Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于真空镀铝的原纸的生产方法,先将硝酸钙、磷酸氢二钠分别在于阔叶木浆、针叶木浆中溶解后混合,通过仿生矿化作用,在木浆纤维内部以及表面孔隙内生成羟基磷灰石,然后将得到的改性纸浆与填料、助留剂和施胶剂混合抄造得到未涂布纸张,最后将苯丙乳液、聚乙烯醇溶液和硅溶胶混合得到的涂布液均匀涂覆未涂布纸张表面,烘干后得到真空镀铝原纸。本发明生产的真空镀铝原纸具有良好的表面平整性、光泽以及印刷适性,适合用于包装印刷领域。

Description

一种用于真空镀铝的原纸的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纸类加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于真空镀铝的原纸的生产方法。
背景技术
镀铝纸主要由原纸、铝层和涂层组成,因光泽度和平滑度好,柔韧性好,喷铝层牢度高,美观环保,同时有良好的印刷性能和机械加工性能,因此在包装材料领域得到广泛的应用。镀铝纸按其生产工艺分为直接法(纸面镀铝)和转移法(膜面镀铝),其中直接法是通过将纸直接置于真空镀铝机进行镀铝,由于镀铝层沿着纸面纤维的疏松结构,表面呈细微孔粗糙,得到的铝膜表面粗糙,平滑度较差,其平整度无法适应包装的印刷,导致其应用范围受到限制。直接法生产镀铝纸的质量受到原纸性能的影响很大,为了提高其铝膜的使用性能,往往在镀铝前先对纸表面进行涂覆处理,以提高纸张表面平整性、光亮度,但是这种方法对镀铝纸性能的提升有限。为了进一步改善直接法生产镀铝纸的性能,使其能适应包装印刷材料的要求,有必要对现有真空镀铝原纸的加工方法作出改进。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种具有良好的表面平整性、光泽度,适合用于包装印刷的真空镀铝原纸的生产方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于真空镀铝的原纸的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将相当于阔叶木浆重量0.4-0.5%的硝酸钙加入阔叶木浆中溶解完全,将相当于针叶木浆重量0.15-0.25%的磷酸氢二钠加入针叶木浆中溶解完全,然后取同样重量的阔叶木浆和针叶木浆混合均匀得到混合浆,先将pH调至9-10并于35-37℃保温矿化24-48h,然后将pH调至中性,得到改性纸浆;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的改性纸浆中加入相当于改性纸浆绝干浆重量10-30%的填料、相当于改性纸浆绝干浆重量0.5-1%的助留剂和相当于改性纸浆绝干浆重量0.05-0.1%的施胶剂,经过抄造,得到未涂布纸张;
(3)将苯丙乳液、相当于苯丙乳液重量30-50%的聚乙烯醇溶液和相当于苯丙乳液重量10-15%的硅溶胶混合得到涂布液,然后将涂布液均匀涂覆在步骤(2)得到的未涂布纸张表面,烘干后得到真空镀铝原纸。
所述针叶木浆的浓度为5-10%,阔叶木浆的浓度为5-10%。
所述填料为滑石粉或者碳酸钙。
所述助留剂为阳离子淀粉。
所述施胶剂为烷基烯酮二聚体。
所述苯丙乳液的固含量为40-50%。
所述聚乙烯醇溶液的质量分数为4-8%。
所述硅溶胶的固含量为30-40%。
本发明的优点是:
本发明先将硝酸钙、磷酸氢二钠分别在于阔叶木浆、针叶木浆中溶解后混合,使钙离子渗透在木浆纤维表面以及内部孔隙中,通过仿生矿化作用,在木浆纤维内部以及表面孔隙内生成羟基磷灰石,然后将得到的改性纸浆与填料、助留剂和施胶剂混合抄造得到未涂布纸张,最后将苯丙乳液、聚乙烯醇溶液和硅溶胶混合得到的涂布液均匀涂覆未涂布纸张表面,烘干后得到真空镀铝原纸。本发明通过仿生矿化的方法在纸张纤维的孔隙中生长羟基磷灰石,结合涂布液中的硅溶胶的填充作用,有效减少纸张表面的微孔结构,从而提高纸张的平整性以及光泽度,改善镀铝后铝膜的平滑度,使镀铝纸的性能得到提升。本发明生产的真空镀铝原纸具有良好的表面平整性、光泽以及印刷适性,适合用于包装印刷领域。
具体实施方式
一种用于真空镀铝的原纸的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将相当于阔叶木浆重量0.4%的硝酸钙加入阔叶木浆中溶解完全,将相当于针叶木浆重量0.15%的磷酸氢二钠加入针叶木浆中溶解完全,然后取同样重量的阔叶木浆和针叶木浆混合均匀得到混合浆,先将pH调至9并于35℃保温矿化24h,然后将pH调至中性,得到改性纸浆;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的改性纸浆中加入相当于改性纸浆绝干浆重量10%的填料、相当于改性纸浆绝干浆重量0.5%的助留剂和相当于改性纸浆绝干浆重量0.05%的施胶剂,经过抄造,得到未涂布纸张;
(3)将苯丙乳液、相当于苯丙乳液重量30%的聚乙烯醇溶液和相当于苯丙乳液重量10%的硅溶胶混合得到涂布液,然后将涂布液均匀涂覆在步骤(2)得到的未涂布纸张表面,烘干后得到真空镀铝原纸。
所述针叶木浆的浓度为5%,阔叶木浆的浓度为5%。
所述填料为滑石粉。
所述助留剂为阳离子淀粉。
所述施胶剂为烷基烯酮二聚体。
所述苯丙乳液的固含量为40%。
所述聚乙烯醇溶液的质量分数为4%。
所述硅溶胶的固含量为30%。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于真空镀铝的原纸的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将相当于阔叶木浆重量0.4-0.5%的硝酸钙加入阔叶木浆中溶解完全,将相当于针叶木浆重量0.15-0.25%的磷酸氢二钠加入针叶木浆中溶解完全,然后取同样重量的阔叶木浆和针叶木浆混合均匀得到混合浆,先将pH调至9-10并于35-37℃保温矿化24-48h,然后将pH调至中性,得到改性纸浆;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的改性纸浆中加入相当于改性纸浆绝干浆重量10-30%的填料、相当于改性纸浆绝干浆重量0.5-1%的助留剂和相当于改性纸浆绝干浆重量0.05-0.1%的施胶剂,经过抄造,得到未涂布纸张;
(3)将苯丙乳液、相当于苯丙乳液重量30-50%的聚乙烯醇溶液和相当于苯丙乳液重量10-15%的硅溶胶混合得到涂布液,然后将涂布液均匀涂覆在步骤(2)得到的未涂布纸张表面,烘干后得到真空镀铝原纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于真空镀铝的原纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述针叶木浆的浓度为5-10%,阔叶木浆的浓度为5-10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于真空镀铝的原纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述填料为滑石粉或者碳酸钙。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于真空镀铝的原纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述助留剂为阳离子淀粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于真空镀铝的原纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述施胶剂为烷基烯酮二聚体。
