Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于面膜片的非织造片材,由于材料的良好的柔韧性而具有改善的对皮肤的粘附和附着,具有改善的对化妆品的润湿性,并且确保自支撑力和良好的强度。具体而言,本发明涉及一种用于面膜片的非织造片材,其包括由两种或更多种类型的热塑性树脂形成的分纱。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于面膜片的非织造片材。
背景技术
长期以来,许多女性对美容行业感兴趣,并且现在美容行业已经成为,无论性别或年龄,许多人为了自我护理而投入巨资的一个工业领域。在美容领域中,皮肤护理特别地与人类的历史同样悠久,可追溯至远古时代。皮肤护理最初起源于罗马和希腊,在那里,女性开始将磨碎诸如大麦和大豆的谷物而获得的粉末与蜂蜜、花和蔬菜汁混合,并将该混合物涂抹在她们的脸上,次日用牛奶洗净。
近年来,越来越多的人对美容产生了兴趣,并且美容产品越来越普及。因此,已经以各种方式开发了用于皮肤健康的皮肤护理方法和类型,如皮肤保湿、清除废物、美白和改善皮肤健康。其中,面膜片在男性与女性中广受欢迎,因为其能够在家中容易地护理皮肤。最重要的是,现代人生活在一个外表被视为竞争因素的社会中,对于那些无法提供护理时间的忙碌的现代人来说,使用面膜片进行皮肤护理已经成为节约时间和金钱并且同时仍然获得满意效果的方式。
面膜片分为多种类型,如霜、凝胶和水洗类型。在这些类型中,许多人需要片材型面膜片,其通过用含有营养物质如天然提取物、蛋白质和维生素的精华液润湿人脸形状的片材型载体来制造,以便具有诸如美白、减轻皱纹、补水、减轻皮肤问题、皮肤紧致和抗菌功能的功能,因为化妆品能够与皮肤长时间接触,并且因为面膜是一次性的,因此易于使用。在用作片材型面膜片中的载体的片材中,大多采用使用诸如聚丙烯(PP)、聚酯(PET)和聚乙烯(PE)的合成纤维制造的非织造织物。
然而,由于基于非织造织物制得的片材不能充分粘附到皮肤上,向皮肤深处递送有效组分的能力存在限制。为了解决这一问题,已经尝试通过使用过量的精华液来改善对皮肤的附着。然而,片的重量提高,由此导致使用时从面部向下流动的不适。因此,近年来,特征在于对皮肤的良好粘附并且从而即使在佩戴面膜时也便于日常活动的水凝胶型的面膜片片材已经出现并且变得流行。然而,水凝胶面膜片片材由于其大的厚度而重,并且具有必须除去为了保护凝胶部而粘附的保护膜以使用。
同时,由于片材型面膜片的普及,已经开发了各种相关的产品与技术。例如,题目为“Ultrafine melt-blown nonwoven fabric having good hygroscopicity and sheetmask for cosmetics using the same”的韩国特许公开专利申请No.2011-0060525介绍了通过在超细纱熔喷非织造片材上使用亲水性添加剂来改善面膜片材的吸水性的技术。题目为“Skin beauty sheet and method of manufacturing the same”的韩国特许公开专利申请No.2011-080066提出了在非织造织物上形成的双层纳米纤维层并且用等离子体表面处理的皮肤面膜片。
然而,包括上述技术的大多数传统技术不能完全解决诸如由于构成合成纤维的材料的物理性能的限制而造成的弱收缩性、由于附着至皮肤上而造成的活动不便,以及由于长时间佩戴面膜时从皮肤上频繁分离的问题。此外,具有的缺点在于由于使用熔喷法制得的非织造织物的强度弱,自支撑力差,因此抗撕裂性差,并且存在化妆品组合物润湿性差的限制。
发明内容
技术问题
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于面膜片的非织造片材,其具有改善的材料柔韧性与润湿性以及良好的自支撑力,并且与使用合成纤维制得的常规非织造织物类型的面膜片片材相比不易撕裂。
技术方案
为了实现上述目的,本发明的优选实施方案提供了一种用于面膜片的非织造片材,其包括由两种或更多种类型的热塑性树脂形成的分纱。
