本发明公开了一种用于汽车座椅的耐磨耐高温聚氯乙烯材料,包括:60‑90份聚氯乙烯,1‑3份阻燃剂,5‑25份邻苯二甲酸二丙烯酯,10‑20份聚二甲基硅氧烷,2‑10份蓖麻油,1‑5份热稳定剂,20‑50份填料,5‑8份增塑剂,1‑3份润滑剂,0.5‑1份紫外线吸收,0.5‑2份抗氧剂。本发明的聚乙烯材料通过配方的改进,提高其耐磨性和耐高温性能,具有较好的外观和手感,其成本相对较低,能够满足现在汽车内饰材料发展的需要。

Description

一种用于汽车座椅的耐磨耐高温聚氯乙烯材料及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰材料领域,具体涉及一种用于汽车座椅的耐磨耐高温聚氯乙烯材料及制备方法。
背景技术
传统的汽车座椅,选用真皮材料或PU材料,但是真皮材料或PU材料存在一定的缺陷,真皮的耐热稳定性差,耐水解性差,不适宜在低温环境下使用,真皮耐磨性差,表面极易损坏,一旦遇见尖锐物品,真皮会留下痕迹,另外,真皮耐化学腐蚀性差更容易出现老化龟裂现象。
汽车座椅材料,由于不是阳光直射部位,所以对耐高温的要求低,但是车内在夏天时,温度也极度升高,不耐高温的座椅材料,很容易导致使用年限下降,使用一段时间后,座椅出现开裂或者变色等现象,影响美观和实用性。
由于真皮材料不环保,PU材料价格高,因此PVC材料逐渐取代这些材料用于汽车座椅。但是普通的PVC材料的耐磨性能差,座椅面料不耐高温,然而座椅由于其特殊的应用部位,对耐磨的要求很高,针对日系的市场,存在特殊的耐磨要求称为学震磨耗测试,此要求有别于其他耐磨测试要求,对产品的手感以及耐磨性能都有非常高的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种用于汽车座椅的耐磨耐高温聚氯乙烯材料,本发明的聚乙烯材料通过配方的改进,提高其耐磨性和耐高温性能,具有较好的外观和手感,其成本相对较低,能够满足现在汽车内饰材料发展的需要。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种用于汽车座椅的耐磨耐高温聚氯乙烯材料,按照重量份数计,包括:

进一步地,所述填料包括:碳酸钙、高岭土、滑石粉、硫酸钡、蒙脱土、纳米玻璃微球,所述填料的粒径为3000-4000目。
进一步地,所述纳米玻璃微球的直径为5-200μm,其中5-50μm的纳米玻璃微球占总数的40%,50-100μm的纳米玻璃微球占总数的40%,100-200μm的纳米玻璃微球占总数的20%。
进一步地,所述增塑剂包括CPE,所述润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、EBL。
进一步地,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂168、抗氧剂1076,所述紫外线吸收剂为抗紫外线剂UV-148、抗紫外线剂UV-9。
进一步地,一种用于汽车座椅的耐磨耐高温聚氯乙烯材料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S101将聚氯乙烯材料的各组分按照配方比例混合均匀,制成浆料;
S102将浆料在涂布机上涂布,按照设定的参数进行PVC的塑化,复合
上基布,得到PVC表皮;
S103表面涂覆水性油漆,保护PVC表皮,优化PVC表皮的触感和外观,增加PVC表皮的耐磨性能;
S104在150-170℃高温压上所需要的花纹,使得PVC表皮具有和真皮一样的外观花纹,手感;
S105按照需求进行对应的尺寸切割。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的聚乙烯材料通过配方的改进,提高其耐磨性和耐高温性能,具有较好的外观和手感,其成本相对较低,能够满足现在汽车内饰材料发展的需要。
本发明在PVC配方中,添加了、邻苯二甲酸二丙烯酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷,并且配合增塑剂和润滑剂,提高了材料整体的耐磨性能和柔软性,将该材料应用在汽车座椅上,外观、手感、耐磨性能都能够满足座椅的需求,并且其成本要低于真皮座椅成本,满足汽车座椅市场需求。

S101将聚氯乙烯材料的各组分按照配方比例混合均匀,制成浆料;
S102将浆料在涂布机上涂布,按照设定的参数进行PVC的塑化,复合上立体基布,得到PVC表皮;
S103表面涂覆水性油漆,保护PVC表皮,优化PVC表皮的触感和外观;
S104在150-170℃高温压上所需要的花纹,使得PVC表皮具有和真皮一样的外观花纹,手感;
S105按照需求进行对应的尺寸切割。
上述加工过程中,混料过程是:确认浆料的重量→折算配方中白浆和色浆的用量,输入电脑→加入可塑剂到混合桶→加入安定剂和其他的助剂到混合桶→加入PVC粉到混合桶→低速搅拌→高速搅拌40min→抽真空8min→抽真空搅拌8min→放浆,测试黏度值:4000-17000cps。
上述过程中,涂布过程是:离型纸发送→表皮涂布→烘干→发泡涂布→烘干→涂胶水→复合棉质基布→烘干/发泡→成品储料→产品撕离型纸→产品卷曲。
上述过程中,印刷过程是:油漆调配→表皮涂上第一层底漆→进烘箱→涂第二层面漆→进烘箱→涂第三层面漆→烘干。
上述过程中,压花过程是:压花辊准备→表皮高温压花。
