Abstract

本发明涉及了一种涤纶抗菌面料的制备工艺,a、配置整理液,抗菌整理剂20‑40g/L,有机硅柔软剂4‑8g/L;b、浸轧抗菌整理液,浸渍温度20~30℃,时间10min;轧车轧液,轧液率90~100%;c、烘干,180℃,45‑60s。本发明采用聚氨酯、丙烯酸酯单体在改性后的纳米氧化锌粒子表面接枝的方法,使纳米材料抗菌物质限制在聚合物基体中,克服了纳米氧化锌稳定性差的缺点,实现了涤纶面料抗菌的安全、持久、高效性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涤纶抗菌面料的制备工艺,属于功能纺织品制备技术领域。
背景技术
我们日常所使用的各种纺织品,如棉被、内衣裤、鞋袜等,都是微生物滋生繁衍的适宜场所。它们在人体适宜环境中的迅速繁殖,不仅会使纤维制品变色、发霉、脆化降解,而且还会对人体皮肤产生异常的刺激,诱发各种皮肤疾病,影响健康。纺织品上滋生的细菌,会以人体新陈代谢产物-汗水、脂肪质和皮屑等为营养,迅速繁殖。
随着生活水平的提高,人们对服用纺织品卫生性的要求正在逐渐提高,具有抗菌防臭功能的纺织产品市场也在逐步扩人。
发明内容
针对现有抗菌剂的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种涤纶抗菌面料的制备工艺,提高涤纶面料抗菌长效性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种涤纶抗菌面料的制备工艺,
a、配置整理液
抗菌整理剂20-40g/L,有机硅柔软剂4-8g/L;
b、浸轧抗菌整理液
浸渍温度20~30℃,时间10min;轧车轧液,轧液率90~100%;
c、烘干
180℃,45-60s;
所述的抗菌整理剂的制备方法,各组分以质量份计,包括以下步骤:
步骤一向反应釜中加入12份表面改性纳米氧化锌粉末、9份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、6份Span-20、48份端乙烯基聚氨酯乳液、124份去离子水,搅拌均匀,升温至75℃;以20份去离子水溶解0.6份过硫酸钠成引发剂水溶液;
步骤二缓慢地向反应釜中滴加12份苯乙烯、24份丙烯酸丁酯、86份去离子水、5份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、3份Span-20形成的乳化液、引发剂水溶液,滴加完后,在83℃保温反应2h;
步骤三降温至50℃以下,过200目筛,得抗菌整理剂。
所述表面改性纳米氧化锌的制备方法为:
10份纳米氧化锌加到盛有60份无水乙醇和20份水的广口瓶中,超声分散30分钟,升温至40℃,恒温匀速搅拌30分钟,盐酸调节pH值5.5,待搅拌稳定后通过滴管从瓶口加入由12份无水乙醇溶解的1份硅烷偶联剂KH-570,反应1小时后,取出过滤、洗涤、烘干、研磨,制得表面改性纳米氧化锌粉末。
本发明采用聚氨酯、丙烯酸酯单体在改性后的纳米氧化锌粒子表面接枝的方法,使纳米材料抗菌物质限制在聚合物基体中,克服了纳米氧化锌稳定性差的缺点,实现了涤纶面料抗菌的安全、持久、高效性。

实施例1
抗菌整理剂的制备方法,各组分以质量份计,包括以下步骤:
步骤一 向反应釜中加入12份表面改性纳米氧化锌粉末、9份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、6份Span-20、48份端乙烯基聚氨酯乳液、124份去离子水,搅拌均匀,升温至75℃;以20份去离子水溶解0.6份过硫酸钠成引发剂水溶液;
步骤二 缓慢地向反应釜中滴加12份苯乙烯、24份丙烯酸丁酯、86份去离子水、5份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、3份Span-20形成的乳化液、引发剂水溶液,滴加完后,在83℃保温反应2h;
步骤三 降温至50℃以下,过200目筛,得抗菌整理剂。
所述表面改性纳米氧化锌的制备方法为:

a、配置整理液
抗菌整理剂20-40g/L
有机硅柔软剂4-8g/L;
b、浸轧抗菌整理液
浸渍温度20~30℃,时间10min;
轧车轧液,轧液率90~100%;
c、烘干
180℃,45-60s;
所述的抗菌整理剂的制备方法,各组分以质量份计,包括以下步骤:
