背景技术
人造革就是一种类似皮革的塑料制品,通常以织物为底基,在其上涂布或贴覆一层树脂混合物,然后加热使之塑化,并经滚压压平或压花,即得成品。根据覆盖物的种类不同,有PVC人造革、PU人造革等。人造革几乎可以在任何使用皮革的场合取而代之,用于制作日用用品及工业用品。

一种PVC人造革,包括以下质量份数配方成分:PVC树脂30-80份、1,4-丁二醇20-40份、四异丙基二钛酸酯12-20份、亚克力树脂10-20份、丙烯酸树脂16-18份、贝壳粉17-20份、石墨烯3-10份、甲苯1-3份、纳米氮化铝11-15份、芳香革4-10份、锌粉8-12份、稳定剂1-3份。
进一步,包括以下质量份数配方成分:PVC树脂60份、1,4-丁二醇30份、四异丙基二钛酸酯16份、亚克力树脂15份、丙烯酸树脂17份、贝壳粉18份、石墨烯8份、甲苯2份、纳米氮化铝13份、芳香革8份、锌粉10份、稳定剂2份。
本发明还提供一种PVC人造革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将PVC树脂、1,4-丁二醇、四异丙基二钛酸酯、亚克力树脂、丙烯酸树脂、贝壳粉混合均匀,反应15min,加入石墨烯、甲苯、纳米氮化铝,在25-35℃环境下,反应5-15min,得到混合物一;
(2)将芳香革、锌粉、稳定剂混合均匀,反应20min,加入混合物一,混合均匀,置于50-70℃环境下烘干,成型即可。
本发明的有益效果:
成本低,吸附和分解甲醛,韧性和耐磨性高,防皱性能和机械优异,延长使用寿命。

(2)将芳香革、锌粉、稳定剂混合均匀,反应20min,加入混合物一,混合均匀,置于70℃环境下烘干,成型即可。

一种PVC人造革,包括以下质量份数配方成分:PVC树脂30份、1,4-丁二醇20份、四异丙基二钛酸酯12份、亚克力树脂10份、丙烯酸树脂16份、贝壳粉17份、石墨烯3份、甲苯1份、纳米氮化铝11份、芳香革4份、锌粉8份、稳定剂1份。
一种PVC人造革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
