Abstract
本发明公开了一种绿色环保型全合成水基切削液,其组份及其配比:10~20%硼酸;1~6%复合硼酸酯;25~35%三乙醇胺;5~10%蓖麻油烷醇酰胺;1~6%乙醇胺类衍生物;2~8%苯并三氮唑;1~4%反式嵌段聚醚RPE1740;1~6%阴离子表面活性剂;1~4%杀菌剂;余量的水。本切削液不含矿物油、亚硝酸钠、氯、铬、磷等物质,系具有优良的冷却性、润滑性、清洗性、防锈性、杀菌性以及连续使用不变质不发臭的绿色环保型全合成水基切削液。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及金属加工技术领域,具体为一种绿色环保型全合成水基切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
众所周知,现代机械/m-r向高速、强力、精密方向发展,导致切削液加工过程中的摩擦力、摩擦热大幅度提高,这就要求切削液具有更好的冷却、润滑、清洗、防锈性能,以便获得理想的工件加工表面,延长刀具使用寿命,而且还应使用周期长,液体要透明便于观察,且无毒,对环境无污染。传统的乳化型切削液,含有矿物油、碳酸钠、亚硝酸钠。有的还含有磷、氯、铬等有害物质,使用寿命短,对人体有害,在排放时对环境污染相当严重,不符合环保排放的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种绿色环保型全合成水基切削液及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种绿色环保型全合成水基切削液,其组份及其配比:
10~20%硼酸;
1~6%复合硼酸酯;
25~35%三乙醇胺;
5~10%蓖麻油烷醇酰胺;
1~6%乙醇胺类衍生物;
2~8%苯并三氮唑;
1~4%反式嵌段聚醚RPE1740;
1~6%阴离子表面活性剂;
1~4%杀菌剂;
余量的水。
优选的,所述防锈剂为LUB型防锈剂,属于聚醚磷酸酯类水基防锈剂。
一种绿色环保型全合成水基切削液制备方法,其步骤为:在带有电动搅拌的三口瓶中,加入70g水加热升温至40℃,加入10~20%硼酸搅拌溶解,升温至60℃,每隔20min依次加入复合硼酸酯、25~35%三乙醇胺、5~10%蓖麻油烷醇酰胺、1~6%乙醇胺类衍生物、2~8%苯并三氮唑、1~4%反式嵌段聚醚RPE1740、1~6%阴离子表面活性剂,降温至30℃加入1~4%杀菌剂,混合均匀后放料包装。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本切削液不含矿物油、亚硝酸钠、氯、铬、磷等物质,系具有优良的冷却性、润滑性、清洗性、防锈性、杀菌性以及连续使用不变质不发臭的绿色环保型全合成水基切削液。

实施例一:
一种绿色环保型全合成水基切削液,其组份及其配比:
10%硼酸;
1%复合硼酸酯;
25%三乙醇胺;
5%蓖麻油烷醇酰胺;
1%乙醇胺类衍生物;
2%苯并三氮唑;
1%反式嵌段聚醚RPE1740;
1%阴离子表面活性剂;
1%杀菌剂;
余量的水。
实施例二:
一种绿色环保型全合成水基切削液,其组份及其配比:
20%硼酸;
2%复合硼酸酯;
30%三乙醇胺;
10%蓖麻油烷醇酰胺;
6%乙醇胺类衍生物;
8%苯并三氮唑;
4%反式嵌段聚醚RPE1740;
6%阴离子表面活性剂;
4%杀菌剂;
余量的水。
实施例三:
一种绿色环保型全合成水基切削液制备方法,其步骤为:在带有电动搅拌的三口瓶中,加入70g水加热升温至40℃,加入10~20%硼酸搅拌溶解,升温至60℃,每隔20min依次加入复合硼酸酯、25~35%三乙醇胺、5~10%蓖麻油烷醇酰胺、1~6%乙醇胺类衍生物、2~8%苯并三氮唑、1~4%反式嵌段聚醚RPE1740、1~6%阴离子表面活性剂,降温至30℃加入1~4%杀菌剂,混合均匀后放料包装入库。

1.一种绿色环保型全合成水基切削液,其组份及其配比:
10~20%硼酸;
1~6%复合硼酸酯;
25~35%三乙醇胺;
5~10%蓖麻油烷醇酰胺;
1~6%乙醇胺类衍生物;
2~8%苯并三氮唑;
1~4%反式嵌段聚醚RPE1740;
1~6%阴离子表面活性剂;
1~4%杀菌剂;
余量的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型全合成水基切削液制备方法,其特征在于:在带有电动搅拌的三口瓶中,加入70g水加热升温至40℃,加入10~20%硼酸搅拌溶解,升温至60℃,每隔20min依次加入复合硼酸酯、25~35%三乙醇胺、5~10%蓖麻油烷醇酰胺、1~6%乙醇胺类衍生物、2~8%苯并三氮唑、1~4%反式嵌段聚醚RPE1740、1~6%阴离子表面活性剂,降温至30℃加入1~4%杀菌剂,混合均匀后放料包装入库。