根据所述实施方案的分纱可以由包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)和尼龙的两种或更多种类型的热塑性树脂形成。
所述分纱可以由包含60重量%至80重量%的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)和20重量%至40重量%的尼龙的热塑性树脂形成。
根据所述实施方案的分纱可以是选自八分纱、十六分纱和三十二分纱中的一种或多种类型,并且***后每股纤维(per strand of fiber)的平均直径可以为0.01μm至2μm。
根据所述实施方案的非织造片材可以是纺粘非织造织物,并且可以具有基于干重量的30g/m2至60g/m2的单位重量、0.15μm至0.3μm的厚度和60%至95%的孔隙率。
有益效果
根据本发明,由于材料的良好柔韧性,可以改善对皮肤的粘附和附着,并且改善对化妆品的润湿性,并且由于使用纺粘法制造面膜片片材,还可以确保非织造片材的自支撑力与良好的强度。
具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种用于面膜片的非织造片材,其包括由两种或更多种类型的热塑性树脂形成的分纱。由于本发明的用于面膜片的非织造片材包括细旦尼尔分纱,孔隙率高,由此所述片材可以令人满意地在其中容纳粗化妆品溶液。由于柔韧性良好,所述片材粘附到皮肤上,由此表现出作为面膜片片材的良好效果。
本发明的术语“分纱”是指以对多种类型的聚合物树脂进行复合纺纱后,从一根长丝分离多股微细纤维的方式制造的特种纤维。所述分纱可以根据纤维截面分为多种类型。公知的代表性分纱是海岛纱。然而,本发明的分纱可以更接近于辐射类型,表现出从纤维中心的辐射延伸,就像轮辐,并且细旦尼尔纱分支,而不是海岛纱。
本发明的分纱由两种或更多种类型的热塑性树脂形成,由此表现出两种类型的热塑性树脂的特性。特别地,当考虑面膜片片材的收缩性和耐化学性时,所述分纱优选包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。当考虑到诸如触感的佩戴感觉时,所述分纱优选包含尼龙。更优选地,当分纱由包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)和尼龙的两种或更多种类型的热塑性树脂形成时,可以确保PET的良好收缩性和润湿性以及尼龙的良好柔韧性,由此向使用者提供作为用于面膜片的片材的良好的佩戴感觉。
为了确保用于面膜片的片材的足够的透气性和弹性,并且还更稳定地将分纱***至高***度,所述分纱有利地为N/P分纱,其由包含60重量%至80重量%的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)和20重量%至40重量%的尼龙的热塑性树脂形成。此外,所述分纱可以是选自八分纱、十六分纱和三十二分纱中的一种或多种类型。其中,十六分纱或三十二分纱是优选的,并且为了通过实现超细纱线确保片材的柔韧性,如果可能,三十二分纱的比例高的情况是更优选的。
在本发明中,分纱优选***为***后每股纤维具有0.01μm至2μm的平均直径的微细纤维。当然,在韩国特许公开专利申请No.2011-0060525中公开了使用微细纤维制造用于面膜片的非织造片材的常规技术。然而,在上述常规技术中,采用当从喷丝头排出长丝时通过在施加高压热空气的同时进行拉伸来形成微细纤维的熔喷法。然而,由于采用熔喷法制造的微细纤维非织造织物具有非常低的强度,因此所述织物在粘附到皮肤上时容易撕裂或表现出不足的支撑力。
另一方面,本发明的用于面膜片的非织造片材可以使用纺粘法制造。根据纺粘法,在使用纺成的长丝形成短的短纤维后,短纤维可以分布为网状物的形式并且可以向其施加热量,由此粘结构成网状物的纤维,由此制造非织造织物。因此,与使用熔喷法制造的非织造织物相比,可以确保良好的机械性能(拉伸强度)。也就是说,由于使用纺粘法制造本发明的用于面膜片的非织造片材,可以实现非织造片材的基本强度。此外,由于使用分纱,最终制得的非织造片材可以包括平均直径为0.5μm至2μm的微细纤维,由此可以确保优异的皮肤粘附特性和柔软触感。
