Abstract
本发明公开了一种多层复合型防水卷材的制备方法。本发明主要包括,将丙烯酸丁酯,甲基丙烯酸甲酯,苯乙烯,丙烯酸,丙烯酸羟乙酯,乳化剂和溶剂进行混合,搅拌反应制得丙烯酸树脂胶液;将丙烯酸树脂胶液辊涂于聚酰亚胺薄膜上侧面,恒温干燥后形成丙烯酸树脂层;将环氧树脂、聚酰胺固化剂、聚醚胺固化剂、光屏蔽剂、增塑剂与稀释剂搅拌混合20分钟,并涂覆于丙烯酸树脂层上侧面,固化形成环氧树脂层;再将有机硅不干胶胶水涂敷于聚酰亚胺薄膜层的下侧面,烘干形成有机硅不干胶粘结层。本发明采用多层复合结构,具有良好的防水性能、机械性能和化学稳定性,使用寿命延长,施工过程中避免了环境污染。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子合成与加工领域,具体涉及一种多层复合型防水卷材的制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国城镇建设与基础设施建设的快速发展,防水卷材逐渐应用于建筑、桥梁隧道、交通运输等领域。防水卷材产品主要包括沥青型防水卷材和高分子型防水卷材。然而,沥青型防水卷材在施工过程中需采取热熔法,这一过程将产生沥青污染,且还将损害施工者的健康。近些年,大部分城市已经禁止使用该方法制备防水卷材。
高分子防水卷材主要以合成树脂、合成橡胶或两者共混体为基体,通过添加化学助剂和填料,经压延、挤出和密炼等方法制得防水材料。高分子防水卷材具有拉伸强度高,抗撕裂强度高,耐热性好,均质性好,低温柔性好等优点。而且通过添加化学助剂和填料,高分子防水卷材的抗老化性,抗氧化性都能够得到改善。由此可见,高分子型防水卷材将成为未来防水卷材的主力军。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多层复合型防水卷材的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将65~80质量份丙烯酸丁酯(BA),15~30质量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),5~20质量份苯乙烯(PS),2~4质量份丙烯酸(AA),2~4质量份丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA),2~5质量份乳化剂和40质量份溶剂进行混合,在80℃搅拌反应6h制得丙烯酸树脂胶液;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的丙烯酸树脂胶液辊涂于聚酰亚胺薄膜的上侧面,并在50~60℃恒温干燥,丙烯酸树脂胶液干燥后形成丙烯酸树脂层;
(3)将100质量份环氧树脂(E-44)、20~30质量份聚酰胺固化剂(650)、20~30质量份聚醚胺固化剂(D400)、1.5~4.5质量份光屏蔽剂、1.5~7.5质量份增塑剂与15~45质量份稀释剂搅拌混合20分钟,并涂覆于步骤(2)丙烯酸树脂层上侧面,在50~60℃条件下固化形成环氧树脂层;
(4)再将有机硅不干胶胶水涂敷于聚酰亚胺薄膜层的下侧面,烘干形成有机硅不干胶粘结层;
(5)由以上环氧树脂层、丙烯酸树脂层、聚酰亚胺薄膜层和有机硅不干胶粘结层共同构成了多层复合型防水卷材。
具体的,步骤(1)中,所述的溶剂为乙酸乙酯,反应过程中搅拌速率为120r/min。
具体的,步骤(2)中,所述聚酰亚胺薄膜为经流延法制备而成,邵氏硬度为70度。
具体的,步骤(3)中,所述光屏蔽剂为粒度325目的炭黑,增塑剂为环氧化植物油,稀释剂为苯基缩水甘油醚。
具体的,步骤(4)中,所述有机硅不干胶胶水为溶剂型胶水,主要成分为有机硅不干胶树脂,其固含量为35%,粘度为1~2帕﹒秒。
具体的,步骤(5)中,环氧树脂层厚度为0.30~0.50mm,丙烯酸树脂层厚度为0.35~0.50mm,聚酰亚胺薄膜层厚度为0.70~0.90mm,有机硅不干胶粘结层厚度为0.10~0.12mm;防水卷材总厚度为1.45~2.02mm,宽幅控制为1.00m。
本发明与传统聚合物防水卷材相比,具有如下优点:
(1)本发明采用多层复合结构,以聚酰亚胺薄膜层为主要防水层,聚酰亚胺具有良好的机械性能和化学稳定性,这既保证了本发明具有良好的性能,又能够保证其使用寿命。
