Abstract

本发明揭示了一种转印纸制造方法,包括添加表面活性剂步骤,所述表面活性剂添加于磨浆之后、上浆成型之前,或所述表面活性剂在上浆成型后以施胶方式被添加于成型纸张表面,所述表面活性剂包括水性蜡乳液或含氟化合物。本发明通过添加表面活性剂降低纸张表面张力,不需要使用机外涂布机,仅用造纸机即可完成转印纸生产,节约工序,且彻底解决转印纸卷曲问题,同时克服了仅使用造纸机生产的转印纸墨水渗透造成转移率低、图文清晰度低的缺陷。

Description

转印纸制造方法
技术领域
本发明属于转印纸技术领域,具体涉及一种低表面张力的转印纸的制造方法。
背景技术
喷墨转移印花纸的生产工艺是在造纸机上生产原纸,然后通常经机外涂布机涂布转印涂层,利用涂层对于染料的阻挡功能使喷墨墨水中的染料尽可能保留在涂层表面,以达到较高的转移率。为了阻挡墨水中的染料向原纸渗透,纸张表面的涂层需要对原纸表面进行完整的覆盖,因此涂层的涂布量一般需要至少4g/m2,涂布材料一般采用大量羧甲基纤维素等高保水材料,导致此类转印纸烘干成本高且在潮湿空气中容易吸水发生卷曲。 且该技术增加在涂布机涂布的步骤,工序较多。
虽然有技术利用造纸机表面施胶来制造喷墨转移印花纸,以省略涂布机涂布的步骤,但表面施胶涂布量受到限制,此类方法制得的转移印花纸在喷墨墨水过多的情况下,染料向纸张内部渗透,导致打印效果差、转移率低下,不能转印精致的图文。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决转印纸因墨水渗透造成转移率低及图文清晰度不高的问题。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种转印纸制造方法,包括添加表面活性剂步骤,所述表面活性剂添加于磨浆之后、上浆成型之前,或所述表面活性剂在上浆成型后以施胶方式被添加于成型纸张表面,所述表面活性剂包括水性蜡乳液或含氟化合物。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,水性蜡乳液为石蜡乳液或者水性聚乙烯蜡乳液。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,含氟化合物为C3/C6/C8结构的有机氟防油剂或者氟的硅化物。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,表面活性剂的添加量为1-30公斤/吨纸。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,表面活性剂被添加于成型纸张表面时,所述表面活性剂单独施加。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,表面活性剂被添加于成型纸张表面时,所述表面活性剂与施胶材料混合施加,所述施胶材料包括淀粉、羧甲基纤维素或聚乙烯醇。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,表面活性剂与施胶材料的质量比为1:5-1:10。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,于造纸机上完成所述表面活性剂的添加。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,磨浆之后、上浆成型之前是指从造纸机的磨浆机出口到冲浆泵之间的任一位置。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,磨浆之后、上浆成型之前是指造纸机混合浆池、高位箱或者冲浆泵入口。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过添加表面活性剂降低纸张表面张力,不需要使用涂布机,仅用造纸机即可完成纸张生产,节约工序,且彻底解决转印纸卷曲问题,同时克服了仅使用造纸机生产的转印纸墨水渗透造成转移率低、图文清晰度低的缺陷。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
本发明在转印纸制造过程中添加化合物以降低纸张表面张力,该化合物可以添加于纸张内部或者表面,阻隔墨水向纸张内转移,使墨水留存在转印纸表面。
该化合物可以添加于纸机湿部,使化合物混合到纸张内部;又或者添加于上浆成型后的施胶工序,待纸张成型后在纸张表面涂布。
进一步的,如果在纸机湿部添加,添加时机位于磨浆之后、上浆成型之前。
该化合物为表面活性剂,包括但不限于水性蜡乳液、含氟化合物,可以单独添加一种表面活性剂,也可组合二种或以上表面活性剂添加。
进一步的,水性蜡乳液为石蜡乳液或者水性聚乙烯蜡乳液;含氟化合物为C3/C6/C8结构的有机氟防油剂或者氟的硅化物。
该化合物的添加量为1-30公斤/吨纸。
进一步的,当该化合物以纸张表面施胶的方式添加时,可以单独添加,也可以与施胶材料混合添加。施胶材料包括但不限于淀粉、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇的一种或几种的混合物。该化合物与施胶材料的添加质量比为1:0.5-1:20,优选的添加质量比为1:5-1:10。
本发明突破现有技术在纸张表面涂布一层阻隔墨水的胶层的思路,从喷墨打印过程中墨水与纸张接触时所发生的界面反应着手,通过降低纸张表面张力,使墨水留存在纸张表面,提升图文清晰度及转移率。
以下结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
制浆
纸浆选用漂白化学浆,配比为针叶木浆30%,加拿大游离度400±20ml,阔叶木70%,加拿大游离度420±20ml。所述百分比为质量百分比。
也可以采用其他浆料及配比,不应被视为超出本发明的保护范围。
上述浆料各自经散浆、磨浆、筛选等工序后,在混合浆池中将两种浆料按比例混合。在混合浆池出口位置添加含氟化合物,添加量为每吨纸30kg。
其中,含氟化合物还可添加于从纸机磨浆机出口到冲浆泵之间的任一位置。进一步的,添加位点为纸机混合浆池、高位箱或者冲浆泵入口,以易于控制添加比例。
在混合浆池上部添加阳离子淀粉,添加量为每吨纸10kg。
在压力筛前后添加保留助剂等。
纸张抄造成型。
在成形纸张表面施涂木薯淀粉,施涂量为3 g/m2,施涂后的纸张经过干燥后卷取得到成品。木薯淀粉也可以其他施胶材料替换。
采用该例方法可减少涂布步骤中的施胶量至4g/m2以内,仍可达到阻挡墨水向纸张内迁移的效果,且全部工序在造纸机上完成。该法生产的转印纸平整无卷曲,喷墨打印图文清晰,无透墨及羽化现象,染料转移率90%。
实施例2
纸浆选用漂白化学浆,配比为针叶木浆30%,加拿大游离度400±20ml,阔叶木70%,加拿大游离度420±20ml。所述百分比为质量百分比。
也可以采用其他浆料及配比,不应被视为超出本发明的保护范围。
浆料经过散浆、磨浆、筛选等工序后,在混合浆池中将各种浆料按比例混合,常规添加各种造纸所需化学品,抄造纸张。
在成型的纸张表面施胶位置,施涂C3/C6/C8结构的有机氟防油剂或者氟的硅化物,添加量为每吨纸20kg含氟化合物。
纸张表面经施胶、烘干得到成品纸。
该例生产的转印纸,染料转移率可达95%。
实施例3
纸浆选用漂白化学浆,配比为针叶木浆30%,加拿大游离度400±20ml,阔叶木70%,加拿大游离度420±20ml。所述百分比为质量百分比。
也可以采用其他浆料及配比,不应被视为超出本发明的保护范围。
浆料经过散浆、磨浆、筛选等工序后,在混合浆池中将各种浆料按比例混合,常规添加各种造纸所需化学品,抄造纸张。
在成型纸张表面施胶位置,施涂含氟化合物与胶的混合液,添加量为每吨纸6kg含氟化合物。混合液中,含氟化合物与淀粉的质量比为1:10,混合液在施胶部涂布量为3g/m2,纸张经过烘干得到成品纸。
该例制得的转印纸,染料转移率可达88%。
实施例4
本例与实施例3的区别在于,在成型纸张表面施胶位置,施涂含氟化合物与胶的混合液,添加量为每吨纸1kg含氟化合物。混合液中,含氟化合物与淀粉的质量比为1:10,混合液在施胶部涂布量为3g/m2,纸张经过烘干得到成品纸。
实施例5

