本发明涉及一种造纸用抗菌新材料的制备方法。按重量份计,在反应釜中,加入2‑羟乙基醚纤维素,羧基氨基咪唑核苷酸,6‑氯哒嗪‑3‑甲酸,[羧基甲基‑(2‑羟基‑5‑甲基‑苄基)氨基]乙酸,柠檬酸,二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍,7%氢氧化钠与12%尿素混合溶液,升温反应,再向生成物中加入苯甲眯琼脂糖凝胶,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,在适宜温度下搅拌均匀,即得到造纸用抗菌新材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌剂的制备方法,尤其是一种造纸用抗菌新材料的制备方法。
背景技术
纸张产品在生活,包装,办公中发挥着不可替代的作用,相当大的一部分纸类产品在使用过程中与使用者的身体直接接触。随着人民生活水平的渐渐提高,人们对于纸张相关的卫生也越来越关注。同时,在湿润的环境下,纸张产品容易滋生霉菌,造成损坏。
CN103866644B 公开了一种抗菌剂及其制备方法,本发明属于造纸技术领域。该抗菌剂由包含以下重量份的组分制成:苯氧乙醇40-60份、溴化双十八烷基二甲基铵20-30份、聚乙二醇10-15份、乙二醇5-10份、透明质酸5-10份、甘油三油酸酯2-5份。
CN102587210B 公开了一种以油茶果壳制备造纸用抗菌剂的制备方法。其特征在于:将10重量份油茶果壳颗粒加入到25~30重量份戊二醛水溶液中,搅拌加入350~400重量份浓盐酸,在60~75℃下反应4h;加入0.5~5重量份银、锌或铜金属化合物固体,溶解后继续搅拌4~12小时;过滤,洗涤滤渣至中性,将滤渣加入5重量份的碱液或还原剂中,在40~80℃下搅拌反应0.5~3h;过滤,洗涤滤渣至中性,滤渣于40~80℃下干燥得油茶果壳基造纸抗菌剂。
现有的造纸工业大多在出厂时通过高温灭菌,紫外线灯放射性方法灭菌来消灭纸张上的细菌,但纸张因为其轻薄的特性不容易对细菌造成均匀完整的消灭,同时也是治标不治本,不能长时间保证纸张表面的卫生;而目前的多数用于纸张抗菌的抗菌剂产品,多用银或其他组合物作为抗菌剂,其不适于长时间接触人体或是在纸浆中分散性不好,分布不均造成杀菌效果有限。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种造纸用抗菌新材料的制备方法。其制备方法通过以下步骤实现:
按重量份计,在反应釜中,加入2-羟乙基醚纤维素,羧基氨基咪唑核苷酸,6-氯哒嗪-3-甲酸,[羧基甲基-(2-羟基-5-甲基-苄基)氨基]乙酸,柠檬酸,二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍,7%氢氧化钠与12%尿素混合溶液,升温至80-95℃,反应4-8h,再向生成物中加入苯甲眯琼脂糖凝胶,十二烷基苯磺酸钠 ,在80-95℃温度下,以200-400rpm的转速搅拌1-3h,即得到造纸用抗菌新材料。
所述的2-羟乙基醚纤维素,羧基氨基咪唑核苷酸,6-氯哒嗪-3-甲酸,[羧基甲基-(2-羟基-5-甲基-苄基)氨基]乙酸,柠檬酸,二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍,7%氢氧化钠与12%尿素混合溶液,其质量用量比为2-羟乙基醚纤维素:羧基氨基咪唑核苷酸:6-氯哒嗪-3-甲酸:[羧基甲基-(2-羟基-5-甲基-苄基)氨基]乙酸:柠檬酸:二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍:7%氢氧化钠与12%尿素混合溶液=100:1-3:2-5:0.5-1.5:1-2.5:20-40:80-180。
所述的苯甲眯琼脂糖凝胶,其质量用量为2-羟乙基醚纤维素的1-3%。
所述的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,其质量用量为2-羟乙基醚纤维素的1-3%。
所述的2-羟乙基醚纤维素,羧基氨基咪唑核苷酸,6-氯哒嗪-3-甲酸,[羧基甲基-(2-羟基-5-甲基-苄基)氨基]乙酸,柠檬酸,二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍,苯甲眯琼脂糖凝胶,十二烷基苯磺酸钠均为市售产品。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明所生产的造纸用抗菌新材料,其与造纸用的纤维素相容性良好,在纸浆中分散均匀。杀菌效果优良,杀菌效果持续时间较长,对人体危害小,不会造成重金属元素对环境和人体的排放。
具体实施方式
实施例1