(2)本发明表面涂覆一层环氧树脂层,环氧树脂能够对防水卷材起到很好的保护作用。同时,本发明在施工过程中采取冷加工技术,能够避免炼制沥青过程中带来的环境污染。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例来对本发明作进一步详细的描述,其中,所述原料均为工业化产品,设备为普通工业化的生产设备。
实施例1:
将65kg丙烯酸丁酯(BA),30kg甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),15kg苯乙烯(PS),2kg丙烯酸(AA),2kg丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA),2kg乳化剂和40kg乙酸乙酯投入反应釜中混合,在80℃搅拌反应6h制得丙烯酸树脂胶液;将丙烯酸树脂胶液辊涂于0.70mm厚度的聚酰亚胺薄膜层(经流延法制得)的上侧面,在50℃条件下烘干制得0.35mm厚度的丙烯酸树脂层;将100kg环氧树脂(E-44),20kg聚酰胺固化剂(650),20kg聚醚胺固化剂(D400),1.5kg粒度325目的炭黑,1.5kg环氧化植物油和15kg苯基缩水甘油醚进行混合搅拌20分钟,并涂覆于丙烯酸树脂层上侧面,在50℃条件下固化形成0.30mm厚度的环氧树脂层;再将有机硅不干胶胶水涂敷于聚酰亚胺薄膜层下侧面,烘干形成0.10mm厚度的有机硅不干胶粘结层,即制得一种多层复合型防水卷材。
本实施例中,丙烯酸树脂胶液制备过程中搅拌速率为120r/min;聚酰亚胺薄膜层的邵氏硬度为70度;有机硅不干胶胶水为溶剂型胶水,主要成分为有机硅不干胶树脂,其固含量为35%,粘度为1~2帕﹒秒;防水卷材总厚度为1.45mm,宽幅控制为1.00m。
实施例2:
将75kg丙烯酸丁酯(BA),15kg甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),20kg苯乙烯(PS),3kg丙烯酸(AA),3kg丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA),3kg乳化剂和40kg乙酸乙酯投入反应釜中混合,在80℃搅拌反应6h制得丙烯酸胶液;将丙烯酸胶液辊涂于0.80mm厚度的聚酰亚胺薄膜层(经流延法制得)的上侧面,在50℃条件下烘干制得0.40mm厚度的丙烯酸树脂层;将100kg环氧树脂(E-44),23kg聚酰胺固化剂(650),25kg聚醚胺固化剂(D400),2.5kg粒度325目的炭黑,3.5kg环氧化植物油和25kg苯基缩水甘油醚进行混合搅拌20分钟,涂覆于丙烯酸树脂层上侧面,在50℃条件下固化形成0.37mm厚度的环氧树脂层;再将有机硅不干胶胶水涂敷于聚酰亚胺薄膜层下侧面,烘干形成0.11mm厚度的有机硅不干胶粘结层,即制得一种多层复合型防水卷材。
本实施例中,丙烯酸树脂胶液制备过程中搅拌速率为120r/min;聚酰亚胺薄膜层的邵氏硬度为70度;有机硅不干胶胶水为溶剂型胶水,主要成分为有机硅不干胶树脂,其固含量为35%,粘度为1~2帕﹒秒;防水卷材总厚度为1.68mm,宽幅控制为1.00m。
实施例3:
将65kg丙烯酸丁酯(BA),25kg甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),10kg苯乙烯(PS),3kg丙烯酸(AA),3kg丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA),4kg乳化剂和40kg乙酸乙酯投入反应釜中混合,在80℃搅拌反应6h制得丙烯酸胶液;将丙烯酸胶液辊涂于0.80mm厚度的聚酰亚胺薄膜层(经流延法制得)的上侧面,在60℃条件下烘干制得0.45mm厚度的丙烯酸树脂层;将100kg环氧树脂(E-44),27kg聚酰胺固化剂(650),27kg聚醚胺固化剂(D400),3.5kg粒度325目的炭黑,5.5kg环氧化植物油和35kg苯基缩水甘油醚进行混合搅拌20分钟,涂覆于丙烯酸树脂层上侧面,在60℃条件下固化形成0.43mm厚度的环氧树脂层;再将有机硅不干胶胶水涂敷于聚酰亚胺薄膜层下侧面,烘干形成0.11mm厚度的有机硅不干胶粘结层,即制得一种多层复合型防水卷材。
本实施例中,丙烯酸树脂胶液制备过程中搅拌速率为120r/min;聚酰亚胺薄膜层的邵氏硬度为70度;有机硅不干胶胶水为溶剂型胶水,主要成分为有机硅不干胶树脂,其固含量为35%,粘度为1~2帕﹒秒;防水卷材总厚度为1.79mm,宽幅控制为1.00m。