在成型纸张表面施胶位置施涂聚乙烯蜡乳液与胶的混合液。聚乙烯蜡乳液添加量为每吨纸20kg。混合液中,聚乙烯蜡乳液与淀粉的质量比为1:5,混合液在施胶部涂布量为3g/m2,纸张经过烘干得到成品纸。
该例制得的转印纸,染料转移率可达88%。
实施例6
本例与实施例5的区别在于,在成型纸张表面施胶位置施涂聚乙烯蜡乳液与胶的混合液,其中,聚乙烯蜡乳液与淀粉的质量比为1:8,混合液在施胶部涂布量为3g/m2,纸张经过烘干得到成品纸。
参考国际上广泛使用的KIT标准(TAPPI 559 cm02)测试本方法制得纸张的表面张力,其KIT等级范围为1-12级,生产纸张克重为20-150克/平方米。
采用本发明方法生产的热转印纸,降低打印过程中墨水向纸张内部迁移的机率,使墨水留在纸张表面,提升图文清晰度,获得较高转移率。本发明的方法无需进行机外涂布,在生产纸张的造纸机中即可完成全部工序,彻底解决了机外涂布带来的纸张卷曲问题。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

1.一种转印纸制造方法,其特征在于,包括添加表面活性剂步骤,所述表面活性剂添加于磨浆之后、上浆成型之前,或所述表面活性剂在上浆成型后以施胶方式被添加于成型纸张表面,所述表面活性剂包括水性蜡乳液或含氟化合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转印纸制造方法,其特征在于,所述水性蜡乳液为石蜡乳液或者水性聚乙烯蜡乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的转印纸制造方法,其特征在于,所述含氟化合物为C3/C6/C8结构的有机氟防油剂或者氟的硅化物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的转印纸制造方法,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂的添加量为1-30公斤/吨纸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的转印纸制造方法,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂被添加于成型纸张表面时,所述表面活性剂单独施加。
6.根据权利要求1所述的转印纸制造方法,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂被添加于成型纸张表面时,所述表面活性剂与施胶材料混合施加,所述施胶材料包括淀粉、羧甲基纤维素或聚乙烯醇。
7.根据权利要求6所述的转印纸制造方法,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂与施胶材料的质量比为1:5-1:10。
8.根据权利要求1所述的转印纸制造方法,其特征在于,于造纸机上完成所述表面活性剂的添加。
9.根据权利要求1所述的转印纸制造方法,其特征在于,所述磨浆之后、上浆成型之前是指从造纸机的磨浆机出口到冲浆泵之间的任一位置。
10.根据权利要求1所述的转印纸制造方法,其特征在于,所述磨浆之后、上浆成型之前是指造纸机混合浆池、高位箱或者冲浆泵入口。
