Abstract
本发明的美容面膜包括:支撑体;以及薄膜,以通过水分进行分离的方式层叠在上述支撑体,并通过对高分子物质、水溶性高分子物质及功能性物质进行电纺丝而成,且功能性物质能够被水分溶解,因此容易且便于保管及包装,将干燥的薄片敷在脸部,因而便于使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及敷在皮肤时功能性物质被皮肤吸收的干式类型美容面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
以往,普通的美容面膜通过将包含天然提取物、蛋白质、维生素等营养物质的精华液包含在织物或无纺布上,来以具有美白、皱纹改善、补充水分、缓解皮肤过敏、赋予皮肤弹性等功能的方式制备而成。
但是,由于现有的美容面膜基于织物或无纺布来制备,在与皮肤相接触的界面处无法起到足够的附着作用,因此无法将有效成分充分传递至皮肤深处,而通过添加过量的精华液来提高了与皮肤的粘着力或附着力。
因此,当敷现有的美容面膜并活动时,存在因美容面膜本身的重力而下滑且过量的精华液留下来而不便使用、浪费精华液的缺点。并且,当敷美容面膜时,由于日常活动变得困难的情况也很多,因而在敷面膜时间内一直在躺着。
为了解决这些缺点,广泛使用水凝胶类型的美容面膜。水凝胶美容面膜的佩戴感优秀且可以进行日常活动,但是,由于厚度较厚,不仅在紧贴性方面上有限,而且具有在过多的精华液留下来或超过佩戴时间时需要单独拿掉的不便处。
最近,正在积极进行有关利用电纺丝技术方法来使纤维的直径小于1μm的纳米纤维的研究。在制备这种纳米纤维的同时形成具有三维细孔结构的层叠结构,在利用于美容领域的情况下,与现有织物或无纺布相比,可提供更大的皮肤接触面积。并且,当制备纳米纤维时,可通过混合各种功能性物质与纺丝溶液并进行纺丝来制备成搭载有功能性物质的纳米纤维形态。
对于现有的面膜,如韩国公开专利10-2011-080066号中所公开,提出了在无纺布上形成双层纳米纤维层,并在上述双层纳米纤维层上利用等离子进行表面处理的皮肤美容面膜。但是,由于此技术包括在无纺布上对纳米纤维层进行复合化的工序和等离子处理等第二次工序,因此工序费用上升。
并且,对无纺布和纳米纤维层进行复合化的过程中,需要使用化学粘结剂等来进行层叠、热熔或超声波粘合等工序,在不使用粘结剂等的情况下,由于功能性精华液或水分等,无纺布和纳米纤维层之间可能发生剥离。
进一步地,在对双层结构的纳米纤维进行纺丝的过程中,以核心/壳形态进行纺丝,对核心部分利用聚氨酯等并对与皮肤相接触的壳部分利用生物降解高分子,以使与皮肤间的过敏最小化,但是,由于使用毒性溶剂,若没有100%去除残留溶剂的情况下,会存在基于残留溶剂的第二次污染问题。
尤其,在上述现有技术中所使用的生物降解高分子具有疏水性特性,必须需要通过等离子工序进行亲水化处理,因此不仅导致工序费用上升,同时还存在导致进行纺丝时所搭载的功能性物质变质的问题。
发明内容
技术问题
因此,本发明的目的在于提供美容面膜及其制备方法,其中,通过使用包含功能性物质的纳米纤维网来制备成干燥的薄片形态,从而容易且便于保管及包装,将干燥的薄片敷在脸部,因而便于使用。
本发明的再一目的在于提供美容面膜及其制备方法,其中,由于具有形状保持部,可保持保湿及保持美容面膜的形态,且在形状保持部可形成印刷层,从而可使设计美观。
本发明的还有一目的在于提供美容面膜及其制备方法,其中,若形状保持部中包含溶剂,则呈透明形态,若溶剂变干,则变为白色,由此可以掌握去除美容面膜的时间点,因而便于使用。
解决问题的方案
用于实现上述技术问题的本发明的美容面膜包括:支撑体;以及薄膜,以通过水分进行分离的方式贴合在上述支撑体,并通过对高分子物质、水溶性高分子物质及功能性物质进行电纺丝而成,上述薄膜为干式类型,且功能性物质能够被水分溶解。
上述支撑体可由无纺布、网眼、硅酮、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)及聚氨酯(PU)中的一种形成。
在上述薄膜可附着有用于保护薄膜并在使用时被分离的离型膜。
