合石膏60重量%和水40重量%而组成原料后,相对于所述原料100重量份,混合黄土30重量份、玄武岩纤维10重量份、桑皮纤维10重量份而形成混合物。
将所述混合物投入成型框架内部并固化后,从成型框架脱模而制成砖,然后,在所述砖的表面印刷图像,制造了本发明的功能性印花砖。

混合石膏60重量%和水40重量%而组成原料后,相对于所述原料100重量份,混合黄土25重量份、玄武岩纤维9重量份、桑皮纤维7重量份、驱蚊草提取液20重量份、植物杀菌素20重量份、木炭重量份而形成混合物。
将所述混合物投入成型框架内部并固化后,从成型框架脱模而制成砖,然后,在所述砖的表面印刷图像,制造了本发明的功能性印花砖。
*比较例1
混合石膏60重量%和水40重量%而组成原料后,相对于所述原料100重量份,混合黄土40重量份、玄武岩纤维1重量份、桑皮纤维20重量份而形成混合物。
将所述混合物投入成型框架内部并固化后,从成型框架脱模而制成砖,然后,在所述砖的表面印刷图像,制造了本发明的功能性印花砖。

在混合石膏和水而组成的原料中混合黄土、玄武岩纤维、桑皮纤维,在通过所述混合的混合物而制造的砖的表面印刷希望的图像而制造,由于混合有吸水性优秀的石膏和黄土,在图像印刷时,能够顺利地吸收油墨,能够防止表面印刷的图像剥离或因水分而浸染的现象,由于混合有玄武岩纤维和桑皮纤维,耐热性、强度、湿度调节能力优秀。

所述功能性印花砖相对于混合石膏55~61重量%和水39~45重量%而组成的原料100重量份,混合有黄土1~30重量份、玄武岩纤维2~10重量份、桑皮纤维2~10重量份。
