本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域,具体讲是一种人棉阳离子涤包复丝乱条布制备工艺。
背景技术:
现有的乱条布制备工艺耗水量大,废水处理成本高,染色工序复杂,时间长。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种环保节能且耗时少的人棉阳离子涤包复丝乱条布制备工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种人棉阳离子涤包复丝乱条布制备工艺,它包括以下步骤,
首先,将50%的人棉、25%阳离子丝、25%涤纶交叉混织成多纤双面汗布,织造时调整织造张力,让涤丝只露在双面布表面,同阳离子丝交织;
然后,在198℃×26y下对胚布进行染色前的预定,以保证染色过程中布面平整无折印,用1%多功能乳化剂对胚布进行90℃×20′除油处理,保证上染的均匀性;
最后,人造棉、阳离子丝同浴染色(活性、酸性),染色时加入锦棉染色同浴剂,先60℃×60′再加4.2%的HAC升98℃×30′充分清洗后整理,布面露出白条涤纶丝成乱条风格布面。
采用以上工艺后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:棉/锦同浴染色,涤纶丝露白,形成乱条布面风格;除油染色同浴,一步染色到位,优化生产工艺,节约生产能源及用水量,减少污水处理;较传统分纤维染色省时5小时/缸,节约用水40吨/吨布。
具体实施方式:
下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
一种人棉阳离子涤包复丝乱条布制备工艺,它包括以下步骤,
首先,将50%的人棉、25%阳离子丝、25%涤纶交叉混织成多纤双面汗布,织造时调整织造张力,让涤丝只露在双面布表面,同阳离子丝交织;
其次,利用定型机在198℃×26y下对胚布进行染色前的预定,以保证染色过程中布面平整无折印,用1%多功能乳化剂DY-8509对胚布在90℃下进行20min的除油处理,保证上染的均匀性;
然后,人造棉、阳离子丝同浴染色(活性、酸性),染色时加入锦棉染色同浴剂GD-102,先60℃下维持60min,再加4.2%的HAC(醋酸)加温到98℃保持30min,充分清洗后整理,布面露出白条涤纶丝成乱条风格布面。
主要技术参数
纤维含量:粘纤60.8%,聚酯纤维23.1%,锦纶14%,氨纶2.1%;水洗后扭曲率(4.8%):≤5.0%;水洗尺寸变化率(纤维素纤维总含量50%及以上)(1×5A):平方米干燥质量:229.4g/m2;可分解致癌致癌芳香胺染料:≤20mg/kg。
通过上述工艺,棉/锦同浴染色,涤纶丝露白,形成乱条布面风格;除油染色同浴,更加优化生产工艺,节约生产能源及用水量,减少污水处理;较传统分纤维染色省时5小时/缸,节约用水40吨/吨布。

首先,将50%的人棉、25%阳离子丝、25%涤纶交叉混织成多纤双面汗布,织造时调整织造张力,让涤丝只露在双面布表面,同阳离子丝交织;
然后,在198℃×26y下对胚布进行染色前的预定,以保证染色过程中布面平整无折印,用1%多功能乳化剂对胚布进行90℃×20′除油处理,保证上染的均匀性;
最后,人造棉、阳离子丝同浴染色(活性、酸性),染色时加入锦棉染色同浴剂,先60℃×60′再加4.2%的HAC升98℃×30′充分清洗后整理,布面露出白条涤纶丝成乱条风格布面。