若上述支撑体与薄膜相压接,则支撑体的纤维与薄膜的纤维以相交织的状态相贴合,若通过投入水分来使薄膜的功能性物质被溶解,则上述支撑体的纤维与上述薄膜的纤维可相互分离。
上述薄膜可通过对混合有高分子物质、水溶性高分子物质、功能性物质及溶剂的纺丝溶液进行电纺丝来形成纳米纤维并通过捕集上述纳米纤维来形成为纳米网形态。
上述薄膜包括由高分子物质形成的形状保持部和由水溶性高分子物质及功能性物质形成的药液部。
上述形状保持部和药液部可以相混合或层叠。
在上述形状保持部的一面可形成有印刷层。
上述面膜为可具有上述形状保持部配置于中央且上述药液部以包围上述形状保持部的外周面的方式配置的核壳结构。
作为上述水溶性高分子物质,可以使用选自由聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP,polyvinylpyrrolidone)、聚乙烯醇(PVA,polyvinyl alcohol)、聚环氧乙烷(PEO,polyethyleneoxide)、羧甲基纤维素(CMC,carboxyl methyl cellulose)、淀粉(starch)、聚丙烯酸(PAA,polyacrylic acid)及透明质酸(Hyaluronic acid)组成的高分子物质中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
上述形状保持部可在含有溶剂的状态下呈透明形态,若溶剂变干,则变成可用肉眼确认的颜色。
本发明的美容面膜制备方法可包括:在离型膜通过对混合有高分子物质、水溶性高分子物质、功能性物质及溶剂的纺丝溶液进行电纺丝来形成干式类型薄膜的步骤;在上述薄膜层叠支撑体后通过进行压接而使支撑体的纤维和薄膜的纤维相交织来相贴合的步骤;以及通过切割上述薄膜、支撑体及离型膜来成型的步骤。
发明的效果
如上所述,在本发明中,通过使用包含功能性物质的纳米纤维网来制备成干燥的薄片形态,从而容易且便于保管及包装,将干燥的薄片敷在脸部,因而便于使用。
并且,由于具有形状保持部,可保持保湿及保持美容面膜的形态,并在形状保持部形成印刷层,从而可使设计美观。
并且,若在形状保持部中含有溶剂,则呈透明的形态,若溶剂变干,则变为白色,由此可以掌握去除美容面膜的时间点,因而便于使用。

具体实施方式
以下,参照所附的附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。在此过程中,为了说明的明确性和便利性可能夸张示出附图中示出的结构要素的大小或形状等。并且,通过考虑本发明的结构及作用,特别进行定义的术语可根据使用人员、操作人员的意图或惯例而有所不同。对于这些术语应基于本说明书的所有内容来下定义。
参照图1,本发明的一实施例的美容面膜包括支撑体20、层叠于支撑体20并敷在脸部的薄膜10和层叠于薄膜10且使用时被分离的离型膜30。
支撑体20起到支撑薄膜10的作用,可使用无纺布。而且,作为支撑体20,除了无纺布以外,还可使用硅酮、聚乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氨酯等可支撑美容面膜的多种材质。
支撑体20可使用使设计美观的并可支撑整个美容片的网眼。网眼可以由银丝、纤维丝、铝材质的金属丝、树脂材质的线编织而成。
离型膜30由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯材质或离型纸形成,从而离型膜30具有可充分支撑薄膜10的强度。
薄膜10可通过对可以进行电纺丝的高分子物质、水溶性高分子物质及功能性物质进行电纺丝来形成为纳米网形态。
即,薄膜10通过对以适当比率混合有水溶性高分子物质、功能性物质及溶剂的纺丝溶液进行电纺丝来形成纤维直径小于3μm的纳米纤维,若蓄积此纳米纤维,则形成纳米纤维网形态。
如图2所示,这种薄膜10由高分子物质形成,并包括起到保持薄膜10的形状及吸收精华液作用的形状保持部12和由包含功能性物质的水溶性高分子物质形成且被溶剂溶解的药液部14。
若支撑体20与薄膜10相压接,则支撑体20的纤维和薄膜10的纤维以相交织的状态相贴合,若通过投入水分来使薄膜的功能性物质被溶解,则上述支撑体20的纤维与上述薄膜10的纤维相互分离。