关于本发明的用于面膜片的非织造片材使用纺粘法制造并包括微细纤维的构造,存在另一技术含义。通常,在使用纺粘法制造非织造织物时,存在如下缺陷:当纤维的平均直径为10μm以下时,难以应用该方法。然而,由于在本发明中采用分纱,在使用纺粘法制造的非织造织物中可以包含微细纤维。
本发明的用于面膜片的非织造片材的制造方法可以更具体地描述如下。
首先,将两种或更多种类型的热塑性树脂放入单独的挤出机中然后熔融,两种或更多种类型的熔融树脂在设计为包括具有特定形状(例如,径向类型)的喷嘴的喷丝头中彼此相遇。由此,在一根长丝中纺制包含两种或更多种类型的热塑性树脂的分纱。使用高压空气拉伸装置充分拉伸纺成的分纱,由此制造直径为10μm至25μm的长丝纤维,这是通常应用于纺粘法的平均直径。
拉伸的长丝根据典型的纺粘法打开,层压为网状物的形式,并且使用高温和高压压延辊或压花辊彼此热粘结。此后,使用高压水喷对制得的非织造织物施加物理外力,在该过程中,构成所述分纱的两种类型的聚合物之间的物理键被破坏,并且所述聚合物由于缺乏相互兼容性(亲和性)而***为微细纱线。高压水喷的压力可以施加到50巴至280巴的水平,所述分纱可以***成微细纱线,由此使网状物的结构进一步复杂化,从而进一步改善非织造织物的强度。如果水喷的压力为50巴以下,则不能进行完全***为微细纱线,并且仅在表面上形成多毛,因此***程度不显著。因此,由于在表面上形成的多毛,难以确保柔软性和强度以及将非织造织物应用于面膜片片材。
在本发明中分纱包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的情况下,除了使用水喷的物理***过程之外,PET组分可以使用碱性水溶液(例如,NaOH)以10%至20%的量进一步溶解,由此可以化学***未被物理***的长丝。特别地,由于使用碱性水溶液溶解PET可以赋予PET提高的柔软性,可以优选采用在最终面膜片片材上实现柔软质地的方法。
本发明的用于面膜片的非织造片材优选具有基于干重量的30g/m2至60g/m2的单位重量、0.15μm至0.3μm的厚度和60%至95%的孔隙率。当在制造中满足该条件时,可以在纤维之间的空间中负载更大的量的粗化妆品溶液(例如,功能性药物),并且所述片材可以很好地粘附到皮肤上,并且施用在脸上后不会感觉到不适。
实施例
在下文中,将参考实施例更详细地描述本发明。提出这些实施例是为了更具体地说明本发明,并且本发明不限于此。
实施例1
作为第一聚合物的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(Kolon Company,P-25SDT(Semi DullGrade))和作为第二聚合物的尼龙(DOMO Company,NY6CHIP Domamid 2403T-HS)使用连续挤出机分别在288℃的纺丝温度下熔融,然后进行复合纺纱,第一聚合物与第二聚合物的含量(重量%)的比例设定为70:30。随后,使用用于冷却的吹制空气使从毛细管开口排出的连续长丝固化然后使用高压空气拉伸装置以5000m/min的纺丝速度拉伸,由此制造具有17.32μm的***前的长丝平均直径的三十二分纱。制得的长丝纤维使用常规的开纤法(openingmethod)以网状物形式层压在传送网上,然后使用加热至约130℃的温度的压延辊进行压延过程,由此制造具有光滑度、合适的厚度和45g/m2的重量(基于干重量)的纺粘非织造织物。
随后,使用水喷以较低(80巴)-较高(280巴)-较低(60巴)压力的强度的顺序向非织造织物施加压力。以较低-较高-较低压力的顺序施加压力,使得在低压下采用初始混杂(confounding)固定非织造片材的形状之后,在高压下进行长丝的***和混杂,在低压下提高长丝的光滑度,从而防止长丝聚集。当初始压力过高时,会在非织造片材中形成皱纹或孔。当水喷的中间级压力过低或过高时,会难以表现出适当的强度。最后,最终压力的强度决定了非织造织物的品质(表观形状),因此重要的是合适地控制压力强度。
随后,使用碱性溶剂(NaOH)溶解一部分PET聚合物,使得重量损失率为大约15%至20%(重量损失),由此提高分纱长丝的***程度,并且改善触感柔软度。在上述处理之后,最后进行洗涤和干燥过程,由此制造用于面膜片片材的纺粘非织造织物材料。
