本发明公开的是单活性染料对棉/锦纶弹力布一浴一步法的染色工艺,所述染色工艺包括以下具体工序:坯布冷堆→短蒸氧漂烧毛→丝光→卷染酵洗→上染→固色→出缸→烘干→后整理上柔→预缩→成品。本发明通过弱酸性一浴法染色工艺实现实际企业大货生产的染色要求,解决染色过程中出现锦纶抢色的问题,使生产大货时能有效的控制色光的重现性,以期达到染色一次性成功率,同时降低无水硫酸钠的用量,减少皂洗及水洗时间,节约电能、热能以及减少污水排放,提高生产效益。

Description

单活性染料对棉/锦纶弹力布一浴一步法的染色工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及的是纺织染整技术领域,更具体地说是单活性染料对棉/锦纶弹力布一浴一步法的染色工艺。
背景技术
棉/锦纶弹力布是由棉纤维、锦纶纤维和氨纶纤维三种不同的纤维组成,为了使该面料得到较为丰满的色泽,目前国内外均采用两浴法染色来实现,即先将锦纶用弱酸性染料进行上色,然后皂洗→清洗→调整PH值至中性或弱碱后再染棉。采用此种方法染色工艺,其耗时较长,用汽量、用水量、热蒸汽及各种化学助剂消耗成倍上升,且产能低、污染重,尤其是污水排放和污水中的COD含量,往往大幅度超标。
实验室化验小试中可以通过筛选出合理的弱酸性染料及环保高牢度的直接染料对该种布坯面料进行同浴法染色,但是化验室的小试与企业实际大货生产还是具有一定的距离,首先要克服的困难是怎样阻止直接染料与弱酸性染料在同浴时直接染料对锦纶的抢色问题,只有解决了直接染料对锦纶的抢色问题,在生产大货时才能有效的控制色光的重现性,以期达到染色一次性成功率。
发明内容
本发明公开的是单活性染料对棉/锦纶弹力布一浴一步法的染色工艺,其主要目的在于克服现有技术存在的上述问题和缺点,使棉/锦纶弹力布可以通过弱酸性一浴法染色工艺实现实际企业大货生产的染色要求,解决染色过程中出现锦纶抢色的问题,使生产大货时能有效的控制色光的重现性,以期达到染色一次性成功率,同时降低无水硫酸钠的用量,减少皂洗及水洗时间,节约电能、热能以及减少污水排放,提高生产效益。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
单活性染料对棉/锦纶弹力布一浴一步法的染色工艺,所述染色工艺包括以下具体工序:坯布冷堆→短蒸氧漂烧毛→丝光→卷染酵洗→溢流上染→固色→出缸→烘干→后整理上柔→预缩→成品;
其中,所述溢流上染工序包括:在常温条件下往染缸中加入冰醋酸、元明粉和匀染剂,并调整溶液的PH值为4~4.5,同时升高温度,升温速度为2.0℃/min,当温度升至50℃时,加入活性染料和元明粉,均匀染色10min,然后以1.5℃/min的升温速度,将温度提高到95~98℃,并恒温40分钟;接着以1.8℃/min的降温速度将温度降低至80℃,并在20分钟内平稳均匀地加入促进剂M,再恒温30 min,然后取样对色,排水后再进水,并升温至80℃后进行皂洗,皂洗完再进行清水洗,完成溢流上染工序。
更进一步,所述上染工艺中冰醋酸的加入量为0.5~1.0g/L,元明粉第一次的加入量为30g/L,第二次的加入量为50 g/L,活性染料的重量为0.2-0.6%织物重百分比,促进剂M的加入量为20~30g/L。
更进一步,所述匀染剂为亲染料性匀染剂。
更进一步,所述溢流上染工序中冰醋酸、元明粉和匀染剂为依次顺序加入,且每种间隔5 min再加入。
更进一步,所述溢流上染工序中活性染料和元明粉为同时加入。

本发明通过弱酸性一浴法染色工艺实现实际企业大货生产的染色要求,经过多次反复地试验比较,合理地确定染料的使用与添加顺利时间,同时合理地确定各种染色助剂的添加时序、用量,使之更好地相互作用,利用稳定染色工艺,解决染色过程中出现锦纶抢色的问题,使生产大货时能有效的控制色光的重现性,以期达到染色一次性成功率,同时降低无水硫酸钠的用量,减少皂洗及水洗时间,节约电能、热能以及减少污水排放,提高生产效益。
具体实施方式

1.单活性染料对棉/锦纶弹力布一浴一步法的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述染色工艺包括以下具体工序:坯布冷堆→短蒸氧漂烧毛→丝光→卷染酵洗→溢流上染→固色→出缸→烘干→后整理上柔→预缩→成品;
其中,所述溢流上染工序包括:在常温条件下往染缸中加入冰醋酸、元明粉和匀染剂,并调整溶液的PH值为4~4.5,同时升高温度,升温速度为2.0℃/min,当温度升至50℃时,加入活性染料和元明粉,均匀染色10min,然后以1.5℃/min的升温速度,将温度提高到95~98℃,并恒温40分钟;接着以1.8℃/min的降温速度将温度降低至80℃,并在20分钟内平稳均匀地加入促进剂M,再恒温30 min,然后取样对色,排水后再进水,并升温至80℃后进行皂洗,皂洗完再进行清水洗,完成溢流上染工序。

4.根据权利要求1所述的单活性染料对棉/锦纶弹力布一浴一步法的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述溢流上染工序中冰醋酸、元明粉和匀染剂为依次顺序加入,且每种间隔5 min再加入。