因此,若将薄膜10敷在脸部后向其投入水分,则可从薄膜10中易于分离支撑体20,从而只有将透明状态的薄膜10敷在脸部,因此将薄膜10敷在脸部后便于活动。
形状保持部12和药液部14通过一次电纺丝形成为一体,因此纳米纤维可形成为高分子物质和水溶性高分子物质混合而成的形态,或者高分子物质和水溶性高分子物质层叠而成的形态。
即,如图2所示,从纳米纤维40的剖面来看,形成为由高分子物质形成的形状保持部12和由水溶性高分子物质形成的药液部14混合而成的形态,或者形状保持部12和水溶性高分子物质层叠而成的形态。
若将这种薄膜10敷在脸部,则药液部14被溶剂溶解而功能性物质被皮肤吸收,水溶性高分子物质被支撑体20吸收。而且,形状保持部12保持薄膜10的形态而不被溶解。
此时,形状保持部12呈对高分子物质进行电纺丝来使纳米纤维蓄积而成的纳米纤维网形态,因而当精华液被吸收的状态,即,含有溶剂的状态时,通过消除散射来使其变透明,而当没有精华液的状态,即,溶剂变干的状态时,看起来是白色或白色以外的其他颜色,因此可以用肉眼确认药液部14的功能性物质全部被皮肤吸收。
像这样,若药液部14的功能性物质全部被皮肤吸收而溶剂变干,则形状保持部12变为白色,从而使用人员可以用肉眼确认去除美容面膜的时间点。
而且,如图3所示,纳米纤维40可形成为由高分子物质形成的形状保持部12配置于中心且由水溶性高分子物质形成的药液部14包围形状保持部14的外周面的形态。
这是因为形成形状保持部12的高分子物质和形成药液部14的水溶性高分子物质不同,当进行电纺丝时,可具有形状保持部12配置于中央且药液部14以包围形状保持部12的外周面的方式配置的核壳结构。
形成形状保持部12的高分子物质与形成药液部14的高分子物质的分子量不同或熔点不同,因此可以具有核壳结构。
若将这种薄膜10敷在脸部,则包围形状保持部12的外周面的药液部14被溶剂溶解,功能性物质被皮肤吸收且水溶性高分子物质被支撑体20吸收。而且,形状保持部12保持薄膜10形态而不被溶解。
将现有的美容面膜敷在皮肤后,经过规定时间之后,将其从脸部分离,但是美容面膜被皮肤吸收的时间因人而异。因而,若根据所规定的时间拿掉美容面膜,则存在包含在美容面膜中的功能性物质不能全部被脸部吸收或者在功能性物质全部被吸收的状态下仍然敷在脸部的情况。
当本发明的形状保持部14中的溶剂变干时,由透明变为白色,因此可以用肉眼确认从脸部拿掉美容面膜的时间点,从而便于使用。
若形成形状保持部14的高分子物质只要是如聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)等可进行电纺丝的高分子物质,则可以使用任何高分子物质。
在形状保持部14的一面可形成有用于使设计美观的印刷层40。
药液部12是以适当比率混合水溶性高分子物质、功能性物质及溶剂来制备纺丝溶液后,对纺丝溶液进行电纺丝来形成纤维直径小于3μm的纳米纤维,并通过层叠此纳米纤维来形成纳米纤维网形态。
若将药液部12敷在皮肤,则功能性物质全部被皮肤吸收,水溶性高分子物质被支撑体20吸收。
作为包含在形成形状保持部14及药液部12的纺丝溶液的溶剂,可使用水或乙醇,除了水和乙醇以外,还可以使用有机溶剂。
适用于本发明的纺丝方法可使用普通电纺丝(electrospinning)、气流电纺丝(AES:Air-Electrospinning)、电喷射(electrospray)、电喷射纺丝(electrobrownspinning)、离心电纺丝(centrifugal electrospinning)、闪电电纺丝(flash-electrospinning)中的一种。
水溶性高分子物质作为可进行电纺丝的物质,可以使用合成高分子或天然高分子,还可以将合成高分子或天然高分子单独使用或者进行复合化来使用,但是对于可通过溶解于水或乙醇并借助电纺丝来形成纳米纤维的高分子物质,没有特别限制。
作为这些水溶性高分子物质的一例,可包括选自由聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、聚环氧乙烷、羧甲基纤维素、淀粉、聚丙烯酸及透明质酸组成的高分子物质中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