实施例2
除了将水喷的中间级压力改变为150巴以外,使用与实施例1中相同的方法制造实施例2。
实施例3
除了重量损失率改变为10%以外,使用与实施例1中相同的方法制造实施例3。
实施例4
除了制造所述长丝以包括十六分纱以外,使用与实施例1中相同的方法制造实施例4。
实施例5
除了将第一聚合物(PET)与第二聚合物(尼龙)的含量(重量%)的比例设定为90:10的同时进行复合纺纱以外,使用与实施例1中相同的方法制造实施例5。
实施例6
除了将第一聚合物(PET)与第二聚合物(尼龙)的含量(重量%)的比例设定为50:50的同时进行复合纺纱以外,使用与实施例1中相同的方法制造实施例6。
比较例1
仅使用在实施例1中用作第一聚合物的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(Kolon Company,P-25SDT(Semi Dull Grade))制造长丝,以网状物形式层压在传送网上,并使用加热至大约130℃的温度的压延辊进行压延过程,由此制造重量为45g/m2的纺粘非织造织物(比较例1)。此外,根据与实施例1中相同的方法使用水喷进行***和碱重量损失过程。
比较例2
仅使用在实施例1中用作第二聚合物的尼龙(DOMO Company,NY6CHIP Domamid2403T-HS))制造长丝,以网状物形式层压在传送网上,并使用加热至大约130℃的温度的压延辊进行压延过程,由此制造重量为45g/m2的纺粘非织造织物(比较例2)。此外,根据与实施例1中相同的方法使用水喷进行***和碱重量损失过程。
比较例3
除了使用以6:4的组成比包含PET(岛组分)和CoPET(海组分)的海岛型PET/CoPET长丝(Kolon Company)代替N/P分纱作为原纱,并且仅使用用碱性溶剂(NaOH)溶解40%的海组分的方法(重量损失)使纤维变薄以外,使用与实施例1中相同的方法制造比较例3。
比较例4
以70:30的重量比准备PET和尼龙并放入两个挤出机中。随后,在进行纺丝的同时供给压力为5psi、温度为250℃的空气,并将冷却温度设定为10℃,由此制造重量为45g/m2的熔喷非织造织物(比较例4)。
测量实施例I
使用以下方法测量制造的实施例1至3的用于面膜片的非织造片材的透气性、***度、纤维孔隙尺寸、强度、伸长率、密度和柔韧性,结果描述在下面的表1中。
<测量物理性能的方法>
(1)透气性:根据ASTM D 737规定采用Frazier测试法测量透气性。具体而言,得到在125Pa的排气压力下流入尺寸为38cm2的试样中的空气的量(cm3/cm2/sec),由此测量透气性。
(2)***度:根据下面的式1使用显微镜以×200的放大倍数拍摄非织造织物截面获得的十张照片(10ea)来计算。

(3)纤维孔尺寸:在将Galwick流体(表面张力低于水的物质)浸渍在直径为3cm的试样上之后,在提高空气压力的同时,空气以恒定速度流动,并测量压力变化(测量设备:PMI毛细管流量计)并计算,由此测量长丝之间的孔尺寸。
(4)强度和伸长率:KS K 0521方法用于拉伸强度和拉伸伸长率。具体而言,在宽度和长度保持为5×20cm的非织造物试样在其顶部和底部用5×5cm的夹具固定之后,使用由INSTRON公司制造的测量设备以200mm/min的拉伸速度进行测量。
(5)光滑度(MIU):当钢琴弦在与非织造织物表面接触的状态下在非织造织物表面上移动的同时使用顶部、底部、左侧和右侧波动来测量根据表面粗糙度的表面的光滑度(测量设备:KES-SE/KATO TECH Co.,LTD/Japan)。可以判断,值越小,表面越光滑。
(6)柔韧性(刚性):在与底面平行的试验台边缘上以45°角设置面板。将非织造片材以恒定的速度推向试验台的边缘,并且基于非织造片材到达面板时的时间点,测量从试验台边缘向外延伸的一部分非织造片材的长度。可以看出,非织造片材的延伸长度越长,柔韧性越低。

根据本发明制得的实施例1至5的用于面膜片的非织造片材由于微孔的形成而具有良好的透气性和物理性能,并且是光滑和柔韧的,因此当用作面膜片的片材时,它们被评价为更牢固地粘附于皮肤上,并且在使用时提供良好的感觉。特别地,N/P比为3/7并且使用三十二分纱的实施例1至3表现出良好的物理性能和优异的柔韧性。
