本发明创造提供了一种锦棉织物阻燃型纺织工艺,分梳:将锦棉块分解成单纤维状态,改善纤维伸直、平行状态;除杂:清除棉块中的细小杂质及短绒,使纤维进一步充分均匀混合;络筒:工序是在络筒机上进行的,将纺织工程中得到的锦棉织物加以接续,卷绕成密度均匀、成形良好、便于退解的筒子;浸轧:将清洗后的锦棉织物放入浸轧工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理;将备好的基布表面涂上阻燃发泡涂料。本发明创造所使用涂料阻燃效果好,是一种绿色环保产品,适用于工业化规模生产,并且通过在浸轧工序中加入的抗菌剂、除臭剂、抗静电剂等使得棉锦织物不但能够抗静电便于穿着而且具备抗菌、除臭等功能,有效提高棉锦织物的实用性能。

本发明创造属于纺织技术领域,尤其是涉及一种锦棉织物阻燃型纺织工艺。
背景技术
目前传统织物功能单一,尤其是在特殊环境下,对于功能性织物要求就越来越强;传统的织物虽然也有阻燃性质的,但是隔热性不强;所以就需要一种既阻燃又隔热的织物,来保护人们的人身安全。同时,现有织物的印染方法,不够环保,且染色不均匀、还容易掉色。因此好的纺织品应具备以下因素:舒适型、审美性、满足时装趋势的不同外观织物、织物的物理性能、销售标签等。理想的织物是把这几点结合起来,这就意味着混合的各种纤维根据我们的要求制成最好的产品。随着纺织科技的不断发展,纺织面料正由经济实用向结构轻薄化、风格潮流化、使用功能化、健康环保化发展,因而混合阻燃型纺织工艺的开发已经是纺织发展的必然趋势。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明创造旨在提出一种锦棉织物阻燃型纺织工艺,以解决传统织物功能单一,阻燃隔热效果差,舒适度差、成本高等缺点。
为达到上述目的,本发明创造的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种锦棉织物阻燃型纺织工艺,①分梳:将锦棉块分解成单纤维状态,改善纤维伸直、平行状态;②除杂:清除棉块中的细小杂质及短绒,使纤维进一步充分均匀混合;③络筒:工序是在络筒机上进行的,将纺织工程中得到的锦棉织物加以接续,在此过程中,使织物获得适当的、均匀一致的张力; 按规定的要求,检查和清除瑕疵、杂质和尘屑,清瑕疵过程中形成小而坚牢的结头;卷绕成密度均匀、容量充分、成形良好、便于退解的筒子;④将锦棉织物做好预处理工作,作为基布备用;⑤染色:将基布进行染色处理,具体为将基布放入染色机的清水中,在清水中逐渐加入活性染液,进行固色处理后,制成染色半成品;⑥将染色半成品织物置入浴比为1:2的染缸中,水温升至50℃时,加入8g/L的蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠、14g/L的天然染料、4g/L的甲基三甲氧基硅烷,PH调节至3.6,以6℃/min的升温速度升温至66℃,保温2小时,完成染色;⑦清洗:将锦棉织物放入45-50℃的皂洗液中进行皂洗,皂洗时间为18-28min;⑧浸轧:将清洗后的锦棉织物放入浸轧工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度45-55℃,pH为5-6,一浸一轧是轧车的转速为13-17r/min,轧余率80%;⑨涂布阻燃发泡涂料:在准备好的基布表面涂上阻燃发泡涂料。
进一步,所述浸轧工作液含有:防水剂:3.5g/L;渗透剂JFC:4.5g/L;柔软剂:1.9g/L;抗菌剂:1.4g/L;HAC:2g/L;除臭剂1g/L;抗静电剂:2g/L。
进一步,所述除臭剂为活性炭,所述抗静电剂为氧基月桂酷胺。
进一步,在涂布阻燃发泡涂料后进行脱水烘干,采用烘干机对锦棉织物进行烘干,烘干温度98~130℃,时间1.5~2小时。
进一步,所述阻燃发泡涂料为阻燃型丙烯酸酯类乳液。
进一步,所述阻燃型丙烯酸酯类乳液采用喷涂方式涂在锦棉织物上。
进一步,在对锦棉织物进行烘干后,进行定型处理,定型温度115℃,机车转速为65m/min。
进一步,定型处理后,进行打卷处理,将所述锦棉织物由打卷机进行打卷。
相对于现有技术,本发明创造所述的一种锦棉织物阻燃型纺织工艺具有以下优势:
(1)本工艺所使用的阻燃发泡涂料效果好,能有效保护人们的身体免受伤害,弹性好,成本低,耐水洗牢度和色牢度优异。
(2)本工艺制作过程中,不释放有害物质,不仅是一种绿色环保产品,而且的成品柔软透气,生产效率高,工艺简单,操作便捷,可推广使用。
(3)本发明通过在浸轧工序中加入的抗菌剂、除臭剂、抗静电剂等使得棉锦织物不但能够抗静电便于穿着而且具备抗菌、除臭等功能,有效提高棉锦织物的实用性能。

③络筒:工序是在络筒机上进行的,将纺织工程中得到的锦棉织物加以接续,在此过程中,使织物获得适当的、均匀一致的张力;按规定的要求,检查和清除瑕疵、杂质和尘屑,清瑕疵过程中形成小而坚牢的结头;卷绕成密度均匀、容量充分、成形良好、便于退解的筒子;
④将锦棉织物做好预处理工作,作为基布备用;
⑤染色:将基布进行染色处理,具体为将基布放入染色机的清水中,在清水中逐渐加入活性染液,进行固色处理后,制成染色半成品;
⑥将染色半成品织物置入浴比为1:2的染缸中,水温升至50℃时,加入8g/L的蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠、14g/L的天然染料、4g/L的甲基三甲氧基硅烷,PH调节至3.6,以6℃/min的升温速度升温至66℃,保温2小时,完成染色;
⑦清洗:将锦棉织物放入45-50℃的皂洗液中进行皂洗,皂洗时间为18-28min;
⑧浸轧:将清洗后的锦棉织物放入浸轧工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度45-55℃,pH为5-6,一浸一轧是轧车的转速为13-17r/min,轧余率80%;
⑨涂布阻燃发泡涂料:在准备好的基布表面涂上阻燃发泡涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦棉织物阻燃型纺织工艺,其特征在于:所述浸轧工作液含有:防水剂:3.5g/L;渗透剂JFC:4.5g/L;柔软剂:1.9g/L;抗菌剂:1.4g/L;HAC:2g/L;除臭剂1g/L;抗静电剂:2g/L。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种锦棉织物阻燃型纺织工艺,其特征在于:所述除臭剂为活性炭,所述抗静电剂为氧基月桂酷胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦棉织物阻燃型纺织工艺,其特征在于:在涂布阻燃发泡涂料后进行脱水烘干,采用烘干机对锦棉织物进行烘干,烘干温度98~130℃,时间1.5~2小时。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦棉织物阻燃型纺织工艺,其特征在于:所述阻燃发泡涂料为阻燃型丙烯酸酯类乳液。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种锦棉织物阻燃型纺织工艺,其特征在于:所述阻燃型丙烯酸酯类乳液采用喷涂方式涂在锦棉织物上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦棉织物阻燃型纺织工艺,其特征在于:在对锦棉织物进行烘干后,进行定型处理,定型温度115℃,机车转速为65m/min。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种锦棉织物阻燃型纺织工艺,其特征在于:定型处理后,进行打卷处理,将所述锦棉织物由打卷机进行打卷。
