The on-line automatic nesting and collecting equipment for empty boxes is characterized by comprising a box feeding machine, a collecting and conveying device and a box discharging machine which are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the empty boxes, wherein the bottom of the collecting and conveying device is provided with a horizontal turnover mechanism and a vertical turnover mechanism, the joint of the box feeding machine and the collecting and conveying device is provided with a box body back-off turnover mechanism, a base is arranged below the collecting and conveying device, and the horizontal turnover mechanism, the vertical turnover mechanism and the box body back-off turnover mechanism are all arranged on a base;
the assembly conveying device comprises a frame body, electric rollers and guardrails, wherein the frame body is of a frame structure with an opening at the top, the electric rollers are arranged in parallel in the frame body, and the guardrails are respectively arranged on two side edges of the frame body at two ends of the electric rollers;
the horizontal overturning mechanism comprises a first pneumatic rotating mechanism and a rotary table, the rotary table is fixedly connected with the bottom of the frame body of the collection conveying device, and the output end of the first pneumatic rotating mechanism is connected with the rotary table;
the vertical turnover mechanism comprises a turnover cylinder, a bracket and a fulcrum seat, wherein the fulcrum seat is arranged on a base, a fulcrum is arranged in the center of the fulcrum seat, the bracket is of a frame structure with L-shaped two sides, the top ends of the two sides of the bracket are respectively connected with the fulcrum seat through the fulcrum, a hinge support is arranged at the lower part of the bracket and connected with the tail end of a piston rod of the turnover cylinder, and the turnover cylinder is arranged on the base;
the box back-off turnover mechanism comprises two groups of clamping turnover assemblies symmetrically arranged on two sides of the box feeding machine, each group of clamping turnover assemblies comprises a second pneumatic rotating mechanism, a swing arm, clamping blocks and clamping cylinders, the second pneumatic rotating mechanism is arranged on the base, one end of the swing arm is connected with the output end of the second pneumatic rotating mechanism, at least one clamping block is distributed on the side face of the swing arm, and each clamping block is correspondingly connected with one clamping cylinder.

The on-line automatic nesting and collecting device for empty boxes according to claim 1, wherein in the vertical turnover mechanism, the bracket comprises a bottom frame and two side plates, the two side plates are respectively positioned on the outer sides of guardrails of the collection and conveying device, and the bottom frame is positioned below the collection and conveying device and the horizontal turnover mechanism; the top of each side plate is connected with the support shaft seat through the support shaft; the bottom frame is a rectangular frame, the lower parts of the two side plates are connected through the bottom frame, and one side of the bottom frame is provided with a hinged support.

The on-line automatic empty box nesting and collecting device according to claim 1, wherein in the collecting and conveying device, the top surface of the electric roller is an empty box placing plane, and the conveying plane of the box feeding machine, the conveying plane of the empty box placing plane and the conveying plane of the box discharging machine are sequentially connected and positioned on the same horizontal plane.

The on-line automatic empty box nesting and collecting device according to claim 1, wherein the swing arm is of an integrated flat plate structure and comprises a horizontal section and an inclined section which are connected, the clamping blocks are distributed on the horizontal section, and the end part of the inclined section is connected with the second pneumatic rotating mechanism.
5. The method for realizing the online automatic nesting and collecting of empty boxes by the equipment according to any one of claims 1 to 4 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) The box feeding machine feeds a first empty box to the collecting and conveying device, and the opening of the first empty box faces upwards at the moment;
(2) The horizontal overturning mechanism operates to drive the collection conveying device and the first empty box to rotate 90 degrees in the horizontal plane, and at the moment, the opening surface of the first empty box is still upward;
(3) The vertical turnover mechanism operates to drive the horizontal turnover mechanism, the collection conveying device and the first empty box to rotate 90 degrees in the vertical plane, and at the moment, the opening surface of the first empty box faces to the box feeding machine;
(4) The box feeding machine feeds a second empty box into the collection and conveying device, and the second empty box is directly inserted into the first empty box from the opening surface of the first empty box at the moment;
(5) The vertical turnover mechanism operates to drive the horizontal turnover mechanism, the collection conveying device, the first empty box and the second empty box to reversely rotate by 90 degrees in a vertical plane, and at the moment, the opening surface of the first empty box is restored to be upward;
(6) The horizontal overturning mechanism operates to drive the collection conveying device and the first empty box to reversely rotate by 90 degrees in the horizontal plane, and at the moment, the opening surface of the first empty box is still upward;
(7) The box feeding machine feeds a third empty box, when the third empty box reaches the box body back-off overturning mechanism, the box feeding machine stops running, the box body back-off overturning mechanism clamps the third empty box and overturns the third empty box by 180 degrees, and at the moment, the opening of the third empty box faces downwards and is buckled on the first empty box to form a three-box assembly;
(8) The box body back-off turnover mechanism resets, and the collection conveying device conveys the three-box assembly to and out of the box outlet machine.
