Abstract
本发明所述一种防霉PVC人造革及其制备方法,各组分的重量份为:PVC树脂粉100份、增塑剂40~80份、稳定剂1~10粉末、发泡剂1~5份、抗氧化剂1~10份、防霉剂20‑40份,按所述比例将面层的制备原料混合,形成面层浆料,将所述面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,于140‑160℃条件下烘干50‑60S;按所述比例将发泡层的制备原料混合,形成发泡层浆料,然后将发泡层浆料涂覆于烘干后的变色层浆料上,于170‑180℃条件下进行发泡反应,所述发泡反应的时间为70‑80S,然后于发泡层浆料上涂覆聚氨酯粘合剂,将发泡层浆料通过粘合剂与基布粘合,于130‑150℃下烘干80‑90S,将离型纸抽离,制得所述防霉PVC人造革。具有优良的防霉效果,有效延长了PVC人造革的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于PVC人造革技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种防霉PVC人造革及其制备方法。
背景技术
市场上出售天然皮革由于价格昂贵不为客户广泛使用,出现一种人造革顶替原先的天然皮革。
人造革,一类外观、手感似皮革并可代替其使用的塑料制品。通常以织物为底基,涂覆由合成树脂添加各种塑料添加剂制成的配混料制成,当今,日常生活中花色品种繁多的革制品随处可见,如室内装饰、沙发面料、汽车内饰、服装、鞋类和箱包等等,人们往往认为这些制品是天然皮革制作的,其实不然,这些革制品相当大的份额被人造革、合成革所占据。
PVC人造革在环境潮湿、存在污垢及高温条件下,往往会由于霉菌和酵母菌的滋生,使其质量受到严重影响,缩短其使用寿命,因此PVC人造革需要防霉处理。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种防霉PVC人造革及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防霉PVC人造革,各组分的重量份为:PVC树脂粉100份、增塑剂40~80份、稳定剂1~10粉末、发泡剂1~5份、抗氧化剂1~10份、防霉剂20-40份。
进一步,所述防霉剂为木质素30-40份、草木灰10-20份、二硫化钼5-10份、尼泊金丙酯10-20份、蛭石粉5-10份、五氯酚份10-15份、油酸苯基汞5-10份。
进一步,所述增塑剂为聚己二酸丙二醇酯。
进一步,所述稳定剂为苯甲酸或水杨酸。
进一步,所述发泡剂为磺酰肼类化合物。
进一步,所述抗氧化剂为酚类氧化剂。
一种防霉PVC人造革的制备方法,按比例将面层的制备原料混合,形成面层浆料,将所述面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,于140-160℃条件下烘干50-60S;按所述比例将发泡层的制备原料混合,形成发泡层浆料,然后将发泡层浆料涂覆于烘干后的变色层浆料上,于170-180℃条件下进行发泡反应,所述发泡反应的时间为70-80S,然后于发泡层浆料上涂覆聚氨酯粘合剂,将发泡层浆料通过粘合剂与基布粘合,于130-150℃下烘干80-90S,将离型纸抽离,制得所述防霉PVC人造革。
进一步,所述面层浆料原料包括:各组分的重量份为:PVC树脂粉100份、增塑剂50份、稳定剂5粉末、发泡剂1份、抗氧化剂3份、防霉剂30份。
进一步,所述发泡层浆料原料包括:各组分的重量份为:PVC树脂粉100份、增塑剂40份、稳定剂7粉末、发泡剂4份、抗氧化剂6份、防霉剂35份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述一种防霉PVC人造革及其制备方法,各组分的重量份为:PVC树脂粉100份、增塑剂40~80份、稳定剂1~10粉末、发泡剂1~5份、抗氧化剂1~10份、防霉剂20-40份,具有优良的防霉效果,有效延长了PVC人造革的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一种防霉PVC人造革,各组分的重量份为:PVC树脂粉100份、增塑剂40~80份、稳定剂1~10粉末、发泡剂1~5份、抗氧化剂1~10份、防霉剂20-40份。
其中,防霉剂为木质素35份、草木灰15份、二硫化钼6份、尼泊金丙酯16份、蛭石粉8份、五氯酚份12份、油酸苯基汞8份。
面层浆料原料包括:各组分的重量份为:PVC树脂粉100份、增塑剂50份、稳定剂5粉末、发泡剂1份、抗氧化剂3份、防霉剂30份。
发泡层浆料原料包括:各组分的重量份为:PVC树脂粉100份、增塑剂40份、稳定剂7粉末、发泡剂4份、抗氧化剂6份、防霉剂35份。
其中,增塑剂为聚己二酸丙二醇酯,稳定剂为苯甲酸或水杨酸,发泡剂为磺酰肼类化合物,抗氧化剂为酚类氧化剂。
一种防霉PVC人造革的制备方法,按比例将面层的制备原料混合,形成面层浆料,将所述面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,于140-160℃条件下烘干50-60S;按所述比例将发泡层的制备原料混合,形成发泡层浆料,然后将发泡层浆料涂覆于烘干后的变色层浆料上,于170-180℃条件下进行发泡反应,所述发泡反应的时间为70-80S,然后于发泡层浆料上涂覆聚氨酯粘合剂,将发泡层浆料通过粘合剂与基布粘合,于130-150℃下烘干80-90S,将离型纸抽离,制得所述防霉PVC人造革。

1.一种防霉PVC人造革,其特征在于,各组分的重量份为:PVC树脂粉100份、增塑剂40~80份、稳定剂1~10粉末、发泡剂1~5份、抗氧化剂1~10份、防霉剂20-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种防霉PVC人造革,其特征在于,所述防霉剂为木质素30-40份、草木灰10-20份、二硫化钼5-10份、尼泊金丙酯10-20份、蛭石粉5-10份、五氯酚份10-15份、油酸苯基汞5-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种防霉PVC人造革,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为聚己二酸丙二醇酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种防霉PVC人造革,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为苯甲酸或水杨酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种防霉PVC人造革,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为磺酰肼类化合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种防霉PVC人造革,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为酚类氧化剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种防霉PVC人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,按权利要求1所述比例将面层的制备原料混合,形成面层浆料,将所述面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,于140-160℃条件下烘干50-60S;按权利要求1所述比例将发泡层的制备原料混合,形成发泡层浆料,然后将发泡层浆料涂覆于烘干后的变色层浆料上,于170-180℃条件下进行发泡反应,所述发泡反应的时间为70-80S,然后于发泡层浆料上涂覆聚氨酯粘合剂,将发泡层浆料通过粘合剂与基布粘合,于130-150℃下烘干80-90S,将离型纸抽离,制得所述防霉PVC人造革。
8.根据权利要求7所述一种防霉PVC人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述面层浆料原料包括:各组分的重量份为:PVC树脂粉100份、增塑剂50份、稳定剂5粉末、发泡剂1份、抗氧化剂3份、防霉剂30份。
9.根据权利要求7所述一种防霉PVC人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述发泡层浆料原料包括:各组分的重量份为:PVC树脂粉100份、增塑剂40份、稳定剂7粉末、发泡剂4份、抗氧化剂6份、防霉剂35份。
