本发明公开了一种PVC人造革及其制备方法,包括以下质量份数配方成分:PVC树脂13‑20份、石膏晶须4‑8份、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯20‑30份、碳酸氢钙6‑8份、有机溶剂15‑19份、二氧化硅7‑10份、石墨烯14‑19份、甲苯9‑13份、聚氯乙烯1‑3份、芳香革14‑34份、锌粉20‑30份、阻燃剂4‑10份、水性增稠剂2‑8份,本发明具有手感柔软、韧性和耐磨性高、防皱性能优异、延长使用寿命的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及人造革技术领域,具体而言涉及一种PVC人造革及其制备方法。
背景技术
人造革就是一种类似皮革的塑料制品,通常以织物为底基,在其上涂布或贴覆一层树脂混合物,然后加热使之塑化,并经滚压压平或压花,即得成品。根据覆盖物的种类不同,有PVC人造革、PU人造革等。人造革几乎可以在任何使用皮革的场合取而代之,用于制作日用用品及工业用品。
人们对PVC人造革的品质和舒适度的要求要越来越高,尤其是用于制作鞋类或服饰类的PVC人造革,不仅追求外观时尚,手感柔软,也要求具备一定的韧性、耐磨性、防皱性能,延长使用寿命,经受恶劣的环境而不损坏。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种PVC人造革及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种PVC人造革,包括以下质量份数配方成分:PVC树脂13-20份、石膏晶须4-8份、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯20-30份、碳酸氢钙6-8份、有机溶剂15-19份、二氧化硅7-10份、石墨烯14-19份、甲苯9-13份、聚氯乙烯1-3份、芳香革14-34份、锌粉20-30份、阻燃剂4-10份、水性增稠剂2-8份。
进一步,包括以下质量份数配方成分:PVC树脂16份、石膏晶须6份、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯25份、碳酸氢钙7份、有机溶剂17份、二氧化硅9份、石墨烯16份、甲苯10份、聚氯乙烯2份、芳香革24份、锌粉25份、阻燃剂8份、水性增稠剂6份。
本发明还提供一种PVC人造革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将PVC树脂、石膏晶须、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯、碳酸氢钙、有机溶剂、二氧化硅、石墨烯混合均匀,反应20-25min,加入甲苯、聚氯乙烯、芳香革,在25℃环境下,反应25-35min,得到混合物一;
(2)将锌粉、阻燃剂、水性增稠剂混合均匀,反应5-25min,加入混合物一,混合均匀,置于60-80℃环境下烘干,成型即可。
本发明的有益效果:
手感柔软,韧性和耐磨性高,防皱性能优异,延长使用寿命。

实施例一:
一种PVC人造革,包括以下质量份数配方成分:PVC树脂13份、石膏晶须4份、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯20份、碳酸氢钙6份、有机溶剂15份、二氧化硅7份、石墨烯14份、甲苯9份、聚氯乙烯1份、芳香革14份、锌粉20份、阻燃剂4份、水性增稠剂2份。
所述一种PVC人造革的制备方法如下:
(1)将PVC树脂、石膏晶须、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯、碳酸氢钙、有机溶剂、二氧化硅、石墨烯混合均匀,反应20min,加入甲苯、聚氯乙烯、芳香革,在25℃环境下,反应25min,得到混合物一;
(2)将锌粉、阻燃剂、水性增稠剂混合均匀,反应5min,加入混合物一,混合均匀,置于60℃环境下烘干,成型即可。
实施例二:
一种PVC人造革,包括以下质量份数配方成分:PVC树脂16份、石膏晶须6份、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯25份、碳酸氢钙7份、有机溶剂17份、二氧化硅9份、石墨烯16份、甲苯10份、聚氯乙烯2份、芳香革24份、锌粉25份、阻燃剂8份、水性增稠剂6份。
所述一种PVC人造革的制备方法如下:
(1)将PVC树脂、石膏晶须、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯、碳酸氢钙、有机溶剂、二氧化硅、石墨烯混合均匀,反应22min,加入甲苯、聚氯乙烯、芳香革,在25℃环境下,反应30min,得到混合物一;
(2)将锌粉、阻燃剂、水性增稠剂混合均匀,反应15min,加入混合物一,混合均匀,置于70℃环境下烘干,成型即可。
实施例三:
一种PVC人造革,包括以下质量份数配方成分:PVC树脂20份、石膏晶须8份、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯30份、碳酸氢钙8份、有机溶剂19份、二氧化硅10份、石墨烯19份、甲苯13份、聚氯乙烯3份、芳香革34份、锌粉30份、阻燃剂10份、水性增稠剂8份。
所述一种PVC人造革的制备方法如下:
(1)将PVC树脂、石膏晶须、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯、碳酸氢钙、有机溶剂、二氧化硅、石墨烯混合均匀,反应25min,加入甲苯、聚氯乙烯、芳香革,在25℃环境下,反应35min,得到混合物一;
(2)将锌粉、阻燃剂、水性增稠剂混合均匀,反应25min,加入混合物一,混合均匀,置于80℃环境下烘干,成型即可。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

1.一种PVC人造革,其特征在于:包括以下质量份数配方成分:PVC树脂13-20份、石膏晶须4-8份、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯20-30份、碳酸氢钙6-8份、有机溶剂15-19份、二氧化硅7-10份、石墨烯14-19份、甲苯9-13份、聚氯乙烯1-3份、芳香革14-34份、锌粉20-30份、阻燃剂4-10份、水性增稠剂2-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC人造革,其特征在于:包括以下质量份数配方成分:PVC树脂16份、石膏晶须6份、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯25份、碳酸氢钙7份、有机溶剂17份、二氧化硅9份、石墨烯16份、甲苯10份、聚氯乙烯2份、芳香革24份、锌粉25份、阻燃剂8份、水性增稠剂6份。
3.一种制备如权利要求1-2任意一项所述的PVC人造革的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将PVC树脂、石膏晶须、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯、碳酸氢钙、有机溶剂、二氧化硅、石墨烯混合均匀,反应20-25min,加入甲苯、聚氯乙烯、芳香革,在25℃环境下,反应25-35min,得到混合物一;
(2)将锌粉、阻燃剂、水性增稠剂混合均匀,反应5-25min,加入混合物一,混合均匀,置于60-80℃环境下烘干,成型即可。