而且,作为功能性物质,可使用有助于皮肤美白的成分(熊果苷、烟酰胺、抗坏血酸)、有助于皮肤皱纹改善的成分(视黄醇、腺苷)、有助于防紫外线的成分(二氧化钛)、有助于保湿及皮肤弹性的成分(蜗牛粘液滤液、乙酰六肽、红参胶原蛋白、保湿神经酰胺、再生肽、半乳糖酵母发酵液)中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
并且,作为功能性物质,使用选自水溶性胶原蛋白、植物铂金、生育酚、木糖醇及植物提取物中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
作为交联剂(cross-linking agent,co-cross-linking agent),可使用对甲苯磺酸(TSA,para-toluene sulfonic acid)、聚(脲-共-甲醛)(poly(urea-co-formaldehyde))、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA,tri-methylopropanetrimethacrylate)、二乙烯基苯(DVB,Divinylbenzene)、N-(1-羟基-2,2-二甲氧基乙基)丙烯酰胺(N-(1-Hydroxy-2,2-dimethoxyethyl)acrylamide)、N,N.-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(N,N.-Methylenebisacrylamide)、乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(Ethylene glycol diacrylate)、二丙烯酸二乙二醇酯(Di(ethylene glycol)diacrylate)、硼酸(boric acid)、戊二醛(glutaraldehyde)中的一种或两种以上混合物。
如图4所示,本发明的美容面膜可具有敷在脸部上部的上部美容面膜100和敷在脸部下部的下部美容面膜200形态,或者如图5所示,可具有包围整个脸部的一张美容面膜300形态。
而且,在本发明的美容面膜形成分离用把手110,当分离离型膜30和薄膜10时,可抓住分离用把手110来将其拿掉,因此分离工作容易且简单,并可防止薄膜10被损伤或污染。
而且,本发明的美容面膜除了具有敷在脸部的面膜形态以外,还可具有敷在脖子或手等身体部位的形态。
下面,说明美容面膜的制备工序。
图6为本发明的一实施例的美容面膜制备装置的结构图。
本发明的美容面膜制备装置包括:储存罐50,用于储存混合有高分子物质、水溶性高分子物质、功能性物质及溶剂的纺丝溶液;纺丝喷嘴60,与高压发生器相连接并与储存罐50相连接,从而形成纳米纤维40;收集器80,设置于纺丝喷嘴60的下侧,并通过对在纺丝喷嘴60形成的纳米纤维40进行蓄积来形成纳米网。
通过向收集器80与纺丝喷嘴60之间施加90~120Kv的高压静电力来从纺丝喷嘴60纺丝纳米纤维40,且使纳米纤维40蓄积在收集器80来形成纳米纤维网形态的薄膜10。
在收集器80的前方设有卷绕有离型膜30的离型膜辊70,在收集器80的后方设有卷绕有支撑体20的支撑体辊72。
以下,说明利用如上所述的美容面膜制备装置制备美容面膜的制备工序。
首先,若驱动收集器80,则卷绕在离型膜辊70的离型膜30被供给于收集器80的上面部。
而且,通过向收集器80与纺丝喷嘴60之间施加高压静电力来在纺丝喷嘴60中将纺丝溶液制成纳米纤维40,并在离型膜30进行纺丝。那么,纳米纤维40蓄积在离型膜30,由此形成纳米纤维网形态的薄膜10。
其中,纳米纤维40以形状保持部12和药液部14相混合而成的状态进行纺丝,上述形状保持部12由高分子物质形成且不被溶剂溶解,上述药液部14由包含功能性物质的水溶性高分子物质形成且被溶剂溶解。
那么,上述纳米纤维40可形成为形状保持部12和药液部14混合而成的形态,形状保持部12和药液部14层叠而成的形态,或者形状保持部12配置于中心且由水溶性高分子物质形成的药液部14包围形状保持部14的外周面的形态。