在反应釜中,加入2-羟乙基醚纤维素100Kg,羧基氨基咪唑核苷酸2Kg,6-氯哒嗪-3-甲酸3.5Kg,[羧基甲基-(2-羟基-5-甲基-苄基)氨基]乙酸1Kg,柠檬酸1.5Kg,二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍30Kg,7%氢氧化钠与12%尿素混合溶液120Kg,升温至87℃,反应6h,再向生成物中加入苯甲眯琼脂糖凝胶2Kg,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2Kg ,在85℃温度下,以300rpm的转速搅拌2h,即得到造纸用抗菌新材料。
实施例2
在反应釜中,加入2-羟乙基醚纤维素100Kg,羧基氨基咪唑核苷酸1Kg,6-氯哒嗪-3-甲酸2Kg,[羧基甲基-(2-羟基-5-甲基-苄基)氨基]乙酸0.5Kg,柠檬酸1Kg,二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍20Kg,7%氢氧化钠与12%尿素混合溶液80Kg,升温至80℃,反应4h,再向生成物中加入苯甲眯琼脂糖凝胶1Kg,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1Kg ,在80℃温度下,以200rpm的转速搅拌1h,即得到造纸用抗菌新材料。
实施例3
在反应釜中,加入2-羟乙基醚纤维素100Kg,羧基氨基咪唑核苷酸3Kg,6-氯哒嗪-3-甲酸5Kg,[羧基甲基-(2-羟基-5-甲基-苄基)氨基]乙酸1.5Kg,柠檬酸2.5Kg,二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍40Kg,7%氢氧化钠与12%尿素混合溶液160Kg,升温至95℃,反应8h,再向生成物中加入苯甲眯琼脂糖凝胶3Kg,十二烷基苯磺酸钠3Kg ,在95℃温度下,以400rpm的转速搅拌3h,即得到造纸用抗菌新材料。

不加入羧基氨基咪唑核苷酸,其他条件同实施例1。
对比例2
不加入6-氯哒嗪-3-甲酸,其他条件同实施例1。
对比例3
不加入[羧基甲基-(2-羟基-5-甲基-苄基)氨基]乙酸,其他条件同实施例1。
对比例4
不加入苯甲眯琼脂糖凝胶,其他条件同实施例1。
实施例4
分别将实施例1-3与对比例1-4所生产的产品掺入打好的纸浆中,质量占纸浆总质量的3.5%,检验其生产一个月后细菌菌落数量和三个月以后的细菌菌落数量。见表1。

1.一种造纸用抗菌新材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:按重量份计,在反应釜中,加入2-羟乙基醚纤维素,羧基氨基咪唑核苷酸,6-氯哒嗪-3-甲酸,[羧基甲基-(2-羟基-5-甲基-苄基)氨基]乙酸,柠檬酸,二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍,7%氢氧化钠与12%尿素混合溶液,升温至80-95℃,反应4-8h,再向生成物中加入苯甲眯琼脂糖凝胶,十二烷基苯磺酸钠 ,在80-95℃温度下,以200-400rpm的转速搅拌1-3h,即得到造纸用抗菌新材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种造纸用抗菌新材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的2-羟乙基醚纤维素,羧基氨基咪唑核苷酸,6-氯哒嗪-3-甲酸,[羧基甲基-(2-羟基-5-甲基-苄基)氨基]乙酸,柠檬酸,二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍,7%氢氧化钠与12%尿素混合溶液,其质量用量比为2-羟乙基醚纤维素:羧基氨基咪唑核苷酸:6-氯哒嗪-3-甲酸:[羧基甲基-(2-羟基-5-甲基-苄基)氨基]乙酸:柠檬酸:二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍:7%氢氧化钠与12%尿素混合溶液=100:1-3:2-5:0.5-1.5:1-2.5:20-40:80-180。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种造纸用抗菌新材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的苯甲眯琼脂糖凝胶,其质量用量为2-羟乙基醚纤维素的1-3%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种造纸用抗菌新材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,其质量用量为2-羟乙基醚纤维素的1-3%。