实施例4:
将80kg丙烯酸丁酯(BA),15kg甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),5kg苯乙烯(PS),4kg丙烯酸(AA),4kg丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA),5kg乳化剂和40kg乙酸乙酯投入反应釜中混合,在80℃搅拌反应6h制得丙烯酸胶液;将丙烯酸胶液辊涂于0.90mm厚度的聚酰亚胺薄膜层(经流延法制得)的上侧面,在60℃条件下烘干制得0.50mm厚度的丙烯酸树脂层;将100kg环氧树脂(E-44),30kg聚酰胺固化剂(650),30kg聚醚胺固化剂(D400),4.5kg粒度325目的炭黑,7.5kg环氧化植物油和45kg苯基缩水甘油醚配料并进行搅拌混合20分钟,涂覆于丙烯酸树脂层上侧面,在60℃条件下固化形成0.50mm厚度的环氧树脂层;再将有机硅不干胶胶水涂敷于聚酰亚胺薄膜层下侧面,烘干形成0.12mm厚度的有机硅不干胶粘结层,即制得一种多层复合型防水卷材。
本实施例中,丙烯酸树脂胶液制备过程中搅拌速率为120r/min;聚酰亚胺薄膜层的邵氏硬度为70度;有机硅不干胶胶水为溶剂型胶水,主要成分为有机硅不干胶树脂,其固含量为35%,粘度为1~2帕﹒秒;防水卷材总厚度为2.02mm,宽幅控制为1.00m。

1.一种多层复合型防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将65~80质量份丙烯酸丁酯(BA),15~30质量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),5~20质量份苯乙烯,2~4质量份丙烯酸(AA),2~4质量份丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA),2~5质量份乳化剂和40质量份溶剂进行混合,在80℃搅拌反应6h制得丙烯酸树脂胶液;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的丙烯酸树脂胶液辊涂于聚酰亚胺薄膜的上侧面,并在50~60℃恒温干燥,丙烯酸树脂胶液干燥后形成丙烯酸树脂层;
(3)将100质量份环氧树脂、20~30质量份聚酰胺固化剂、20~30质量份聚醚胺固化剂、1.5~4.5质量份光屏蔽剂、1.5~7.5质量份增塑剂与15~45质量份稀释剂搅拌混合20分钟,并涂覆于步骤(2)丙烯酸树脂层上侧面,在50~60℃条件下固化形成环氧树脂层;
(4)再将有机硅不干胶胶水涂敷于聚酰亚胺薄膜层的下侧面,烘干形成有机硅不干胶粘结层;
(5)由以上环氧树脂层、丙烯酸树脂层、聚酰亚胺薄膜层和有机硅不干胶粘结层共同构成了多层复合型防水卷材。
2.根据权利要求1所述多层复合型防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述的溶剂为乙酸乙酯,反应过程中搅拌速率为120r/min。
3.根据权利要求1所述多层复合型防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,所述聚酰亚胺薄膜为经流延法制备而成,邵氏硬度为70度。
4.根据权利要求1所述多层复合型防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,所述光屏蔽剂为粒度325目的炭黑,增塑剂为环氧化植物油,稀释剂为苯基缩水甘油醚。
5.根据权利要求1所述多层复合型防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中,所述有机硅不干胶胶水为溶剂型胶水,主要成分为有机硅不干胶树脂,其固含量为35%,粘度为1~2帕﹒秒。
6.根据权利要求1所述多层复合型防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,环氧树脂层厚度为0.30~0.50mm,丙烯酸树脂层厚度为0.35~0.50mm,聚酰亚胺薄膜层厚度为0.70~0.90mm,有机硅不干胶粘结层厚度为0.10~0.12mm;防水卷材总厚度为1.45~2.02mm,宽幅控制为1.00m。