而且,使卷绕在支撑体辊72的支撑体与薄膜10相贴合。其中,若支撑体20与薄膜10相压接,则支撑体20的纤维与薄膜10的纤维以相交织的状态相贴合。若投入水分,则相贴合的支撑体20与薄膜10因薄膜10的功能性物质被溶解而相互分离。
而且,在形状保持部12的一面可形成有用于使设计美观的印刷层40。
像这样,完成制备工序的美容面膜通过进行切割工序来制成敷在脸形态或敷在身体部位的形态。
以上,通过列举特定优选实施例来图示并说明本发明,但是本发明并不局限于上述实施例,在不脱离本发明的精神的范围内,本发明所属的技术领域的普通技术人员可进行各种变更和修改。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的美容面膜为干式类型,若敷在脸部后投入水分,则功能性物质被溶解并被皮肤吸收,因而容易且便于保管及包装,并将美容面膜敷在脸部后,可进行室外活动。
Claims (13)
1.一种美容面膜,其特征在于,包括:
支撑体;以及
薄膜,以通过水分进行分离的方式贴合在上述支撑体,并通过对高分子物质、水溶性高分子物质及功能性物质进行电纺丝而成,上述薄膜为干式类型,且功能性物质能够被水分溶解。
2.根据权利要求1所述的美容面膜,其特征在于,上述支撑体由无纺布、网眼、硅酮、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯及聚氨酯中的一种形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的美容面膜,其特征在于,在上述薄膜附着有用于保护薄膜并在使用时被分离的离型膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的美容面膜,其特征在于,若上述支撑体与薄膜相压接,则支撑体的纤维与薄膜的纤维以相交织的状态相贴合,若通过投入水分来使薄膜的功能性物质被溶解,则上述支撑体的纤维与上述薄膜的纤维相互分离。
5.根据权利要求1所述的美容面膜,其特征在于,上述薄膜通过对混合有高分子物质、水溶性高分子物质、功能性物质及溶剂的纺丝溶液进行电纺丝来形成纳米纤维并通过捕集上述纳米纤维来形成为纳米网形态。
6.根据权利要求5所述的美容面膜,其特征在于,上述薄膜包括由高分子物质形成的形状保持部和由水溶性高分子物质及功能性物质形成的药液部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的美容面膜,其特征在于,上述形状保持部和药液部形成为相混合形态或层叠形态。
8.根据权利要求6所述的美容面膜,其特征在于,在上述形状保持部的一面形成有印刷层。
9.根据权利要求6所述的美容面膜,其特征在于,具有上述形状保持部配置于中央且上述药液部以包围上述形状保持部的外周面的方式配置的核壳结构。
10.根据权利要求1所述的美容面膜,其特征在于,上述水溶性高分子物质为选自由聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、聚环氧乙烷、羧甲基纤维素、淀粉、聚丙烯酸及透明质酸组成的高分子物质中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
11.根据权利要求6所述的美容面膜,其特征在于,上述形状保持部在含有溶剂的状态下呈透明形态,若溶剂变干,则变成能够用肉眼确认的颜色。
12.一种美容面膜制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
在离型膜通过对混合有高分子物质、水溶性高分子物质、功能性物质及溶剂的纺丝溶液进行电纺丝来形成干式类型薄膜的步骤;
在上述薄膜层叠支撑体后通过进行压接而使支撑体的纤维和薄膜的纤维相交织来相贴合的步骤;以及
通过切割上述薄膜、支撑体及离型膜来成型的步骤。
13.根据权利要求12所述的美容面膜制备方法,其特征在于,上述薄膜形成为由高分子物质形成的形状保持部和由水溶性高分子物质及功能性物质形成的药液部混合而成的形态,或者形状保持部和药液部层叠而成的形态,或者上述形状保持部配置于中央且上述药液部包围上述形状保持部的外周面的形态。
