Abstract

本发明公开一种低气味塑料袋的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将有机硅蜡、吗啉脂肪酸盐果蜡、三聚磷酸钠、聚己内酰胺粉混合均匀后,然后加入至E‑44环氧树脂中,混合均匀后,放入烘箱中,烘干处理2‑3小时后,制得吸味剂;(2)将步骤(1)制得的吸味剂和聚氯乙烯树脂按照质量比为1:34‑40的比例混合均匀后,加入至挤出机中,熔融挤出,制得功能母粒;(3)将步骤(2)制得的功能母粒,采用吹塑机吹成塑料薄膜后,经过分切、彩印、切膜制袋后,制得成品。本发明提供的低气味塑料袋的制备方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得的塑料袋,具有优异的力学性能以及气密性,透明度高,尤其是其不具有刺激性的气味,极大地提升了塑料袋的品质。

技术领域
本发明属于塑料袋制备技术领域,具体涉及一种低气味塑料袋的制备方法。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯塑料是由氯乙烯单体聚合而成的,是常用的热塑性塑料之一。聚氯乙烯薄膜透明度比聚乙烯高,制品色泽鲜艳,手摸光滑,无蜡状感,常可嗅到特殊气味,其具有良好的气密性和不透水性。聚氯乙烯塑料袋气味较重,严重影响了其品质。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种低气味塑料袋的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种低气味塑料袋的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将10-18份有机硅蜡、4-7份吗啉脂肪酸盐果蜡、11-15份三聚磷酸钠、18-22份聚己内酰胺粉混合均匀后,然后加入至32-38份E-44环氧树脂中,混合均匀后,放入烘箱中,烘干处理2-3小时后,制得吸味剂;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的吸味剂和聚氯乙烯树脂按照质量比为1:34-40的比例混合均匀后,加入至挤出机中,熔融挤出,制得功能母粒;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的功能母粒,采用吹塑机吹成塑料薄膜后,经过分切、彩印、切膜制袋后,制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,E-44环氧树脂的固体含量为100%。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,烘箱的温度为55-60℃。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的低气味塑料袋的制备方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得的塑料袋,具有优异的力学性能以及气密性,透明度高,尤其是其不具有刺激性的气味,极大地提升了塑料袋的品质。其中,本发明提供的吸味剂,具有优异的除味、吸味功能,并且和聚氯乙烯树脂的相容性好。

实施例1
一种低气味塑料袋的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将10份有机硅蜡、4份吗啉脂肪酸盐果蜡、11份三聚磷酸钠、18份聚己内酰胺粉混合均匀后,然后加入至32份E-44环氧树脂中,混合均匀后,放入烘箱中,烘干处理2小时后,制得吸味剂;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的吸味剂和聚氯乙烯树脂按照质量比为1:34的比例混合均匀后,加入至挤出机中,熔融挤出,制得功能母粒;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的功能母粒,采用吹塑机吹成塑料薄膜后,经过分切、彩印、切膜制袋后,制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,E-44环氧树脂的固体含量为100%。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,烘箱的温度为55℃。
实施例2
一种低气味塑料袋的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将14份有机硅蜡、5份吗啉脂肪酸盐果蜡、13份三聚磷酸钠、20份聚己内酰胺粉混合均匀后,然后加入至34份E-44环氧树脂中,混合均匀后,放入烘箱中,烘干处理2.5小时后,制得吸味剂;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的吸味剂和聚氯乙烯树脂按照质量比为1:36的比例混合均匀后,加入至挤出机中,熔融挤出,制得功能母粒;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的功能母粒,采用吹塑机吹成塑料薄膜后,经过分切、彩印、切膜制袋后,制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,E-44环氧树脂的固体含量为100%。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,烘箱的温度为58℃。
实施例3
一种低气味塑料袋的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将18份有机硅蜡、7份吗啉脂肪酸盐果蜡、15份三聚磷酸钠、22份聚己内酰胺粉混合均匀后,然后加入至38份E-44环氧树脂中,混合均匀后,放入烘箱中,烘干处理3小时后,制得吸味剂;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的吸味剂和聚氯乙烯树脂按照质量比为1:40的比例混合均匀后,加入至挤出机中,熔融挤出,制得功能母粒;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的功能母粒,采用吹塑机吹成塑料薄膜后,经过分切、彩印、切膜制袋后,制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,E-44环氧树脂的固体含量为100%。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,烘箱的温度为60℃。

1.一种低气味塑料袋的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将10-18份有机硅蜡、4-7份吗啉脂肪酸盐果蜡、11-15份三聚磷酸钠、18-22份聚己内酰胺粉混合均匀后,然后加入至32-38份E-44环氧树脂中,混合均匀后,放入烘箱中,烘干处理2-3小时后,制得吸味剂;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的吸味剂和聚氯乙烯树脂按照质量比为1:34-40的比例混合均匀后,加入至挤出机中,熔融挤出,制得功能母粒;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的功能母粒,采用吹塑机吹成塑料薄膜后,经过分切、彩印、切膜制袋后,制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低气味塑料袋的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中,E-44环氧树脂的固体含量为100%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低气味塑料袋的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中,烘箱的温度为55-60℃。