测量实施例II.盲试
可用面膜片使用实施例1至6和比较例1至4的非织造片材制造。进一步进行盲试以检查使用所述片材的实际用户满意度。随机选择市场上销售的精华液之一,并准备20mL的量。将实施例1至6和比较例1至4的非织造片材分别冲压为面膜片的形式,随后在准备的精华液中浸渍1小时,由此制造面膜片。
选择分别处于十多岁、20多岁、30多岁、40多岁和50多岁的20名男性小组成员和20名女性小组成员(总计40名)作为实验对象。不管其顺序如何,指示小组成员在9天内使用9种类型的制备的面膜片(使用时间限制在20分钟)。要求实验对象根据以下评价标准评价使用面膜片后的初始粘附性、支撑力(使用过程中向下流动)、持久性和附着质地。对受试者的反应取平均(舍弃小于两位小数),并显示在表2中。
<评价标准>
(1)初始粘附性:当面膜片粘附到面部上时,基于5分等级法评价片材沿着面部曲线对皮肤的粘附程度。
-5分等级的初始粘附性评分
非常好:5分/好:4分/平均:3分/不满意:2分/非常不满意:1分
(2)支撑力:当含有精华液的面膜片在日常生活中粘附时,基于5分等级法评价面膜片因精华液重量而从面部向下流动的程度。
-5分等级的支撑力评分
不破坏活动:5分/类似于普通面膜片(移动到附近区域没问题):4分/可能的移动活动较少:3分/从面部移除面膜片时感觉不舒服:2分/无法移动:1分
(3)持久性:基于5分等级法评价非织造片材中携带的精华液被皮肤吸收并在使用20分钟后非织造片材开始干燥的时间点。

佩戴时保留水分:5分/片材在18分钟后开始干燥:4分/片材在16至17分钟开始干燥:3分/片材在13至15分钟开始干燥:2分/片材在12分钟或更短时间内开始干燥:1分
(4)附着质地:当面膜片粘附至面部时,基于5分等级法评价与皮肤的附着质地。

作为盲试的结果,比较例1和2在初始粘附性方面被评价为2分以下,并且比较例1至4在支撑力方面被评价为低于3分。比较例1和2在持久性和附着质地方面被评价为2分以下。在初始粘附性、持久性和附着质地的所有方面,比较例3和4为4.0以上并被评价为良好,但是在支撑力方面被评价为最低。
另一方面,在使用本发明的分纱制得的实施例1至6的情况下,在所有评价中评分均为3.0以上,并且特别地,实施例1至3为4.0以上,并且被评价为非常好。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于面膜片的非织造片材,包括:
由两种或更多种类型的热塑性树脂形成的分纱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非织造片材,其中,所述分纱由包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)和尼龙的两种或更多种类型的热塑性树脂形成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的非织造片材,其中,所述分纱由包含60重量%至80重量%的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)和20重量%至40重量%的尼龙的热塑性树脂形成。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的非织造片材,其中,所述分纱是选自八分纱、十六分纱和三十二分纱中的一种或多种类型。
5.根据权利要求4所述的非织造片材,其中,在所述分纱中,***后每股纤维的平均直径为0.01μm至2μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的非织造片材,其中,所述非织造片材是纺粘非织造织物。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的非织造片材,其中,所述非织造片材具有基于干重量的30g/m2至60g/m2的单位重量、0.15μm至0.3μm的厚度和60%至95%的孔隙率。
